Can I ask why when I dropped off my disabled cancer patient girlfriend at the billingslea medical building on 5/14/21 that she had to work her way around your truck parked in the front of the building in the drop off zone?? I would think the two young boys doing what must have been very important work since one was leaning against the back of his truck on his phone the entire time could have at least parked more than 20 yards away and perhaps allow the disabled patients to unload on the drop off area. Well...perhaps there is some explanation other than uncaring lazy laborersCertainly no reason for people to lose jobs... just be more courteous in the future.

The guys were great, they were on time, and very polite. They rebuilt my whole bathroom after a pipe broke under the sink. i would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I made a n appointment for June 28th, after waiting for 30 minutes past the expected time, I called to find the appointment had been canceled due to an emergent situation. I was told that a message was left for me. Turns out it was left on a wrong number?? The appointment was rescheduled for July 8th. The morning of the appointment I was called to cancel again. Rescheduled for July 13th. I was told there would be a discount for the inconvenience. Rescheduled for JULY 13TH. again waited 30 min after scheduled time. Called only to be told I wasnt on the schedule and that there was no other crew available.Horrible customer service. Poor business practice, totally unreliable. Perhaps

I would absolutely recommend SERVPRO of Carroll County. They were very professional, respectful and hard workers. They came out the day I called and have kept in constant contact to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. And the interactions I have had with the office staff have been amazing as well.

I cant recommend ServPro of Carroll County enough. We had a flood in our basement and they came recommended by our Insurance Company. The crew was polite, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up the water damage, dried everything out, and did all of the working with insurance regarding the cleanup cost. We have chosen them to do the rebuild of our basement as well due to the fact that we were so happy with the cleanup.

Our old dishwasher had been leaking for some time. Who knew? Servpro was recommended by the plumbers. What a great company to do business with. Thy came out that night to assess the damage and were immediately put to work. Mike and Steve were so helpful and polite and we thank them immensely. Paul and Tyler came on other days. Such professional work they did and they all cleaned up as best they could. Servpro highly recommended.

The ServPro crew came out the same day I called and got to work assessing the damage and clearing out the wet drywall and insulation. They set up fans and a dehumidifier and came out, on time, to check on the progress the next day. Moisture readings were taken again and the fans were left on for a few more days. Mold remediation took place after things were completely dry. I would recommend this company for their promptness and thorough work.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Kept us up to date and informed about everything that was being done. When we did have any issues the ladies in the office were extremely friendly and on the ball.

I called Servpro of cc after a house fire. It was about a 2 month process between water remediation, packing cleaning and storing all my belongings, and then delivery. Throughout the process everyone was very understanding and responsive to my many questions and requests. Lyndon the owner came out several times to make sure the work was up to par. Terry and her crew did a great job taking care to pack up my valuables and many collectables. Everyone was very respectful of our home.

Our daughter and son-in-law were out of town when a water line broke in their bathroom. Servepro responded to their call and cleaned the mess up quickly and efficiently. The technicians would let us know ahead of time when they would be at the residence because we had to drive to our daughters house to let them in. They would also call us a half-hour or so before the appointed time and let us know exactly when they would be at the house . They were very efficient, and made sure they had not over-looked even the smallest detail. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. I cant say enough about their professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, and attention to detail. They were absolutely fantastic.

Back in October our toilets caused some minor flooding and water was coming out of our ceilings below. The initial team came out to begin the water mitigation. They cut out only what they needed from the ceiling and were kind and courteous the entire time. They explained every step of the process and worked fast and with care. Unfortunately, insurance took a while to come through but once it was finally approved they were out a week later to patch the holes and repaint the ceiling. It took two days but the second team was just as kind and courteous as the water mitigation team was. They moved and covered our furniture and belongings and even cleaned up the best they could before finishing the job. You cant even tell there were ever holes in my ceiling. Ill definitely be using them again for any future projects or if any other issues arise.

