I love Hues Nail Bar. They all are so welcoming and friendly. They are so talented, I can see that when they are doing my nails and toe nails. The amazing colors and styles are almost endless. I highly recommend going to Hues. You will NOT be disappointed.

The best nail salon Ive ever been to.

If I could Id give a zero, they are rude and it smells horrible hurt my throat and myself and 2 friends nose were hurting when we walked in. The worker told us as we were walking out make an appointment next time please in a snotty way. Great name because the minute I walked in I said hue horrible dont ever come here. Its also very sketchy.

Phong is amazing! Ive seen him do awesome mani/pedis for years and I had him do my nails for my wedding! They were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Phong listened to what I wanted and created something even better than I had imagined. There were so many designs to choose from, all so pretty and intricate- there was even a lace one. If youre looking for a regular place to get your nails done, look no further. Whether you want to have beautiful nails for wedding or want just a pedicure or manicure, Phong is the person to see!

New to town. Found a wonderful nail bar with family atmosphere. Team work in caring for customers. Easy to be around. Found classic books at front door as a welcoming to customers. Loads of color choices! Service was timely. Offered local avenues for dining. Friendly and spirited laughter, easy vendor to visit every 2 weeks.

A couple weeks ago i went to a different nail salon, and they completely messed up my nails. i went to hues nails and they fixed them all, and made them look beautiful!! they have so many color options and so many cool designs. prices are reasonable and everyone that works there makes it really enjoyable to be there. there super honest and make sure your nails are perfect when you leave. i highly recommend.

Tried Hues for the first time today with a friend. So happy we did! This place raises the bar as far as nail salons go. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Customer service is top notch. They have such a passion for what they do. There are thousands of colors and designs to choose from and they got as excited and inspired as we were picking them out. We had so much fun creating a personalized look for each of us. I cant wait to come back!

Love this place! This was my first visit and I will be back. I wanted something special for the holidays. I brought a picture but they had so many creative and beautiful options to choose from. Everyone was so nice and the shop is nice and clean. Very talented staff too.

So I personally dont get my nails done but my girlfriend does here. The people working here are very friendly and easy to talk to. They do great work, where its very Instagramable and gets a ton of likes when she posts pictures of them. They also are really good with you bringing in a picture from social media that you want and they can probably do that to your nails for ya.

I drove over 40 minutes just to come to Hues! The service is phenomenal, they do a great job. I love my nails. Great prices, friendly staff. Exactly what I needed.

Have been seeing Kim and Phong for almost 2 years and they are, BY FAR, the most professional and creative artists I have ever experienced. My nails ALWAYS look PHENOMENAL!! They have hundreds of colors and designs to choose from and can also replicate anything you show them from a photo or idea. I came here about a month ago in March and one of the guys drilled into my nail so far that I still have a hole and my nail becasuse it hasnt grown out yet. My nails didnt last long because I had had to go somewhere to get them removed because my nail hurt that bad. I will not be back there again.

I love the place! Its super clean and modern. By far the best nail salon in Westfield. I like the fact that they keep their appointments.

I made an appt first thing in the morning and came in around 11am on a weekday/same day. This was the first time I felt comfortable coming to a nail salon. Kim and Phong were so personable and patient with me. I was relaxed and the services werent rushed at all. I love my nails, hands and feet! This will definitely be the place I go to on a consistent basis... my place to escape.

Just want to say first that ive been trying to find a good nail salon for the past 10 years. Some where friendly, comfortable and good at what im going for. Hues is all three and more. Mother and son, they talk to you instead of to eachother and they are SOO friendly. Theyre comical, respectful and make sure they ask you about every thing to make sure you are 100% happy. I love this place and im so happy i found it. Will make the drive from South Hadley everytime

I recently got my nails done at the new place in Westfield and its still awesome, even more ridiculous are the LED backlit nail bottle displays. Pure professionalism. The owner is still nice and personable. Anyway, wanted to give a good review since I dont think my old one is visible anymore? Below:Got my nails done for a wedding, its been a couple weeks now and they STILL look perfect...I was worked on by the owner of this place himself, Phong, a young, sexy but very polite 20 something. He clearly was very knowledgeable on his process, and seems to be constantly researching and developing new products of his own. Forbes should do an up n coming entrepreneur piece on this guy. I would watch out, I think this business is going places - you should get your nails done while the prices are so cheap. I hear theyre sold out months in advance so do it quick.I got a pink and purple marble, but some fingers with matte with a beautiful stamp - came out gorgeous, and Ive never had my nails professionally done in so little time, I was probably out in ten minutes! They mentioned also being available to travel reasonable distances to do entire bridal parties, I suggested they put out a groupon lol.The place is also very clean and has a calming atmosphere...and they are beyond thorough with their work, after he was done, Phong twice returned to a couple nails to do a quick 5 second touch up since he saw tiny flaws/imperfections with his own work that I swear are invisible to the naked eye, they looked fine to me.Check out their instagram KIMNAILS_AGAWAM, pics will blow your mind, Im def trying a glow in the dark combo next.

Ive been coming to Phong and kim for years, ever since they were kims nails in agawam. Im so happy to see them expand. I love their new place, its much bigger and they have even MORE colors than their old place. I love the fact that they do it by appointments and unlike other salons they actually keep it! Ive never had to wait more than 5 mins. The level of detail of their work is phenomenal, i never feel rushed. LOVE this place!

Oh my God I love this place! I wont go anwhere else for my mani or pedies; waxings too.Pricing is reasonably on the low side especially when Kim & Phong go out of their way to make sure they fit you in their busy schedule with your busy schedule to give u everything that u want and ask for.
