Very poor experience with this company. Constantly having issues with our phone service. Now I cant get anyone on the phone to address my issues because their phone lines arent working. Im not impressed with this company at all.

Awesome! Rolando was on my system to fixed the issues before I realized he had even logged on remotely. Soon as he heard me say system displaying message System Alert he logged on to insure system was not compromised. Really appreciate the prompt response to insure system was not in danger of being hacked. Just another example of the PPS, Prompt, Professional, Service provided by Teltek.

Teltek is our vendor of choice for network cabling in the Maryland region. They have performed several cabling projects for us over the past year and the work is always completed as promised in a very professional manner. A large shop reconstruction project involving fiber and copper Ethernet was completed with minimal supervision due to Covid restrictions. We were very pleased with the overall service that was provided to us by Teltek. From the initial call, where information was gathered to ensure the technician who came was prepared for our needs, to the completion of the service call. Our technician, Dave, was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He not only helped us with the current problems (which we initially called regarding), but also gave us good tips for continued maintenance of our system. Was referred to TelTek from another business and I am grateful for the referral! Our small dental lab (Maryland Dental Lab, Inc) moved our operations to a brand new location in January of this year which proved to be a lengthy process and TelTek was right there with us all the way to insure that we had phone/computer service the day we officially moved into our new offices. The quoted price was great - they installed 12 voice and 12 data ports in many locations throughout our office and lab. The price included the careful removal of our phone system and re-installing the entire system in our new location. The technician - Dave - was extremely knowledgeable and thorough as he explained the job and answered any questions. After only a few months, we decided we needed a new data port installed in a new location and again, the quote was very reasonable and the work was done in a very timely fashion by Dave. We could not be more pleased and will continue to use TelTek for all our future needs. I would recommend them to everyone!
