I always stop here after helping my dad as a treat. I love the peppermint pedicure. I leave here with soft legs and feet that last days.

This place tore up my nails and my cuticles. By the end, 6 of my cuticles were raw and bleeding (yes most were hardly bleeding but still bleeding, lol). It was painful, and it left a burning sensation that lingered for a while. There was also no apology or concern, just a joke about my cuticles bleeding easily! Even with me wincing in pain throughout the process.They also did not do a great job with the ombre. The very last picture was my reference, and what I walked in with (except grown out a bit). I wanted all my nails to be like the pinkys in that pic, with black accent nails. Thats not what I got. I was very unhappy with the entire experience and will not be back.Oh, in addition, these cost me $70 plus tip. The rainbow nails were $60 plus tip at 69 Nails and Spa on Lilley Rd. Which is where I wanted to go to begin with but they couldnt fit me in. And with the rainbow nails, none of it was painful, none of my cuticles were bleeding.

I had my nails done yesterday. Full set, shellac. Within 3 hours my thumb nail had already completely peeled. I went to another salon today to have that one fixed and now my index finger is peeling. Noted that I have not been hard on my nails at all, I have not done any hard scrubbing and have not used any chemicals since. Within 24 hours have to have 2 nails fixed. I will not be returning. $65 for a full set I would assume they would last more than 24 hours.Be warned.

My mother just needed acrylic applied after she put the tips on.40 dollars only acrylic applied, one hour later they lift. Same thing happened to my fiance when she got a full set put on. They have had plenty of chances to get it right they just cant nothing personal its just bad quality their nails lift.

I will never spend another penny here...I witnessed a mother and daughter receive manicures and pedicures....the owner approach and asked for payment of a bill that was well over a hundred dollars of course. The customer gave her credit/debit card as payment and was rudely asked for cash...her response was who carries that amount cash these days the owners response was next time with no cash Ill charge $2..for card use......not to mention while I was being service. I was asked if I was from the area and where did I live...this is all racial profiling ....I will spend my money elsewhere!

I got my nails done with dipping powder and they look so pretty. I really like the colors of my nails .

We were there just 1 hour ago, my husband is still bleeding, the lady did my husband just gave him pain and reduced him to bleed!!!Is this a good service? Shame on you and your unprofessional job!!

First time my sister got a pedicure and it was horrible.Rude, unfriendly people...Yelled at me to get my color...Started with, they said, rudely regular pedicure, no lotion, no massage, what????Who does that...So fast, rushed to get done, terrible.

Worst nail extension experience ever, I went here for the first time, I told the guy I wanted gel (overlay) nail extensions first he didnt get and he was going to do acrylic then I told him the one you use a board to make the tip. He showed the board I said yes, the he started making the tip, Then he asked me how long you want it I said longer then what he did he said it cant get longer then that ( then y did he ask?) I asked him arent you going to use that board he said no it makes to much mess! He made a mess of my nails! He kept putting the liquid on my skin which in not suppose to touch the skin then the nail polish he put was all lumped up and un-even... he didnt even treat my cuticles and he put the gel on my skin and all my fingers and nail hurt so bad that tears are coming down my face! I dont know how to take off and I think if I should go to them to take it off or should i go somewhere else. They may be good but my experience sucked. If they didnt know how to do gel nail he could have told me instead of ruining my nails!Im so disappointed that I wouldnt recommend this place for nail extensions. A few pictures for you all to decide! The tips are so fat that they touch the skin and are at level of the skin!

Love this salon, lots of room, very nice people and they were very accommodating. I have a bad leg and they were extremely helpful. Booking an appointment on their Google app was super easy and they responded immediately. Definitely will be going again!

The woman who did my manicure did a horrible job, she was filing my nail like it was an acrylic nail, I had the dipping powder put on my original nails, she did not sand them down afterwards just put a clear coat on and charged me full price, I said something immediately when she was filing my nail like it was an acrylic nail, never go there again! Save yourself money and time go some place else, absolutely the worst Ive ever had. No, you are located on ford rd and new burgh, I made the right review, my daughter and I were both there Sunday, absolutely horrible reply!

