UPDATE; I think I got toe nail fungus from them. By the middle of august, both of my big toe nails broke off randomly about half way down my toes! So, now I am sure they don’t clean their tools!BUYER BEWARE!!!!Original post July 2021; Not happy, and I’m concerned about how/if they clean their tools!This was my second time there, and I didn’t wait long, but my pedicure was painful to the point I kept pulling my feet away and flinching! They use the metal foot scrapers, and there tools come from a plastic bin that was not sanitized, nor did it look clean at all!These tools are possibly coming into contact with BLOOD from others and they just toss them back into the bin for the next person!Nope! I’ll be going somewhere else from now on!

Would never go back here. Went in with my daughter for full sets. Hers were decent but with missed spots. Mine I continued to say were too long but he kept getting annoyed every time I wanted shorter. They are so thick it looks like I had the same set on for a year and every time I look I find more places he didnt color correctly, missing color spots and a glob that is chilling on the side. The colors on the wheel are not even close to what they say and got annoyed when I said something. Unfortunately my boyfriend ended up coming in go pay for put nails and left a $40 tip, on top of that we had already been charged a lot for extras. And the only difference was she got glow in the dark and I got a black French tip. Never again.

Jessica did an amazing job! I adored her, sweet, funny, sassy. Kept good convos! My nails look soo good. Soo happy with them. Kindness goes a long way, so many mean people. Be kind. If you dont like something politely say something. Be an advocate to yourself while also understanding they deserve respect and kindness too! 🥳🥰👍

After I advised that I was there for a soak-off and new acrylic overlay, I was told the wait was 30 mins. After 40 mins it was my turn, only for the lady to tell me they dont do soak-offs! I asked if I can just sit to the side and just soak in a bowl of acetone and be serviced afterward since Id been waiting, but they said they dont have any bowls! So I went across the street to the Nail Art Studio and received good service from them. Wont be trying Jessicas again. 👎🏾

It was not great..... walk-ins welcome but not enough staff and we waited quite a while.. Got a simple pedicure and the polish was not applied well. Second coat wasnt applied to the edges so you can see it and its weird. Brow wax gave me an allergic reaction Ive never had anywhere else.

Angel did an AMAZING job on my nails. This is much closer to my home than my other nail place. I will definitely be back in 2 weeks. I heard she does a top notch pedicure as well.

Such sub par service. This is my second time visiting and second time being disappointed so I wont be returning. The first time I was in, I waited almost an hour with only 3 people in front of me and one person who came in after me being serviced before I did. Today, I asked for only a manicure and the work she had me leave with is far less than desirable. I didnt realize how bad one nail was until I was reaching for my card to pay. I asked for $2 to be removed from my bill as I had already had the young lady fix TWO other nails she left looking ragged so I did not want to go back to her chair for more work to be done. I was denied my request for the discount thus leading me to writing this review.

This place is the lowest quality nails I have ever experienced. My nails were coming off two days after and they were all off by day nine.

Kind staff, extremely clean salon, they take cleanliness seriously and everyones safety and health is top priority. They offer many services and I cannot recommend them enough! My mom has been going here for three years now and refuses to go anywhere else because they just cant beat Jessicas quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere.

Jessica is the best, you may have to wait a bit but it’s worth it!

I visited around 1pm on a Thursday as a walk in and probably waited about a half hour to be serviced. Jessica did an excellent job on my nails (full set acrylic with polish and matte top coat). I will be back again.

We called ahead and made appointments they got us in on time. The employees were nice and friendly. We got pedicures and the price was great. Ill be going back!

Been here twice. Sam has done my nails both times. He has done a great job. Happy so far.

I just got a full acrylic set with shellac polish. It was not a good experience. I asked him several times to take the length down. He did in one nail and left the rest way too long. I asked him again and he laughed and shook his head no. When filing my nails he gouged the sides of my fingers. When I told him he was hurting me he laughed. He left clumps of acrylic and spots of nail polish on my fingers. I will not be going back.

I love them! They are so good at what they do and they treat you like family!

Love this place! I get pedicures, shellac manicures, & my brows done here. I trust any of the staff for my services except my brows b/c Jessica does them perfectly. Its ridiculously clean, spacious & friendly. Theres not typically a long wait but they can get busy. I wish they were open on Mondays but I understand everyone needs a day off!

It was a really good trip to the nail salon. Best I’ve ever had my nail technician talked to me the whole time. Even helped me decide if I wanted glitter or not. You could really tell they cared. I was very unsure about the color but it had to match my costume for a competition and it’s something I would ever normally do but it looks great thank you

After quarantine girl date with my bestie.. turned out amazing. We both needed to relax while being safe and in a clean environment. Pedicures for both of us and full set pink ombré nails took around 2 hours. We left feeling refreshed & the work was beautiful. Will return. Thank you all .

Mr. D is amazingly talented. But the person who did my Pedi was less than satisfactory.

I was referred by a friend and she was right, Jessica did exactly what I wanted. I asked for ombre nail set and got a pedicure. Love my nails .thank you .and everyone is very friendly and its very clean.

Best nail salon in Michigan and I’m willing to bet it. I ONLY go to Jessica because that who I’ve been going to for the past 11 years however every one does a great job! I know because I take friends and family and they go to whoever is available, and always falls in love with the place. Very clean and professional. A ton of shellac polish to choose from, comfy spa chairs, clean restrooms, Great work, great quality, great people.

I went here today and i just want to commend the staff. Today these had two people came in and assaulted the workers at this nail shop due to a customer telling them one of the workers cut their hand. I just want to say the way you all handle it was brave gracious and fearless. It’s not everyday you see something like this but when you do it breaks your heart. Thank you guys for not backing down and making sure everyone was safe. I hope they catch the people that did this because this was uncalled for. I’m so sorry this happened to you guys.

