I had deep cleaning yesterday and today with Shannon. Right hand side teeth cleaning is perfect and smooth. But the left hand side is opposite. She gave me less anesthetic on left hand teeth at the beginning because I was quiet on the right hand side. We have to stop a couple times to add more anesthetic. This is the first time I had deep cleaning in Murray Hill Dental. I hope next time will be better. Overall, Shannon is very nice.

As a new patient I was introduced to the finer points of this practice. X-rays were taken, my teeth expertly cleaned, and a check by the dentist. My only wish was that I could look out the window and see the mountains as I did at my last dental office in Tucson, Arizona!

We love being a part of the Murray Hill Dental family. They have been nothing but amazing and are very accomodating with our son who has several special needs. They are very patient and understanding with him and always asking about how hes doing. Highly recommend!

My dads front tooth broke off while eating and the staff at Murray Hill was able to get us in for an appointment the next day. They fixed the tooth with a crown, and the staff and Dr Wenger stayed past closing time to get this completed. My dad is 95 so getting this done in one visit was helpful to us. I am grateful to everyone there for being so caring and the tooth looks wonderful - you’d never know this was a crown!

I’ve had some really bad experiences at several other dental offices, which left me very anxious to even going into any office. Murray hill dental has been absolute godsend! They made me feel so comfortable and the quality of the work is has helped me smile again!! If you are looking for a dentist this is the place you want to go!! My wife and I both had our first visit, to have our teeth cleaned. Staff was friendly, and dental technicians did an excellent job cleaning our teeth. The dentist came in afterwards, and went over all findings and concerns, and was very through with recommendations for future care. This clinic is deffinately our choice for all future care. All the staff was professional and friendly. I was disappointed, though, that I did not have the dental hygienist I usually have. When scheduling or rescheduling an appointment, I;d like to be informed of available time slots that match the hygienist of preference as well as DDSs availability.

After moving to Columbus, I struggled to find a dentist, but I’m glad I found Murray Hill. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I have terrible dental anxiety, and they make me feel incredibly comfortable during each visit. It’s truly a wonderful organization.

Julie, the hygenist, was so thorough and made me feel welcome as a new patient. Dr. Wenger was also great and made sure to explain everything. I previously went to another dentist who told me I had multiple cavities. I was skeptical as I haven’t ever had a cavity. Dr. Wenger explained that I have deep grooves and some staining but no cavities. I appreciate that he didn’t try to pull one over on me to make more money like the last dentist. Very happy I went here!

My first visit was met with genuine care and compassion. They explained everything that was being done to me step by step. They took all the precautions against the virus making sure everything was sanitary. Very welcoming atmosphere. I actually look forward to my next visit. My dental needs were met! They are doing everything they can to keep people safe in the building. Mandatory masks, air purifiers, nobody waiting in the lobby, etc. They always do an excellent job and are friendly!

This is a great dental office. They took over the practice from my former dentist that I went to for over 25 years so I was hesitant. They put me at ease right away and I appreciated the skills and knowledge put forth. Julie is a great dental hygienist too! They also offer discounts if you pay ahead...don’t know how long that will last!

These are great dental professionals. They are a bit over zealous on the covid measures, but otherwise great.

My kids (teens) actually like going here. The hygienists are great, they arent rough and are as calming as possible. The dentists are knowledgeable and thorough. I can usually get an appointment easily. They are taking all of the COVID precautions seriously. Great experience each time.

I have been going to Murray Hill Dental for many years. The staff is fantastic and very professional. If your concerned about Covid dont be because they have that covered! Beside your normal cleanings Ive had some more detailed work performed. The Dr. and staff explained every step of the way. Im not sure anyone is excited to visit the dentist but the Dr. and staff at Murray Hill Dental sure do their best to make it alot better.

Very pleasant experience. They worked with me to be seen ASAP when I had lost a filling and was in pain. Then, they were able to schedule me for a root canal and crown the very next day. At Murray Hill- Westerville I was treated like a celebrity! My hygeinist and her colleages were so friendly, always making sure I was comfortable, helped me put my purse near by and off the floor, explained the health of my teeth and a dental plan to keep them healthy. They made sure I had products I needed, a regimen I could easily follow and scheduled my next visit before I left so I can get on a routine like I had before. I feel like I made new friends there! I will recommend them to EVERYONE!

I started going to Murray Hill Dental in August of 2018 after I thought I had an abscess and also needed a crown from a root canal. They got home in very quickly, fixed and look at everything I had concerns about. I would definitely recommend them as the place is kept spotless, the staff is so sweet and polite and always have a smile on their face and when you go to Murray Hill Dental you’re in good hands.Also, I do like that they text you and remind you of your appointment. Definitely is an added benefit.

