Amazing place. Friendly employees with great customer service! They take reservations and have plenty of availability. You can tell the staff loves what they do and it shows on the customer service. I have purchased gift certificates for my girlfriend plenty of times, great gift that gets used. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I was BEYOND impressed with Deco Nail Studio. Me and my mom booked a last minute appointment because I recently moved to this area and just happened to find this nail studio on Google. The ladies were beyond incredible and the customer service was above and beyond!!! Me and my mom have gotten our nails done at various places for years and I can honestly say this was the best experience we had. They were beyond thorough and gave us so many tips/tricks to make our nails last! We will seriously be back as soon as we can.

I will never use another nail salon except DECO Nail StudioEvery time I have come in, everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is so calming and gorgeous. My nails always come out amazing, and they stay like that for weeks. No one else will take as good care of your nails. They listen to your requests and work with you super well to make sure that you’re ultimately in love with your results. All are super professional ladies who are now forever and always the only ones I’ll allow to do my nails.

Deco Nails is one of a kind! Their prices are reasonable and have the largest color selection I have ever seen!!! They have taken the extra precautions due to COVID and it shows! Love that you text them when you arrive and they will send a text back once your technician is ready. Everything is constantly sanitized and cleaned. I have been going to this business for years and love every appointment. The atmosphere and vibe are out of this world. Big bonus points that they sell art of small businesses/artists. I have had several nail techs over the years and non have disappointed me with their talents! Make sure to check them out and schedule your appointment ASAP!!

I really enjoyed this place, I loved the atmosphere and especially Bridget! She did an awesome job! My only issue is I got dip on my nails which should have lasted for several weeks within the week it was chipping off along with my toes. Very disappointed in the amount I spent to only enjoy it for a week. It might be some time before I return.

I just came back from my first appointment there and I really enjoyed it. Miriam was great company and my nails look awesome. She cleaned up my cuticles really well. I went to a different nail salon 2 weeks ago, and within a week after visiting there, my cuticles were a mess again. I am very pleased with how my nails look. The salon was very clean, and didnt smell of chemicals like you would expect. I loved the laid back atmosphere and the technicians really seem to want to get to know the clients, and really want to do a good job. I was especially pleased with the price! Great quality work for a very reasonable price. I cant wait to come back!

This is the Best nail salon I have patron and experienced ever. Each nail tech is amazing with superb skills in nail care and artistry! The ambience is relaxing and cool at the same time. Before Covid-19 they served wine & other beverages for free! And before Covid-19 they were already ahead most establishments with their commitment to cleanliness & safety for the customers and employees. Even when they could have opened sooner, they were one of the last salons to open to put in place extreme safety measures to protect everyone.Their website is nice with the ability to set an appointment online or calling in. They send appointment reminders via text. And they have a rewards program. They atmosphere and genuine friendliness is welcoming to everyone & that says a lot in this time we live in. I just can’t say enough about this place… #LOVE

This is hands down the best nail studio I have been to. I loved Gina! She did such a great job helping me pick out a color based on my skin complexion. I have been getting dips for months, but I had no idea they were doing it wrong. Well, I had some idea, because my fingernails were so thin and unhealthy. Gina did such a good job at making the dip manicure look like my natural nails.My nails grow so fast, but I was on the 3 week mark and someone said did you get your nails done again? I was like no, it is the same one. She could not believe that they did not grow out so fast, but it is because Gina did such a great job of getting the dip right down to the cuticle.I also LOVE that you can schedule appointments online. This makes it so convenient for me because I always forget to call ahead when they are open.Cannot recommend enough!

Have been here a couple times and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Have received a manicure and pedicure with both turning out great! Last time I went, before vacation, I came in with what I thought would be a complicated gel design and they knocked it out of the park, and in a very reasonable time! Had this design for over a week now and its held up super well!!

DECO is impeccably clean at all times. The staff is so friendly and create a very warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. I consistently see Jessica, and her free hand nail designs are incredible! I would not consider going anywhere else.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years now and theyre more amazing than ever. The owner shows how much she truly cares for and appreciates everyone. The name change was perfect for a fresh start to the new year since theyre not in connection with the other Posh salons. The staff are so friendly and make you feel relaxed. They offer complimentary drinks (even wine!). They have so many services to choose from and if you love pretty nails, the possibilities for designs are endless here. They dont rush you and you will feel assured that youre receiving the best quality and care here.

I wish I had pictures of all the times I’ve had my nails done here. Such a comfy and relaxing environment. This is always my go to nail place. They offer you wine, water, coffee, etc. The last time I called in they had a wedding party and didn’t have any openings at the moment but the staff member took down all my info and said she would call me if something opened up, which I really appreciated. She definitely went out of her way. Even when I’m indecisive about color or design, they’re always kind and patient.