I decided to try this place after my own nail tech cancelled on me last minute. I was a walk-in and was immediately taken in by a smiling employee. The man was very kind, professional, and did a great job on my pedicure with shellac. He said Hope to see you soon after I had paid. Well, I will definitely be back!!

The staff are very polite, the service is Ok but the place is extremely dirty. Nail powder everywhere...The fans,all the stuff that they use to do their services seems never cleaned. Dusty all over everything. If they improve their cleanliness could be a good place.

I always make my appointments with Dat. He is very friendly along with the rest of the staff. They make you feel very welcome. They do amazing work.

They did really good on my nails, I got the gel nails full set with shellac and it looks really nice. The lady who did my nails was nice and friendly. Only thing I wish was that they had a wider selection of polishe and special colors like chrome etc. other than that nice place!

My nails were awesome, the lady who did them was pleasant with a sense of humor and she offered a cutdown, and although I said no she explained why I should get it and she was definitely right because none of my nails popped this time around. Ill definitely be returning.

Ive been going to the owner of this salon for 9 years and her & her staff are the best. Id give them 4 because they did a pretty good job but the man who did my acrylics was incredibly rough and rude and cut me twice and glued my skin to the nail which hurt like hell later on. I was happy with how they looked it just wasnt a relaxing experience. Shouldve gotten a discount for the cuts lol.

Ive been here before and had great service although this past time it was a Friday at around 4 and they only had three people doing nails. the wait was an hr so I left and went somewhere else which was also very busy but had my nails done right away

On 9/3/15 a friend and I tried Jessicas for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was adequate although I had nails that were so rough they snagged my sheets. My manicure was awful, by the following Saturday, (4 days) the polish had peeled off in full strips and the nails were ragged. My friend had the same problem.There were on licenses posted and the ladies just rinsed off their tools with alcohol and warm water instead of the heated sealed pack.The shop was very clean and the ladies are very pleasant but I don think we will go back

The wait times can be a little long but the skills they all possess are well worth the wait. Prices are really good too.

They ruined my nails and feet and when I went back to get them fixed they refused probably because I’m black. They are very disrespectful I use to always go to them. I just had to change my rating. First visit, it was ok. Upon returning second time I left horrified. Tub filled with cold water. SO many bugs crawling on the floor I held my purse and shoes in my lap. After pointing this out to staff he swept the bugs onto the middle carpeted section. What!!!!???? At this very moment the woman next to me, her tub overflows all over the floor, soaking electrical wires etc. Good thing I already had my belongings in my lap. Im sure the guy could tell how uncomfortable I was so my pedi lasted maybe 20 min. Horrible file job. No cuticle. No massage. Yes, the polish is garbage. It was a struggle to find one that wasnt gunked up or been filled with thinner. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY of the other nail salons within a mile radius.

I went in for the first time for a shellac manicure. Halfway through, I misunderstood what the tech was saying and thought he wanted to put more polish on my finger, we bumped hands, and my nail smudged. He yelled at me, asked me repeatedly what I was thinking and if I was tired. I was humiliated and understandably annoyed at this treatment. The manicure itself turned out fine which is unfortunate because I will NEVER be going back.

I like it I am a regular. Very nice women. When the nails were dried and messed Jessica redid my nails. She hooked my eyebrows up.

Unfortunately today at Jessica nails was not a great experience. I came in with patients as I always do., arrived at 3:30. Services I wanted done. Nail take -off, eyebrows, and pedicure so I had cleared about 2 1/2 to be there. Everything was going as planned. Now, I just needed eyebrows done and I would be out. They close the doors about 6 so it became a little crowded and by now I believe Jessica was a little agitated. I know because she mistakenly thought I had said something about her doing someone before me which wasnt what I was talking about. Anyway, as we all know in between pedi/ fill -ins they with start or wax while we are drying or soaking, but by now time was reaching the 7 oclock hr. and I too wanted to go home, I had paid and everything. So as she was sitting back down to do whatever with the costumer in the chair. I said, could she finish me up.she told just a few more mins. I went to the back and waited for her which was about 5 -7 more mins. Now I was a little agitated, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I had been more than accommodating to her and I thought she could have at least apologized because Im a regular customer, I come every other week and I have never experienced this kind of treatment. Needless to say. I wont be back. Not because youll dont do a great job, because you do. But what I wont do is spend my money where I feel Ive been disrespected at. Good work along with good customer service is very important to me.they both go hand and hand...I gave you 3 stars because you do great work!Need to work on being a little more humble.

I wish i could say this place is amazing but its not! and no im not feeling sorry or anything. nice people but their nail polish is trash and so is the whole place. i was fine walking in till i sat down and saw old nail chips on the counter! i was thinking ok dont panic... but when i got home! i was so mad! i even tipped too! the second i left the other day and got home my nail polish legit peeled off! the whole thing! thank god my nail wasnt damaged or anything. i wont be back.. now back to doing more research on better nail salons...

Terrible experience!! Had full set of “ gel” nails done on Thursday and WITHIN 5 days, 2 popped off on 1 hand and all 5 were lifting and cracking around cuticle on the other hand! Any good product and salon would last much longer then that... Come to find out they used acrylic powder instead of gel, like I asked and paid for!! Went back in on 5th day and showed them, the guy accused me of doing abnormal activity at home. I attended a funeral 3 of the 5 days I had these done and the other 2 days, I was home!!!! Would not refund $$ but offered to fix them.... why on earth would I want them to try to “ fix “ them, when they should of been done right first time around?? Complaint has been made with Michigan State LARA as well as BBB!ConsumerBEWARE they are not operating under state guidelines with public safety, consumer hygiene practices and some of their employees aren’t even licensed to do nails!!
