Ive been coming here for a little over two years for Ortho appointments. A few months before the braces, they were the ones to take my wisdom teeth out as well. These guys have always been fantastic! I love coming in for appointments, and if there ever has been a problem they were quick to take care of it. 100% recommended.Usually when I visit Jen is the one who assists, and having her tie at the end of the appointment usually makes it a little easier. Shes as gentle as possible, and that makes all the difference.

Ive been coming here for years with braces, and I couldnt ask for any better people to take care of my teeth. The head orthodontist, Dr. Cardall, is one of the best in the business, including his assistants that help him. Love these guys!

The office staff is amazing here. Jen put my daughters braces on. She was fast & did a wonderful job. Took plenty of time after to explain the dos & donts with having braces. Very decent price as well. I will recommend everyone to come here.

These guys have been more than enough help! I had some fillings done and wisdom teeth extracted, they let me know was was going on and what to expect, and but made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They even made sure I was doing ok afterward too. Its just going that extra mile that makes things better, thanks guys!

My family and I have been going be going to Professional dental for the past two years now. Our experience has been nothing but great. The dentists and hygienist are friendly and do their job exceptionally well. For me at least, I have always had a hard time finding a dentist that I like, lets face it, who wakes up excited for the dentist appointment? the team at Professional have met my expectations on every level. They have also been very accommodating to my crazy schedule,more times than I can remember. The front desk staff is friendly, they are always making sure I am satisfied with my visit, and if I had any concerns or suggestions. Great place to take care of you pearly whites.

I 100% recommend this place!! I always get super anxious before going to the dentist but these guys are incredible. Barbara and Jennifer Jackson went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and they were super patient, which I appreciated; but the whole staff overall is super friendly and personable. If you want a positive dental experience go to them.

This establishment does not respect your time at all. My first visit they double booked my appointment time, so I had to reschedule to come back another day. When I did return, they didnt have appropriate sized spacers, so they had to use larger ones that were absolutely painful to have placed. I had a root canal done, and had to book out my follow up appointment for the crown out about three months so that my insurance would cover it. I received two reminder texts while on vacation. I called when I saw the message that stated if I dont call to reschedule, Ill be assessed a cancellation fee of $60. I called to reschedule, and was informed I was already charged the cancellation fee. The receptionist told me they sent many more messages than I actually received, and downplayed my frustrations. This establishment is very unprofessional and will charge you fees whenever they get a chance. (I wish I could have charged them a $60 rebooking fee for my wasted time and travel)

This is a new location and the staff is nice, but I do not recommend going here.My husband and I both had fillings done and the dentist was not gentle in any way. Our teeth were sensitive for months afterwards and the dentist was not gentle in any way.

Terrible service. They had my wife come in and sit in a chair for over 2 hours before they did anything with her tooth... she is a nursing mother who was told the whole procedure would only take an hour. Doctor said it was so he wouldn’t have to help another patient in the middle of her procedure... so that tells me the doctor here is terrible at scheduling! Will never go back to this location.

Dr. Boyer identified and fixed a high spot on a crown that had been hurting for 3 years. Simple fix, and wonderful results. A filling on an upper tooth was done without any pain and looks wonderful. Very happy with the results of both procedures.

Dental and Ortho care is amazing, we havent had a single bad experience between 6 people coming for over a year. Front office staff are super friendly and welcoming, and we love the technicians/assistants. All in all, highly recommend.

I have been going to dentists all my life and have changed to several different ones in the valley due to bad care or difficulty getting reasonable appointments. Its always easy to get an appointment when I need it here! My hygienist today taught me more about tooth care than I think any dentists office has on years! I will be coming here from now on.

The worst office ever! They take money automatically from your account for no reason and then when you confront them the manager that can refund you the money or the people at the office are apparently on vacation! This is the third time that has happened to me, If I could give them a minus ten starts I would of!Don’t go with this office besides the money, they always have new receptionists and new doctos that don’t know what they’re doing! 😡

Went in after a few years of having no ins, and finally had some to fix my teeth. I only had two teeth that were chipped that I needed fixed, but they found somehow something wrong with every single tooth. I had severe pain after getting them worked on, and had to go back six times to have the same fillings redone from the constant pain. Even switched dentists at that office. I was finally told to get a root canal and Id have to pay upfront for the copay and crown, it pay half now and half next month or open their care credit card; being in college, I dont have $700 to do it, or half, or need a new monthly payment for a credit card, but was in constant pain. Called corporate, and was hung up on, and then told theyd call back. Never happened, and they dont answer my calls anymore. After filing a complaint with my insurance company, I went to a different dentist at a different company. He showed xrays and was able to fix the pain in one visit... the SEVEN times I had four fillings redone by TWO dentists there... they left a minimum of two sides per tooth uncovered, and thats why I was in pain. On one, they drilled way too deep, so that tooth will just be sensitive from now on. Oh, and no root canal needed. They also completely missed a cavity that actually needed to be filled.While theyre friendly enough, and Davenport and Green and most of the staff seem to be confident and knowledgeable... stay as far away as you can from this or any location. My teeth and pain levels are not just your paycheck. Ill pay whatever I need to pay if you fix them and then in yearly exams keep me well... and can understand that most dont have $700 available unexpectedly but can get you paid in a timely manner without opening a credit card like you insisted I do, but Im not a cash cow for you to screw up on and then try to collect while holding me hostage with pain.

Customer Service was FANTASTIC. I was confused with certain things relating to my insurance providers and one of the staff helped me to the fullest and we got the help my dad needed. Honestly I didnt expect or asked to be helped so thoroughly, but they did it with out hesitation. Welcoming environment and awesome staff.

After bad experience with dentist I found professional dental and theyve done a great job. Highly recommend coming here.

I like the staff. But, I didnt like what inconvenience they did to me. I was scheduled to put my crown in. I was there on time, but, unfortunately, crown didnt arrive in time. They had to rescheduled me. Next appointment...my crown was there, but, didnt fit me...again....rescheduled me. I had to leave town and I didnt have my crown (just temporary). Three weeks later I came back and finally they put my crown in. The dentist said, that my crown is a little whiter than my other teeth and that i can just use whitening to balance the color. With all the lights inside I didnt even noticed the difference. I left the office and I was still in the parking lot and was checking my crown in my car and its a lot waaaay whiter than the rest of my teeth. It is so obvious when I smile. I called them while the the parking lot and they said I can come back next time because the dentist left. With all these troubles they gave me I dont think I am going back ever again. And oh yeah...they gave me $25 gift card. What am I gonna do with that gift card? I spent more a thousand dollars. They shouldve given a discount instead. They call themselves Professional dental? No way! Not even close. I would rate them ZERO!

I give you guys a thumbs down. I went in to get teeth filled and came out with a gash on the inside crack of my jaw. I was literally crying for over a week. I called the main office and let them know. I never herd back from the dentist. Now I have to look for another dentist for the fourth time. They also cleaned my teeth violently scraped off every single tooth. I brush my teeth 2 or 3 times a day she acted like I had build up on every tooth never have experienced such a severe scraping. All my teeth are sensitive now.
