I paid for shellac but, ended up getting SHEWACK!! I couldn’t believe that my so called shellac polish was coming off the same day!!! They also messed up the original shape of my nails! Oh, and last but not least, tried to send me out with uneven eyebrows before I had her to correct them!! 😡😡 STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!

I go there all the time for my feet and my nails I think theyre amazing I will never go anywhere else and theyre on point and their prices are on point

Do not bother. Paid for a mani/pedi and I couldve done a better job myself! My feet are still dry and calloused. Cuticles on both fingers and toes are still there. 2 days later nail polish is coming off!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this place!!!! Clearly they do not care!PLUS my very thick natural nails have been reduced to paper thin! Due to dremeling.

Went there w/an appt. for/Lily, but when I sat in her chair and showed her what I wanted she referred me to Leo as he is the expert on long, curved nails. Not so much. I asked for the nails pictured with the French (except not the pink & white) and what I got was nothing even similar. I am so upset! This is a brand new set so its not as if I can just take them off after paying then $40 + tip. He ended up glueing an additional tip to the first tip because he cut them so short at first that that is how he lengthened them some. Gobbs of acrylic! Ugly-ass shape! Not curved as I requested. Doesnt even resemble my hands & Ive had acrylic nails for over 30 yrs. & many nail techs in several states. I HATE THEM!! This place looks runned down, not very clean or tidy, and no matter how many pictures you show them they dont get it right. Wont ever return! I made a huge mistake coming here! I HATE THEM!!!!!

This use to be my favorite nail salon however since opening back up from Covid they have been more concerned about penny pinching than the quality of their work. I typically get shellac which could only come off if I soaked them off or with a nail drill for the past few months my polish has been peeling off a day or two after I leave the salon as if it’s not shellac. I personally believe they are charging people for shellac but giving them gel polish. Don’t bother to return to the shop because they will look at you crazy like you did something wrong and act as if they don’t wanna fix it and have the nerve to charge you for it and still expect a tip! Also the female manager who runs the shop is very pushy she will constantly ask you if you want services you already said no to or don’t need I understand trying to make your money but being pushy or constantly bugging Someone isn’t the way to go. I was a loyal customer and always tipped however I will not be returning. Also they force you to pay in cash i have no idea why but it’s very frustrating as a customer and they definitely will give you attitude when you don’t tip them.it is a lot of young entrepreneurs out here now that are going to soon put them out of business if they don’t change their policy and attitude not to mention iPhones have the translation app in which I’ve used while sitting in the shop and they constantly talk about customers all day long especially the owner.

Went in with my friend- Van did our nails. Mine look terrible. I went in with a picture of something not complicated and they aren’t even close. I tried to tell her what i wanted and she kept cutting me off like she understood and then kept making it worse. While painting my friends nails, she kept hitting my friends nail with the rim of the brush and my friend left with bad nails too. The prices said $35 for a full set, $7 for eyebrows, we paid $38 & $10. it’s fine if you’re going to up your prices, but the signs need to be adjusted and you need to inform your customers. $38 is a lot of money to leave unhappy. Won’t make the mistake of coming here again.

My new favorite nail shop now that I moved to westland. Daniel is the best when it comes to doing nails 💅 😍. Highly recommend

This place use to be so convenient and so good when mike the owner was working in there. I been going here for about 3 years and I’m over it. Some of the people just doesn’t speak English at all, or doesn’t understand you. Pedicures be uncomfortable 😒 LEO BY FAR IS ONE OF THE BEST ONES IN THERE. When he does my nails they last and they look nice. Know just how I like them.

My little sister and I go here all the time. I love them. The guy always do my nails and I never catch his name but he is a perfectionist lol. Always helping with ideas. My sister is never disappointed with the women at #1! Only complaint is that I wish they had more photos/model hands to showcase their designs to see what they can do. They do so much and you would never know if you are afraid to ask.