Update: I went in May 2020 and they did a wonderful job making me feel safe. Just so nice, professional and efficient!I have also been to the West location, but at both places everyone is so nice and helpful. I feel like they create the best experience for going to the dentist you could have. Highly recommend.

I started going to Murray Hill Dental a couple of months ago and was really nervous to start with a new dentist. They have so many 5 star reviews on Google for a reason though. Since becoming a patient, I have received excellent and compassionate dental care from the doctors, assistants, and even the desk staff. They truly care about each patient and will do everything they can to get you taken care of promptly.

THE only place to go in Westerville if you want courteous, professional and friendly dental services. A special shout out to Julie, one of the dental hygienists, for always giving over-the-top service and helpful advice. I had my first visit with Murray Hill Dental. I was very impressed. The exam and cleaning was the most thorough I have ever had. My hygeinist Jessica was so sweet and explained everything so well. As a physician myself, I highly value the importance of patient education, and she did a phenomenal job at it. I do not have dental insurance and they had a great dental savings plan to help make my visits more affordable.

We just took our 2 year old and they were AMAZING! So understanding & gentle! Can’t wait to see them again in 6 months!

My husband found Murray Hill and started going there and referred me. I have never liked going to the dentist and have had bad experiences with past dentists. Everyone made me feel at ease. I did have to have some restorative work and honestly it was a great experience. Dr. Brown and the staff are very gentle. I highly recommend this dental office.

Best dentist and staff I have ever been too!!

Ill be honest, it was a couple years between appointments (we had just moved to Columbus from Chicago), and the dentist office isnt my favorite place to visit. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Murray Hill, especially Julie and Dr. Wenger. Julie is so understanding and listens to any concerns a patient has. She is so good at explaining every detail before and during cleaning and procedures. Dr. Wenger has a calm and trusting way of communicating with patients. The team here is top notch!

Oh, and did I mention my crown was done in ONE TIMELY VISIT? I had not been to the dentist for several years and had to start over finding a new one. Within the network listing I received, Murray Hill was close and I looked at their website and reviews and all highly positive, which proved to be true in my case too. My hygienist was so friendly and understanding of my fears and feeling bad for not having had any dental work done for so long. She was patient and made me feel at ease at all times. She explained everything so well. The dentist who talked to me afterwards was very kind as well and put me at ease, explained the plan for future dental work but put no undue pressure on me. Prices were given and we talked about where I would start with the plan. Even tho the initial assessment was long I felt everyone there, from the receptionist to the staff just wanted me to feel good about my experience.

Staff genuinely cares about dental health. They put me at ease despite not liking dentists or medical professionals of any ilk.

Murray Hill Dental- Westerville has a great atmosphere. I love the digital radiographs (they are much more comfortable than the older style). The staff is very friendly and you can sense the vibe that they all work so well together. With a dental fear of my own, I was very comfortable after meeting Dr. Wenger. I thought their Covid-19 precautions were thorough and i felt comfortable coming in for my checkup and cleaning. In the past they have pointed out possible skin issues on my lip. And they helped me manage a dangerous sore in my mouth. They are helpful and pro-active.I called ahead about a sore spot on my gum. The hygenist and doctor both were aware of it when i sat in the dental chair, and they addressedd and assessed. Its a well run and personal practice.

Ive been going to Murray Hill Dental-North, BEFORE it was Murray Hill Dental-North. I was a little sad to see that the Dentist I saw before it became Murray Hill Dental-North (Dr. Cottle) decided to move onto the next phase in his professional career.When I received the personalized letter from Dr. Brown I was at the time hesitant to schedule but, after looking at the new website, calling and talking to Donna (the familiar voice there for years), and still getting to see Natalie (my long time Hygienist) I was immediately put at ease when I had the chance to meet and talk to Dr. Brown. She was smart, friendly, great sense of humor, and beautiful as well.The approach that she took to my dental needs, and anxiety was a breath of fresh air!If you were a patient of Dr. Cottles in the past, you will notice they have started to update the office to liven it up a little bit. Gone are the old decorations and chairs in the waiting room. Now, they have new chairs, new colors, and beautiful new framed photos highlighting our hometown.Whether you are looking for a new Dentist, or one of Dr. Cottles old Patients I would HIGHLY recommend Murray Hill Dental. Its not every day that I leave a Google review, and I NEVER like a Dentist. But, Murray Hill Dental-North has completely changed my mind about it.Give them a call! You wont regret it.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. I will be finding a new dentist after having two very unprofessional appointments. To summarize, the dental assistant has her passwords posted on the wall for everyone to see AND they gave me someone else’s dental device. I was supposed to get a bite plate and instead they gave me dentures. After I questioned the fact that my bite plate shouldn’t have teeth, the assistant shrugged her shoulders and put the dentures in my mouth! Mind you, I have all of my teeth. If a professional doesn’t know the difference between dentures and a bite plate there is something seriously wrong.
