RJ came to clean up a room with pee stains and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Pee is very hard to get out of carpet, so he used an enzyme cleaner and came back multiple times to make sure the job was done right. I had used a Groupon a while back and they did such a great job that I decided to use them again when our puppy was finally house trained and our baby is starting to get big enough to begin to crawl. RJ was so nice and thorough and had lots of tips for me to keep the carpet clean. The carpet looks amazing and smells so fresh; I now feel comfortable with my baby rolling around on the floor! Pristine has been to my house 3 times over the last couple of years. The service is so good and affordable Im selling my Bissel carpet cleaner! They do a thorough vacuum job before cleaning the carpets which is just a bonus to me (we have cats who have hair hahaa). Their equipment resembles a floor polisher which is portable, so no loud vans and hoses! Awesome for pet owners. Ive had 3 different cleaners so far and it really amuses me how INTO cleaning carpets these people are, I love it! The folks on the phones are just as fabulous. My rugs are handmade and would be too expensive for me to have 7 of them cleaned at this time. But I would definitely recommend this company. The representative was very honest about what needed to be done with each of the carpet and how they should be treated. He was also honest about how much each would cost. They would have to be cleaned in their facility and cleaned several times and treated very precisely. I was appreciative of his expertise and honesty.

Pristine notivised me in advance of the appointment, and even called and asked if they could come early! RJ was very efficient and knowledgeable. He even suggested it’s better not to walk barefoot on your carpet as the oil from your feet rubs off. The prices were reasonable and the carpet, upholstery and area rugs looked great. He vacuumed before the cleaning. And no hoses!!!I would highly recommend and you get a $20 credit for recommending them to others.

Was excited to use this company not realizing their cleaning method was only topical. Did not change out their pads after cleaning an area with a pet issue and spread it to clean areas of the house. They don’t “clean and extract” as they use a rotary head with little water. They are not recommended for cleaning carpet with Pet issues... i did not get their pet injections into the carpet as even their tech said he wasn’t clear where to put them. With that said, that would not have prevented the spread of the smell. Changing the pads may have helped... Owner came in heavy that it was all my fault for not getting the injections without listening; I would not recommend at all.

I had a fantastic experience with pristine carpet cleaning my first tech came out RJ, he got old urine stains out wonderfully and then they have a really nice policy about coming back within 30 days of the initial cleaning in case anything at all happens in the house. And of course the next week my dog had diarrhea in her bedroom and then Chris came out to spot clean that area and got it up fantastically as well. Love this company highly recommend.

I had Pristine carpet Cleaning clean our LiHi Duplex - 4 flights of stairs and a couple of floors worth of carpet. The 1st clean, they were efficient, quick, and did a great job. They offer a touch up for a great rate within a given time window. Of course our window fell in March and we rescheduled (again and again) until September. The schedulers are efficient, the cleaners are professional. This is a great service and we will continue to use them again on a regular frequency.

I want to be fair with my review. I did have an unpleasant experience with Pristine Carpet Cleaning, but the cleaning and follow-up appointments were not the issue. Justin and Vickie were on time, polite and did a good job.My issue and what I want to warn people about is the bait and switch estimate we were given and what the owner is like when dealing with a customer issue. Hopefully, this will save someone the headache of being scammed out of $118 and screamed at by the owner Eddie.**Disclaimer—I understand that Pristine states in emails and online that the estimate can change when the technician arrives. However, there is also a fee listed online for canceling services if for instance the technician almost doubles your estimate**Here is what happened to me:I sent in a photo of a couch EXACTLY like mine so I could get a more accurate estimate to price compare with other companies. They quoted me $167. When the technician arrived, I was not home. They told my roommate I gave the wrong description and our sectional actually costs $285. Not knowing Pristine made an error (customer service even admitted it was their fault) on the estimate and not wanting to be charged a fee for canceling on site she went ahead with the cleaning.Increasing the price 170% from $167 to $285 is excessive, and when you consider customers are charged a fee if they cancel, Pristine’s tactics look predatory.I found other reviews that also had issues with bait and switch tactics. Just beware that the price they quote is probably a lowball price to get their foot in the door and they will switch it on you when you are already committed.Lastly, when addressing my issue with the owner, he was obnoxious. Eddie screamed and yelled at me. He refused to hear me out and threatened legal action if I tell anyone what he said. I think this is the biggest red flag of all, when a company tries to quiet anyone with an issue rather than addressing it. JUST BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Feel free to message me and I can show you the emails and phone records for proof. Like I said, I am just posting to give a real account of my experience.10 emails and counting. So far 10 people have messaged me after reading this review. I am glad some prospective customers have contacted me and been warned to stay away.

Pristine Carpet Cleaning did a great job! They were a little more than I wanted to spend and had a mandatory 60 dollar charge for a disinfectant which was annoying but my carpet came out great. They were quick and got 2 tough stains out. Really impressive work. Would definitely hire them again.

As soon as the guy came into the house the bad customer service started... Justin was rude, then when I was not satisfied with the job the manager showed up, Ed, he presented himself by being argumentative and made excuses for his horrible workmanship. Never have I dealt with such a rude, obnoxious man, with complete lack of regard for my family, he made my wife and child cry and I had to throw him out of the house!In addition nearly 12 hrs after the work is done and the floors are mostly dry not a quick dry, and they feel like soap scum all over and are hardly as clean as there 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also there is soap stains on the wood.Ed never went up the stairs to the other rooms where I was saying it was also wet. He never offered a viable solution to fixing the leftover soap scup all over the surface and the walls. In fact he specifically said his machines can’t just throw water down. Look at other reviews about Ed. He has other bad reviews that are similar to mine. You claim to have a 100%satisfaction guarantee but after talking to Ed, it appears all you want to do is scam as much money out of your customers as possible. If someone who is reasonably and a responsible owner wants to call me to discuss this further I’m all ears.

The technician did a great all around job! I was very impressed with his attention to detail and the number of steps he took to ensure that the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. I’ve had numerous carpet cleaners service our home over the years and none of them have done as a good a job as Pristine did today. I needed my carpets cleaned quickly and Pristine was there to help. The tech arrived on time and explained the entire process to me before beginning. Once he started, it took him about 30 minutes to complete 3 rooms of carpet. The minor stains that were there were completely removed. The carpet was damp for about 2 hours, but much less wet than you get with a traditional steam cleaning. If you need to get your carpets cleaned, I can recommend them with confidence.

RJ called me 30 minutes before his arrival and he was right on time. My carpets are only a year old but they look brand new again. I also had an old dog that lost control of his bladder at times before he passed. There is absolutely NO odor left after he treated the carpet.
