Brought my laptop in when it was basically comatose. As a grad student I was very scared of losing my data and Liam managed to save everything and fix the computer so that it’s working perfectly again! Would recommend to anyone looking for tech help!

Went in there looking for a stand off screw. Liam helped me out and gave me a few different type. He was interested in helping me even though I wasnt spending money or asking for a service. Good service even for a non-paying customer.

Ive had laptops and tablets for 15 to 20 years and managed to never damage or break one until recently. I got a steal of a price on this touch screen laptop a year ago, and because I have such a great track record with not busting them up I elected to not add accidental coverage on the standard warranty. Turns out that was an oversite, a mistake, or just Murphys Law teaching me a lesson.Anyway I found Tomlin with an internet search, and Im very happy I did. Liam responded to my basic contact inquiry with an incredibly detailed reply. So I made an appointment, dropped it off, and I have back already, just one week later.Liam was professional through and through. From an excellent & highly detailed first contact reply, to communicating status throughout the process of the repair, there is absolutely no issue to be found in the level of service provided.

Ive taken my desktop to these guys twice. A couple years back, I was having boot up issues and they fixed the problem for a reasonable fee. This year, I had a similar problem, but it turned out that the motherboard was fried and not worth replacing. They transferred all the data off the hard drive and later loaded it on to a new laptop. The diagnostic fee was deducted from the data recovery and transfer cost. Would definitely go back.
