I have been using Steve’s Carpet Care for several years now. We have pets and like to get our carpet cleaned regularly. Nate has always been our technician, and he does a fantastic job, every time. He’s very professional and always very friendly. I highly recommend their company, for a great job, very reasonable prices, and definitely reliable. Nate has always showed up on time.

They came and cleaned my carpets. Online booking was easy. The Tech was nice. Overall they did okay. We can still see the dark spots and matting from high usage areas and cleaning didn’t have the desired effect of revitalizing our carpets. However our carpets are 6+ years old and cheap carpeting so this may be a factor in the outcome. Overall they look better but I’m not jumping for joy about the work completed.

The team from Steve’s did an amazing job in my rental home cleaning the carpets as I was on the way out. Got back my full security deposit after leaving some decent foot traffic and animal stains on the carpeting. I would definitely recommend Steve’s for the price and service. Did 5 rooms for about $200 and done in less than 2 hours.

Carpet is PET, was stained and the traffic areas were very dirty. We have 3 dogs and they bring in mud/dirt all the time. Service Tech arrived on time, was courteous, professional and efficient. Carpet looks great now! Will use Steves again!

Ive been a client with Steves for over 8 years now and have been extremely happy with their great service. One of the things I love about them is that they always send me a person who has experience. In fact one of their lead personnel has been there over seven years and I continue to share smiles with him to this day. This is a family business (at least thats how they operate). They are always willing to flex appointments when needed for things like weather-related issues or my work schedule emergencies. That works both ways sometimes as they have called me to report a delay in arrival due to a large job going long, even though the promised arrival time window had not expired. Scheduling is easy. Logistics are easy. Communication with me is better than any other company that Ive dealt with. The results are what I expect. They have all the services one would want related to carpet care. When things are not as expected they have great customer service that will make it right. Now if they could just make the carpet dry faster that would be above and beyond. I did try the Chem Dry for that but the results were not as good.

Steve’s has been cleaning our carpets for 5 years. Last year, our dog was very sick and was destroying our carpets due to her illness. I would have to call them sometimes twice a week and they came same day, sometimes within the hour of calling.Nate is always very conscientious and courteous when at our home, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call when at our home, meaning moving small furniture, going under furniture and cleaning if possible.He is always very astute, and works very hard!

These guys are the best. I have white carpets and I tried multiple carpet cleaners before and was never happy. I tried Steves 18 months ago and they did such a good job I signed up to have them come back every 2 months to clean the areas where the dog sleeps which gets dirty more quickly than the rest of the carpets, which they clean every 6 months. Nate with Steves Carpet Care did a great job, we had a water damage in a common area on Regis Campus. It was not enough to need their restoration services though. They were prompt on the service call and completed the work quickly and professionally as always.
