There were stains on the carpet and a very soiled traffic area. They got them so clean! There were bad stains and really dark traffic marks on light carpet. I cant believe how clean they got it!! Highly recommended them!

The owner is excellent with coordinating with you what he thinks the best options for your personal needs (I have little children and dogs). I have never had any problems with stains resurfacing and they always call to check on the condition of the carpet a few days following the initial cleaning.