This is the only place I will go from now on anymore to get my nails done. The salon is beautiful, clean, and inviting. They offer WINE or MIMOSAS when you come in 😍 also everything is SO sanitary. My nails are beautiful and my last set of GelX stayed on for 4 WEEKS! Typically my nails fall off after a week or two, they break and lift and everything else when I get them done at a “typical” nail place. These girls love what they do and are amazing at it!

Absolutely love this salon. I’ve been to a lot of places and will never again go somewhere other than here. I am so happy with my nails!! Miriam was my nail tech and did an excellent job! She was so personable and was sure that my nails were EXACTLY how I wanted them, before I left. I would recommend her for sure!

I’m fiercely indecisive and Ava helps me with everything from color to design. Not to mention the quality of the work is unbeaten by anywhere else my gel mani has lasted 5 weeks!! That has never happened before. Such a friendly atmosphere as well with great customer service. They give you a discount for cash, and have nice rewards program.

Have been going to Posh Nails for a year or so. Came to this location because they have the capability to seat multiple people together. There are three of us who do our nails together because it is fun, relaxing and gives us girl time together. The technicians are all excellent and personable. Would recommend this location to anyone. Also, my two friends enjoy the wine that is served. Unfortunately, I am allergic to wine but I do thoroughly enjoy the water!!!

Here I am with another update on Deco Nail Studio! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! It is seriously beyond amazing! This time I had the cutest and sweetest nail tech that did a great job on my pedicure. Her name is Tiffany and she works Wednesday to Sundays. Make sure you ask for her.😊This place is so cute and amazing! My friend and I were able to make an appointment last minute for pedis and got to sit right next to each other. Their pedicures are fire! We had Miriam and Bridget as our techs and they were both great! I would highly recommend checking Deco out! O and a couple of key tips...ask about their point system that is pretty dope and bring cash because you get 5% off!

Absolutely wonderful! The studio is beautiful and so nice and clean! I just had my first appointment with Cyenna and she was amazing! So much fun to talk to and I was able to relax and just enjoy my appointment, which is hard for me to do! I will now be a regular customer!

I have had many wonderful experiences at Deco. They have done an amazing job every time and my gel manicures have last up to 3 weeks. Love the options and love the atmosphere.Unfortunately the last time I visited, I had an appointment set for a specific time and ended up waiting 45 minutes without any type of reimbursement. It was a little disappointing and ultimately made me feel my time was not valued and it was hard for me to enjoy the time to relax.

I have gone there a couple times, and both times were pretty amazing. I forget the girl I had the first time, but the second time I had gone there, my nail tech was Cyenna. She did absolutely amazing and I had never met a better nail tech in my life. she made me feel very comfortable and impressed me, especially for her younger age. I enjoy it so much there, but the only problem for me is the expensive prices. I understand that it is very high quality and all but Im a teenage girl that doesnt have much money all the time, so it makes it more difficult for me to go. Wish I could go there more though. 11/10

Was double charged for an appointment in November of 2019 and despite several attempts to contact management and have one of the charges reversed, no one will help me. I keep being told someone will call you back and even when going into the salon, conveniently none of the management staff is available. Will not be returning.

Love my gel polish manicure from Posh Nail Studio! They have a good selection of color choices and the service itself was great! I will be returning soon to try their dip nail service as well. I would recommend this business for anyone looking for a manicure in the New Albany area!

Customer service wise, this place is great. The girls are nice and the salon is clean and nice! I’m not happy with the overall nail service. My manicure was not great and my gel is peeling after 6 days.

I love this place! Ive never had a bad job, the owner is lovely, and then Cyenna picked me up and figured out what is best for my nails - I am thrilled with her work! Reasonably priced, too, which makes being a regular a no brainer

I’ve been going to Posh for a steady two years now and I love it! I’m a bit of a germaphobe and the shop is always very clean- I always see technicians cleaning down their stations and the pedicure tubs while I’m there which is very reassuring for me. Receptionists are always very friendly and do their best to make scheduling work for everyone. Although i will say that depending on the technician, an acrylic nail will sometimes break/pop right off earlier than it should at the medium length that i usually get.

I literally cannot say anything bad about Deco. I tried and tried to think of something but NOPE. Nothing comes to mind!First, KellyAnn and Marvin (the owners) are so friendly and really want to make sure they welcome everyone, even if it’s your first time at the salon. I was given free tea and wine during my visit. Who doesn’t love free drinks?!The salon was extremely clean and even during my service when they were closing up they were cleaning some more! It even just SMELLED clean and not like nail products or harsh chemicals. At this point, between having free beverages and a clean salon I already felt right at home along with the hospitality of not only KellyAnn and Marvin but also Adrien at the front desk.More importantly, Gina, my nail tech, was just amazing. I cannot say enough about her. She listened to what I wanted, but was not afraid to give her input without being too pushy. She was personable and wanted to make sure she took her time.The best part is I walked out and spent less than I thought I was going to! I cannot think of another salon that is this affordable, cozy, and welcoming! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

They made my first ever manicure an event that I will remember fondly! I felt so cared for and not at all judged that Ive now just had my first manicure at the age of 29. My manicurist was so kind and gentle, warm and caring. I will definitely be returning in the future for another manicure!