Ive been coming here to get my nails filled in and I came here last weekend and got a fill In and a pedicure so were do I start1) the lady that did my pedicure was super nice but she went so deep to get a hang nail out she cause a skin infection on my big toe.2) the lady that did my nail fill in was so rude everytime I told her to fix my nail she would be snoddy about it. And then she kicked my foot were the paint on my toe was still wet and then complain that she had to fix it

DO NOT COME HERE! My usual nail place was closed so I stopped in this salon. It looks nice and clean but I had a horrible experience. I asked for a fill on my dip powder nails and she started ripping my nails off with nail clippers. She completely destroyed my natural nails. She cut and made every SINGLE finger bleed. She kept asking me is this how you do dip powder? I don’t like to complain, but I looked at my nails, and they looked horrible. I asked her please fix them as every one was crooked and the dip powder didn’t even reach the top of my nail. She also charged me 45$ for it.

Worst nail experience ever in this area! Im a person that has worn nails for years and been to many area shops. I have never been cut so many times with the drill.The male nail tech was rushing, not paying attention, and argumentative when I mentioned his poor shellac removal, shotty acrylic fill in, and rushed polish job. The icing on the cake is I was GROSSLY overcharged and nails lifting in 3 days. Buyer Beware!!!

Ive been coming to Elle Nails for a year (though not as many manicures as usual years due to COVID) and I am really happy. I came in one time to have them fix a nail that I slammed in a door, and they did it for free. They are friendly and always up for a chat...I dont really love the awkward silence as someone rubs my feet, lol. Today I got a beautiful manicure, gel acrylic fill in that was perfectly shaped. A couple nails werent perfect and I asked for them to be fixed and my tech had no problem changing it. Love Elle Nails!

Terrible. I won’t be back after today. New owners. Great services. Bad customer service.They switched owners-JOHN and his wife are GONE. New owners. Not good.The photo was taken on a prior visit-first set my female new owner. I considered it a fluke. Went back to see her husband.I got there at 6p. I was 3rd in position. They were attended to. I was next. Still waiting, another woman came in and was waiting. We sat for over 25 mins. Two additional women came in-refused to be seated and were placed in the pedicure chairs.I’m politely advise of their error and say, you know what, I’ll decline my ped. I’ll just get a fill. The husband tells me to sit in his chair/table and keeps trying to get me to get a ped. I decline. This whole time their speaking in their foreign language. I decline the ped a 3rd time. He says I’ll have to wait another 1/2 for fill and wants to take another person over me because they were waiting & getting a ped.Hello, you knew this prior. You even asked the girl who came in after me to be seated for a fill. So which is it, the girl in the ped chair or the one after me. I said, never mind. Have a nice day.The husband and wife come over to me—mind you John, told them that I was a long time customer before he departed. They ask me not to leave. At this point, I’m disappointed in the customer service. I’m not even mad. But considering, the lack of service; the fact they raised their prices SIGNIFICANTLY—I’ll pay my 99.00$, before a time to someone else who values my patronage & knows how to provide customer service.

Beautiful salon. Clean pedicure tubs with disposable liners thats cleaned after every use. clean sanitized and sterilized tools being used for everyone. Quick service times and offers huge variety of colors. Great place to come get a deluxe pedicure. Owners are great at satisfying everyones needs so you leave with great nails. Hands and feet

Will never come back to this place. Came for a $30 pedi. They did things I never asked for and when I went to check out told me it was $50! Didn’t notice how messed up my pinky toe was until I got home. She had fixed 3 other toes I noticed were messed up after she did them. My biggest issue was she made 2 of my toes bleed when cutting cuticles. Would not recommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would give ZERO stars if possible. Scheduled an appointment more than 24 hours ahead, arrived on time, and was made to wait nearly an hour while walk ins who arrived after me were seated before I was for the same services. I even had a young lady come to seat me, but the manager said something to her, she told me never mind, and two walk ins who arrived half an hour after me were taken back. It felt very racially charged, as the only other black customer had experienced the same treatment I did and waited an hour while others were serviced. Please take your money elsewhere.

I called to make reservations for pedicures a few days ahead of time for 4 of us. Over the phone she told me it would be $30 per person. When I hesitated & questioned whether they raised their prices, she said stated they could do it for $25 instead. When we arrived, they moved very quickly and did a horrible job. Nails were uneven and not painted well. The technicians talked to each other in a different language and laughed the entire time, making all four of us feel uncomfortable. They each only addressed us personally to find out what color we picked and then went about their conversation with each other. They were not professional at all and I will not be going back. Dont waste your time or money.