Our blower on the heat pump and water heater both broke 2 days before Christmas. Paul, Robbie and Matt were awesome in helping to remove the water and damaged carpeting and padding. The day before a holiday they stayed until the job was done

Bernie, Paul and another gentleman were fantastic! Ever since the very beginning when our basement flooded from rain the 24/7 hotline representatives were nothing but kind and courteous! They sent their guys out as soon as possible! They came out assessed damage and told us everything up front on what to expect! They came out for three consecutive days to assess damage and to improve work. On the third day, Bernie saw me struggling to remove wet grout from our driveway that was placed there after the flood. He took the time to help me with a handy tool and he was able to get the stick grout off our driveway. I was at a loss of words for this little task, but during this tough time, this little help meant the world. It was something that was not expected but he did it anyway. These guys really went above and beyond. Everyday they came in with a smile to attempt to make a negative situation better.Thank you guys! I would recommend this company any day!

Used and refereed this particular franchise on several occasions for water and fire/smoke damages as well as mold remediation. Cleaning carpet or installing it; no problem. They now have a team for building back and fixing the damages caused by the disaster or accident.

We came home on a friday evening after work to find that the icemaker line had leaked and we had water in the basement and also under the laminate flooring in the kitchen. The floor had started to buckle, this was the first time that we had ever had water issues like this, so I had remembered that our neighbor had used ServPro many years back after a chimney fire. I called and got their answering service and within a short time I had a call back from ServPro setting up the appointment to come fix our mess! Mike, Wes and Tyler showed up on Sunday morning and quickly assessed the problem and started the demolition. They determined that the problem had been going on for a bit longer than one day and there was more damage than was first thought. After removing the damaged materials, they set up blowers and dehumidifiers in the kitchen and basement. The next morning they were back to check on the drying process at the promised time and again the following day they showed up again at the time that they had said they would be there. Mike and his team are not only prompt, efficient and professional but also fun loving people that you can see like what they do. When that shows, you know you have chosen the right company. Because of their first impressions, we are having them come out to give us a estimate on getting the kitchen and basement back to the way it was.

Horrible experience - too long to list here. Job took 3 1/2 months to complete because the franchise owner refused to take responsibility for a roof tarp job gone wrong (he wanted the claims adjust to pay for it when Servpro guys were the ones to put holes all over the side of my house!). When they sent me the invoice ($3400+), I still had the following issues:1) Whoever used my ladder left it a complete mess, covered in plaster. Not a huge deal but wouldve been nice if they cleaned it off.2) Materials were left in my garage (insulation & plaster bucket) and nothing was swept up3) My garage door doesnt close properly - it worked fine before your company started work. There are garage door wires hanging from the ceiling still4) The plaster job done on the weight-bearing beam looks horrible - holes, etc. You tell me - is this standard quality of your companys work?5) Shingles on the roof are buckling. They didnt before.6) Shingles on side of roof just look horrible - about 1 1/2 inches to far out. I didnt include a picture of the other side for comparison, but it immediately caught my eye when I walked up.They didnt return my phone calls, did a poor job (construction lead was supposed to come out & inspect but failed to do so), and took WAY TOO LONG to complete. This was a 1 week job.I will NEVER use Servpro again.Raleigh HarrisWestminster, MD

ServePro was fabulous. We had 2 floods in the basement from an old water system. They arrived, did great work, checked in often as things were drying, came out to re-install padding, cleaned carpets - and were very professional. I hope never to need them again, but theyre who Ill call when I need help.

The Guys did an outstanding job.

They were hired to clean a basement family room after a pipe broke in the floor and concrete dust had to be cleaned up. Also to steam clean bathroom and porch carpet where contractors had tracked mud. Upon arrival I was told that this crew did not clean carpets and another crew would be sent out. Well that never happened. The cleaning crew barely got the floor clean. Wiped down walls but did not do window ledges. Basically for $925.00 they wet vacuumed the concrete floor and ran a swiffer over the paneled walls. I could have hired a maid service 3 times for that price and got a lot better job. Not to mention no carpet cleaning.
