Took my laptop in, broken hinges, was told the expected cost of the repair and he explained everything to me and did not push me to have it fixed, suggested it would probably make more sense to buy a new computer given the expense if the repair. He didnt charge me to look at it. I will definitely go there again if I need anything.

Guys there were great! Jason saved me over $400 by telling me not to spend/waste the extra money on solid state drive. Honesty, go figure! You guys got my business in the future.

Highly knowledgeable staff was excellent prices, free in shop estimates, and available on site service. The location is phenomenal located on Center Street in Westminster making it convenient for just about anywhere. They offer FREE Recycling of old computers and laptops, so theyre even doing their part for the environment.. theres even a hard drive crushing service available in the shop for a small fee, that allows you to watch your data being destroyed securely and safely making sure that any old banking youve done on your computer is never found by anyone.. I recommend you stop in and talk to him next time you got a problem or give them a call.

Went to the office supply store in Westminster and their options to fix my laptop were not acceptable. So glad I found Carroll Computer Connection. They were interested in repairing my computer. My computer is now fixed and running the way I want it to and the cost was reasonable. The work was completed in less than the estimated amount of time. I highly recommend.