Could give 10 stars, my friend put me on a month or so again and I am glad she did! They are the best especially van (the lady with the brown and pink streak hair) my nails be so bomb, so neat, AND SHE PAINTS THE WHOLE ENTIRE NAIL! Never had a nail tech do that, it would always look like I need a fill after getting my nails done (so annoying). and because I get my nails done every two weeks I needed a great and reliable nail place because I came from another nail place because they are charging WAY TOO MUCH for just decent work. They all are so friendly and there are SO MANY COLORS OF SHELLAC to choose from. I wish I could give 0 stars. This was my first time coming here, and I (a black woman) was pressed to pay before I even received any service. They were rude, and rushing, a kind lady next to me, who was also a customer, even had to point the mistakes to them because they were trying to pretend they didnt see it. They did such a poor job on my feet that I have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get them done properly. The kind customer ( a white lady), was allowed to pay when all of her services were done, go figure. But they made it clear that was not an option for me. I will NEVER consider going back there. I hope they get shut down very soon.

This place is amazing. I have always had a good experience here. Someone wrote on there review they showed up at 710 and they close at 730 then thats not enough time to get your stuff done. they have lives too. if you want stuff done call for an appointment. anyways thats my two cents they rock.

Everyone was really friendly but the tech that did my full set kept nicking me with the tools she was using. Never had that happen anywhere else. Also, my friend asked for a full set and the tech that she had started giving her a manicure instead and when she realized it wasnt right he did give her the overlays but charged her for both, even though it was his mistake. You also dont have the option to leave a tip on a card and there are no signs anywhere that say cash only or cash tips only. Too much headache.

Leo did a wonderful job! My nails look great! He took his time and made sure I was happy with the design! I will be returning!

Been sitting in the parking lot waiting for the place to open at 9:30. Its 9:44 & there is no one here to even open the doors. Very unprofessional! 3 of us here together for manis so youve lost 3 customers. We are taking our money elsewhere, will not be back since you dont feel our time is as important as yours.

This place is terrible, I got a acrylic full set and lost 3 nails within 48 hours. I went back up there to have them fixed, after sitting for a hour and watching only one person of the 5 staff members working I was irritated. I then asked for my money back, or at least a portion of it. I was told no and that its my fault my nails came off because I have oily nails ..its just funny to me that you blame the customer for your crappy work.. and I actually have very dry cuticles which is why I prefer acrylic... But highly disappointed in this shop not only the quality of work but the customer service as well.

Clean, but rushed through my pedi. Didnt even get a massage and the hot towel was a hot washclothes. Im a big lady! Nice people, but I like being pampered a bit more.

I have only had great experiences with D & T Nail Design. I always see Lisa and my nails always look amazing and last a good 3 and sometimes 4 weeks.

Couldnt bring myself to give more than 1 star.Lady removing my fake nails cut my finger, it started bleeding a lot. She said sorry and continued on. Then cut another one of my fingers which started to bleed. She said sorry again and really looked like she felt bad. I wont ever go back here. I felt it was very unsanitary that my blood got all over every thing she used on me after cutting me. ( On the table, 2 different files, nail trimmers, and on the electric filer) What ever happened to BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS people?!?!

I love going to get my nails done and they are very reasonable and the staff are very nice and care bout they customers.

The girl who did my pedicure literally cut my skin on toe and I was bleeding. She didnt bother apologizing or anything. The paint job was a rush and not even and then I was passed off to someone else to do my manicure who did a decent job however the chrome powder that was applied to 2 of my nails began chipping the next day. I know its not supposed to do that as its not my first rodeo with chrome powder. And dont get me started on the light pink shellac polish that started turning black around the edges not even a week after I got the manicure. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone looking for a nail place so they know to avoid this salon!

Employees are very hard to understand. I tried to ask him to fix one of my nails because he missed a whole section of my nail with nail polish but he didnt understand what I was saying.
