Couldnt repair my laptop but nice tech
I had a PC Hard-drive die on my last week. I was able to schedule and get my PC in ASAP and it was ready to pick up a day ahead of schedule! Admittedly the wait times were a bit long. They were clearly busy, and having served in the IT industry I can attest that not all cut and dry issues have cut and dry solutions. I think that communication from the back operation to the front desk operation could improve a bit. But doing a really busy time, they were able to get my machine up and running. I use this particular computer at my business and its crucial to the day to day operation. So thank you GEEK SQUAD!
Probably the rudest customer service. I would probably take your repair to a different Best Buy/ Geek Squad. If there attitude is indicative how much they care about repair your item correctly, I wouldnt waste my money on them. Theres plenty of others that will take care of you properly.
I googled how to reset my computer but it didnt fix the problem. The first I.T. guy did the same thing. The second guy, restored the settings. No charge, which is customary.
I want some old equipment connected to some new equipment. I went online to set up an appointment. The system told me to go into the store. I went into the store and got in line. After waiting a while I was told I had to go talk to the sales guys where they sell TVs and sound systems. After waiting a while a sales guy took my information. The result was an email telling me to go to a link to set up an appointment. That link told me to go into the store. If you want my business stop telling me to contact you you again again. You can contact me if you want my business.
Organization of good and knowledgeable folks. Especially the Technicians and Insallers that visit homes. These guys know literally everything about televisions, wifi, sound equipment, amplifiers and much more. If you have a pr6dont hesitate to give them a call. Bunch of friendly folks as well.
Mike the Tech was great - service was top Notch and they did what I asked for a very reasonable fee. Work was quick and done correctly first time

Took my iPhone in for a 20 minute battery replacement was there two hours finally told they broke something in the phone and can’t get parts for four days left with the receipt for repair no phone no apology never even offered a loaner phone
.good team, hit and miss on some of the more challenging calls put in. . like finding chargers in stock
Will never buy anything from best buy again. The worst service ever! And if you use the geek squad grab a chair because your going to be waiting for a long time.
