Well, its hard to know where to begin. He wouldnt stop talking, trying to upgrade me. Cleaning of very old carpet was done very well, however, when he was moving the machine out the door, the dirty water spilled over my wood floors. His excuse was that the machine was too full (I guess he didnt want to bother emptying it). He then asked for my towel to clean it up, just did a foot wipe, still solution and his foot prints on the floor. I wiped it up myself. He then asked for a pen to fill out form. Would not accept check or Discover card, so gave him cash, he did not write paid in full on receipt, so I took his copy back and wrote on it myself. He then asked for the pen, which I gladly gave him. I was hoping to recommend this company to all my friends. Guess Not.

I would highly recommend Westminster Carpet Cleaning to any homeowner who wants to keep their carpet clean at all times. I have used their services for years and my carpet looks like brand new. They used a stain treatment to prevent anything for penetrating the fibers. I am very happy with Westminster Carpet Cleaning and the job they do.