Cleanest nail salon Ive ever been before!

I got a pedicure & the lady rushed through it. She did not get the rough skin off my feet like they used to. My feet look the same as they did before the pedicure except I had new nail polish on. I used to go here a lot before they changed owners. It used to be 5 stars & awesome service. Unfortunately it is completely different now. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Lee did a great job with my nails! I didn’t have to wait since there weren’t a lot of people. I’ll bring a friend next time :)

I have gotten my nails done there twice. First time paint peeled of in 4 days. 2nd time not even 2 hours and 2 nails are losing paint. All I did was wash some dishes.The shaping is amazing but I cant have half painted nails for $45

I use to love coming here but after my experience the last 3 times I went I will not be returning. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. The owners and the staff here are so rude (except Dan, hes the only one there with a personality). If Im coming in to be serviced and Im spending my hard earned money then the least you can do is greet me and make sure I enjoy my service. Thats not what happened today.The water to get a pedicure takes so long to get hot. I told the man (I think hes the owner) that I wanted my water hotter but I guess he didnt feel like waiting until it was hot enough to my liking because he turned the water off & walked away. Then the lady who did my pedicure was so rude and rushed through it. She didnt say hello or anything, all she said was right foot. She over did it when scrapping the dead skin off of my feet leaving them to feel rough. Pedicures are suppose to be relaxing but this was anything but relaxing. I will not be back

Came in for a mani pedi. I asked for the dip colors twice. Pedicure was terrible, didnt remove any calluses. Then told me they didnt have the same color so as my toenails. She cut my nails terribly, very short and not even . Still charged me for everything even though she didnt complete the work . Dont waste your money ill never be back.

My pedicure was decent, but the girl who did them was rushed and they dont look 100%. I got a manicure and it was the worst I have ever gotten. The first thing i told her was keep my nails LONG. what does she do?? Cut the first nail down to the top. I jerked my hand back right away and corrected her. This was fine. But she didnt listen to me at all. She didnt cut my cuticles at all on my thumb, and i told her three times i wanted glitter over my nails. She agreed. She then directed me to the dryer where i sat for 15 minutes while she started giving a pedicure. I at this point got up and another guy helped me, barely. He didnt sit me down or anything. I stood as he applied it. I could have done a better job. The girl i had was also very rude when i told her to put glitter on and that she was cutting my nails too short. I then sat for another 10 minutes and waited for someone to cash me out. They did not. Also, my manicure looks like a ten year old did it.Not worth the 50+ dollars I spent. I am very disappointed.

I paid 32 dollars for a basic manicure on my own nails with gel shellac. To me thats crazy and it wasnt even that good of a manicure. Another place I go to is so much better at a more reasonable price. I will not be returning. She only took about 20 minutes to do my nails. For the price, it wasnt anything special. Place was clean. Thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars.

Came here on a Sunday because my normal nail salon was closed.Quick to greet. Just all around great service. Very clean and can accommodate a lot of customers. Would definitely recommend !

Could not recommend this salon enough. Technician does a fantastic job and is super sweet and enjoyable to talk to. These are my real nails -- they stand up to bodybuilding abuse 6 days a week, look great and never break. I typically go 3-4 weeks between color changes with no issues. Pedicures are good too and salon is clean.

Finally! They did such a great job! Great atmosphere! Classy and they are meticulous about the work they do. The details! Friendly staff and high class!! Beautiful work. My new place!

Nails have bubbles in them. Atleast 2 of my nails are cut at an angle. I brought up a problem with one of my nails, it was fixed but I felt like I wasnt supposed to say anything. There was nail polish on my fingers, she seemed to be in a rush even though the place was empty. I just feel like my nails werent done right. I have given this place multiple chances.

Great placed called them last minute on a Sunday for a manicure they took me right in and were quick and did a great job! I’ll definitely be going back to them!

I used to love this place a few years back when I lived in Westland. I used to come get pedicures with my sister, they would do a great job with my nails and give a fantastic foot & leg massage. To keep this short - I went with my girlfriend last week, and I paid $35 to get my previous toenail polish scraped & sanded off, causing my big toenail to crack in half the next day. This place has gone completely downhill.