My daughter and I went a few weeks ago for pedis for the first time here and are so glad we did! Jade did my pedi and it still looks great. Everyone was so kind and professional and we were definitely pampered. We will be returning here for all of our pedis in the future!

This is a great salon! I was looking for a salon in New Albany that would do the dip nails. I found Posh an was glad I did! My nails have never looked better! Sandra does a excellent job! I would definitely recommend them.

I had went in for a manicure, and it was not what i would expect for a gel manicure. I called about it and without question i was asked when i wanted to come in to correct it. Tim did my nails the second time and did an absoultely fabulous job. He was so friendly and nice. Because of their response, I will definitely be back!

Ive been visiting this Nail Salon for the past few months and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and they do an amazing job on my nails. I work in cosmetics and my nails last me a full 4 weeks, despite my constant hand washing. I see Nikki and I get the acryl gel...highly recommend!

My first experience with Posh! Was stellar. I called in to check their last minute availability and they were more than accommodating when working with my schedule. Not only did they do a beautiful job with my nails, they truly went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The staff is friendly, they offer your a beverage, and when I mentioned I was getting engagement pictures done they even offered to clean my ring! For such a great atmosphere and professional staff, the prices are very reasonable. I will be returning shortly!

I really love this nail salon. The technicians are always delightful and Ive always left feeling more glamorous than when I walked in. Its a very chill vibe also. Im not sure theres a huge difference between the different levels of their pedicures though, so it may not be worth the extra cost to bump up.

I really hate giving negative feedback. I went here for my wedding nails and a pedicure almost a year ago, two of my little toe nails polish came off on honeymoon. 4 days after getting them done. Decided to give another try a couple weeks ago she filed into my skin and made it bleed pretty bad, alcohol had to be used a few times to stop it. Which really hurt til a few days later. Then one of the nails she just put on slid off a few days ago and im told theres no availability but i can be called if there is a cancellation. You would figure a business with such a reputable reputation would want to make this right... I have to add to this three week later. They made it right however i had 2 more nails just slide right off. One of which they just redid a couple weeks before. I have never had so many issues with my nails.

Been going here since I moved to the area 5+ years ago. They even did mine and my wedding partys nails. The staff is awesome and they go out of their way to try to accommodate.

The staff was really nice and personable, however I will not be coming back to the North Hamilton Rd location.I went in for a gel manicure, which they do have tons of colors to choose from. They did not soak the previous gel from my nails, but rather grinded it off... my unpainted nails looked awful after this process and feel very brittle.I have six fingers that are sore and bleeding from pushing back my cuticles too far and clipping the skin around the nail. I get my nails done every 2 weeks, so I don’t feel like there was much for them to groom in the first place.The nail technician cut my nails way too short- they actually hurt because they are way below the top of my finger.I feel bad giving this negative review, however it was an expensive let down.

I literally cannot say in words how much I LOVE this place. I personally get ACU gel nails here, and I cannot express how much healthier it is for your nails. Ive seen olga and nikki... I have nothing but great things to say about both. I had a hard time finding a nail salon I liked, but I found it! The staff is amazing and the management truly does care for each person that walks through the door. If you have a chance to come here, do it!!! :)

An avid nail biter, I was petrified to walk into a salon to get them taken care of. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner and receptionist with a friendly smile and offered a drink. Clutching my hands nervously while I waited for my appointment, I quickly realized that my nail artist was more than willing to pretty them up and I quickly relaxed. She taught me so much about my nails and what she was doing throughout the entire process and put me at ease. Since then I’ve been back for several appointments for manicures & pedicured. ince using the safer option, acrygel on my nails, I’ve been able to grow my natural out and feel better than ever!I cannot thank the entire staff for their judgement free zone! They truly care about making all experiences special for everyone!If you are looking for professional, creative, welcoming salon you need to check out this location.

It is everything you could ask for in a nail salon.The enjoyable experience begins when you call for an appointment - the staff takes the time to listen to what you want so that you get scheduled appropriately. When you arrive, the front desk staff offers you a beverage and you can causally browse the extensive collection of Gel and OPI polishes.All of the nail techs are super friendly (and speak english) and really make your time enjoyable and relaxing.Yes, I go here for the beautiful manicures, but their customer service is what keeps me coming back.They do offer more than manicures - pedicures, acrylic nails, solar nails, gel nails, gel polish and eyebrow waxing to name a few more. I have had most of these services and can tell you that although it is a 25 min drive from my home, it is completely worth while!

I get gels from Vanda all the time and she does a flawless job! Love this place!!!
