Dr. Ulm and his staff are incredible! Such a welcoming and professional environment. I have dental anxiety, but Dr. Ulm always puts me at ease with his calm demeanor and gentle touch. I am thrilled with all the work I have had done there, and highly recommend his office!

Ridiculous! I had to cancel an appointment last minute do to my wife having to be in the hospital unexpectedly, so I call to reschedule and they say o we cant give you an appointment at all your not allowed to come here now I guess its punishment for having something unexpected come up in your life that you have no control over. So then the lady on the phone had a attitude with me and said going to try to charge me a $150 dollars for canceling,,which will never happen since I have the paperwork from the hospital and will fight it tooth and nail just for the principal!

I LOVE Maxtown Dental! The entire staff is friendly and honest. I have always despised going to the dentist. Maxtown Dental is a completely different experience! I am always so happy after every visit.

I am so impressed with the quality care Dr. Eric Ulm provides at his family practice. My family and I are from Cleveland and searching for a new family dentist was difficult. When I researched Dr. Eric Ulm’s practice I could tell they were a family place that i know would take care of all of us. My son (now 5, started at 3ish) is extremely comfortable with his cleaning and getting those “sugar bugs” removed as well as his “teeth vitamins”. Now for me, my teeth was in need of more work including a couple of crowns and fillings. He did an amazing job!! I never felt more confident in a dentist’s work! Truly a great place for dental care for the whole family that values quality work in a warm welcoming environment!!!

We had the worst experience with Michelle from the office. Dr.Ulm has been nothing but nice and friendly to us and my son liked him. We had been at this practice for around 4-5 years I believe.My husband had a bad experience with her and her attitude in the very beginning and he changed to another practice.My 4 year old son and I had cleanings last month. Our dental insurance had changed. I didnt realize that they didnt have the new info. (Shouldnt they ask when you arrive anyway? Michelle told me No.)When they called after the appointment, I gave them the info that I had for the new cards (the same info my husband gave to his dentist and everything was fine with them). Then maybe 2-3 weeks after our appointments Michelle called me with the worst attitude, absolutely zero customer service. I was completely taken aback that someone would call one of their customers and treat them like this!!I decided that we were changing dentists and then actually received a note in the mail asking us to leave them. Talk about shocked!!I have no idea what Michelle told the dentist- but never in my dreams would I have ever expected to be called and spoken to as this woman did me. I wanted to give her a little grace and think maybe she was just having a really bad day... but after this letter I decided to write my honest review about how we were treated at this practice... for having a change of insurance due to a job change.

Doctor Ulm is great he loves his patients and always takes time with them. Favorite dentist of my adult life.Very friendly staff from the hygienists to the front desk.

I always have a very positive experience with Dr. Ulm and all of the staff. They go out of their way to make you comfortable which eases a lot of my stress. I just really feel like Im getting taken care when I go in.

The woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. My hygienist was gentle and was very easy to talk to. They have lots of imaging toys so they can show you pics and X-rays of you teeth as well as informational videos to explain procedures. They doctor was professional and thorough and went out of his way to make sure any questions I had were answered. The dentist is nobodys favorite place but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Gentle and thorough teeth cleaning and I like that they show you and explain any concerns, but don’t pressure you to have any procedures done. Staff is professional, yet down to earth and personable.

I had a wonderful first time experience with this office. But then I missed two appointments without realizing it? (It may have been my fault - I had several family emergencies in the last year). Then when I called to make an appointment for my daughter, the person on the phone was very rude with me. Very disappointed. Ended up hanging up and looking for a new dentist office.

I call in to become a new client and am told by the first person I speak to that it will be no problem; they have an opening today. She puts me on hold only to be answered again by an intensely rude woman who felt the need to browbeat me for information I didnt have only to tell me that the first woman was wrong; they had no openings they could possibly get me into until August (of course this was conveyed in an intensely rude way). I had wanted to bring my business a little closer to home and say the Family Dentistry attached to the name... I can only assume that the family is highly dysfunctional.

Dr. Ulm and his staff are awesome! They are each competent, friendly, kind and personable. Theyve always treated me respectfully and more like a friend than a customer. They are professional, and Dr. Ulm is a self-described perfectionist. I didnt mind hearing that as I know his work in my mouth will be done right! His hygienist is excellent! In the past at other dentist offices, my mouth would hurt after cleanings but she is both efficient and careful as she performs her task. I recommend Dr. Ulm and his staff without hesitation!

He recently replaced an old crown and the entire process was a pleasant experience. He is great with my children!!!

Very friendly staff that really made me feel at ease. They took photos of each of my teeth so I could actually see what Dr. Ulm was talking about when recommending treatments. Much better than trying to decipher an x-ray and not knowing what I was supposed to see. The exam room was very comfortable and I watched HGTV during my whole cleaning on the big tv in front of the chair! Going to the dentist was something I always dreaded but not anymore! Highly recommend Dr. Ulm to everyone!