I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. On top of the staff being very friendly and welcoming it was one of the best mani-pedi Ive had in a while. My tech paid attention to detail, was very friendly and accommodating. I will be back. Thank you for the great service.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Holly and Lee are amazing! I am always so happy with my nails and love the atmosphere. They’re kind, they do great work, and they’re actually nail artists. Also, being a former cosmetologist, I LOVE that walking in and looking around they are up to code on EVERYTHING sanitation and law wise. Holly does decorative nail art, ombré, cats eye, the shapes and colors I’ve seen her do while getting mine done are amazing and I have never had anyone as perfectly spot on with every nail being the same shape and length as Lee!!Here are the pics from my first trip in, until now! I had a gift certificate that expired 2 weeks ago and they would not honor it. I have been coming to this salon for over 6 years and it’s sad they would be willing to lose a customer over 14 days! Very disappointing!

My appointment was at 1:00. Its 1:50 and Ive been sitting with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes.2:25....Pretty standard pedicure. But they told us $25 on the phone and charged us $30. After all the time we waited.

I came in for a gel French manicure, they had a shellac (which was fine). I am satisfied with how long it lasted without chipping. Should have devoted more attention to trimming the cuticles and avoiding touching them with the clear coat. It chipped from the cuticles within a week.

If I could rate lower I would. The staff is extremely rude and rushes the process. My friend went there and they cut her finger not once but twice! She was bleeding bad. They also got polish all over her hands and refused to give a discount. The nails from there also break with ease. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely a wonderful place. Everyone was very polite and nice. Ann painted my 4yr old nails and when my daughter messed 1 up and little tears came to her eyes, Ann came over and told her she would fix it no crying. I will definitely be coming back.

I went here thinking it would be a great place from the reviews, and I ended up getting over charged for a sub par job. My nails have chipped, after one day, and they didn’t cover my entire nails. They got polish on my toes, one of my toes was only half done. I have polish built up on the edges, just the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten.Don’t waste your time going here, the people are not friendly neither.I was charged $85, was not worth it.

The service was awesome. I was not rushed for my pedicure and John took his time doing it and made sure I was comfortable. My feet look and feel amazing! I will b back soon.

It’s okay. I had to keep telling her what to fix and how to shape the nail properly, and when she was painting the nails she left gaps and overpainted on others. I wouldn’t come here again.

Horrible experience, I waited at least 40 min and they are completely understaffed which was similar to my last experience here. The husband and wife who I assume are the owners of this establishment argued the entire time as they sat next to each other while doing my nails. She was rushing, yelling, and filing my nails angrily. I asked for nail polish 💅 over my shellac and she was upset about my choice. I had to tell her three times and show photos on my phone of the nail shape I wanted. The nails were horribly thin and broke within a few days. Lastly I was overcharged and nail polish never dried.

I have been getting my shellac done from here for the past 2+ years. I go to Kim and I absolutely LOVE her. John the owner does a good job too as does his wife Anne. No complaints whatsoever.

Extremely disappointed! My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas I used it in June (which the gift certificate didnt expire until the following year) the nail salon switch the owners same name still and when I got my pedicure/ manicure with my gift certificate they made me pay the difference extremely unfair! I had no idea they switched owners & raise prices I will never go back there ! Also not to mention the Nail Tech wasnt very attentive at all and kep getting up and down and helping other people it was not relaxing at all!!

I took my sister here for her birthday nails. She brought a photo of what she wanted and they did awesome. I got my nails done for the first time ever in my life here afterwards. They did perfect as well. The guy in there is very good and friendly. I dont know his name. But i will so go back . These cost only 55 before tip (full set, almond shape, ombre). Again idk nails well or the normal prices but i think its worth the outcome 100%.

Came in a little before my scheduled appointment and they got me started right then. The young man who did my mani and pedi was very friendly, professional, and held a conversation with me. Many places Ive been - no words are spoken just pick your color, wash your hands, and what I am being charged. Wish I lived closer because I would come every two weeks - California is quite a distance to travel but would if I could!

I used to go see John for my nails and he always did a great job. Everyone here can do a decent job, but theyre not friendly. They can be very rude and rushed to get you out of their chairs when the salon isnt even busy or packed with people. One of the girls scolded me for smudging my polish and asking for a re-touch too quickly....I thought that was rude because im paying for this, so asking for a re-touch is a completely normal service to ask for. She was trying to get rid of me asap! bad service.

Crazy too busy no one working they don’t open until 1100 but taking customers @ 10:00 jumping from customer to customer but it’s Sunday I was a mess don’t think I will be back
