Absolutely wonderful. They got me in very quickly. I had an abscessed tooth and very uncomfortable. Elana, Priscilla and Dr Q (the dentist) so kind and caring. His dental assistant was so gentle when taking x-rays. Very kind people. The have a treatment plan and Im scheduling my appointments asap. Would highly recommend this dental office. This was my first visit. They are now my long term dentist office.

Needed to make an emergency appointment when I broke my tooth in half; genesis was quick to get me in and I was able to get my tooth pulled the same day as my emergency appointment. Iran was very nice and explained my options. Even though they had a full schedule they made time for me to get everything done same day so my husband didn’t need to take another day off from work to watch our kids. Pricing was very clear before anything happened and an amazing price in comparison. Will be returning and making genesis my normal dentist! Thank you all!

Not a great experience. Front desk people were nice, waited a while to see the dentist, didnt do a full inspection. The services were expensive and not very willing to help with a temporary repair.

Today was my first day at Genesis Dental since moving to Utah. Both Priscilla, and Elena were extremely kind at the front desk. They were both very warm, welcoming, and friendly.Heidi was awesome at teeth cleaning and she also was educating me about teeth and hygiene. She did a wonderful job of maintaining a conversation and connection with me. She even said a quote I loved which was “ I can clean your teeth anytime, but if I can educate you to keep them for a life time, then I have done my job”. I will always remember this. My temp crown came off, at not fault to them. They got me back in quick, on short notice, and Iran did a great cementing that thing back on. Fun, friendly staff and good atmosphere.

I visited Genesis Dental at their West Valley location for the first time today, and I must say it was a very positive experience. I have a major fear of the dentist and have avoided going as much as I can. When I was talking to the doctor and staff they kept reassuring me that they understood and weren’t judging me for the state of my teeth. They came up with an effective treatment plan and made sure I understood the multiple options I have. I’m really happy with my experience and I can’t wait to see what we’re able to accomplish with future appointments.

Dr. Q and Iran were great with helping me through a root canal. They made sure I didnt have any pain throughout the process and kept me comfortable

Absolutely great office. Priscilla, Iran, Heidi, Melissa and Dr. Q. are all so nice and comforting. I was calling everywhere for an emergency tooth extraction. This place was the most affordable and they were able to get us in the next morning. They also have an after hours chat where if you need to, you can text them which is very convenient! Thats how I made our appointment. (: I am either canceling my dental insurance or changing it just so I can come here.

Q (lol) besides being my friend, he is a great professional he explains and shows all the details of the procedures and the next steps, Overall, I highly recommend this clinic, they also give you the payment plan (which I am grateful) and in the end they also give you a little gift! They definitely made me smile! :) ps: the parking is big, and they also have elevator to the 2nd floor!

My first experience was great. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The actual work was quick and about as possible as it can be. They were very upfront with costs, which were notably cheaper than my previous dentist. Awesome experience all around. I would definitely recommend

My visit to Genesis Dental was one of the finest dental visits I have had. All of the staff were exceptional, from the extremely friendly gentleman at reception, Oscar, to the dentists and dental assistants! From the point of entering the practice to leaving was a wonderful experience! The care I have received was second to none. All the dental work from crowns to x-rays everything was done with a smile and very professionally done and most importantly, pain free. I could not be happier and more satisfied with all the work Ive had done! What a wonderful dental practice. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to be treated exceptionally well and have first class dental work done!

A few years ago I reviewed Genesis Dental. Recently I visited them again and received even better service. I barely sat down after checking in and I was called to go to the hygienist station. Heidi cleaned my teeth and was very professional and thorough! Dr. Q came in to see me less than 5 minutes after my cleaning was done. I felt he also gave me a thorough exam before he left to go to the next patient. I am very satisfied with Genesis Dental in West Valley.

Staff are prompt and courteous. Heidi was very thorough, I hope I have her every time. Dr.Quiros gave me options for treatment. Just a great visit all around.

In all my 38 years I have had numerous experiences that left me hating the dentist, today Heidi completely changed my mind. She was honest straight forward and caring. She explained everything and was so kind. Amazing!!!

Genesis Dental has always been a great place to have dental work done. They have always been very professional and been great at accommodating my schedule. They have taken every precaution necessary and are making sure that both staff and patients are kept safe during all of this craziness we are dealing right now. During my last visit, Heidi was so great to me and made me feel like I was visiting with a friend instead of going to my regular cleaning. She did make sure though to go over any issues I needed to be aware of and helped me find a time that would work with my schedule for my next appointment. I have found my forever dental office and will never go anywhere else.

I really like this dental office. The dental assistants are super helpful and friendly, and Dr. Q is amazing. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with crowns in the past with other dentists (including one at a different Genesis location), so I cringed when he said I needed one. The crown Dr. Q did turned out to be amazing, and a huge improvement from my real tooth. He’s thorough and very careful to make sure it looks and feels exactly as it should and I couldn’t be more pleased. He doesn’t over book, so you’re in and out in an appropriate amount of time since he’s not working on 8 people at once (I’ve had this problem with many dentists). It’s a relief to finally have a dentist/dental office I can trust and feel confident about.They also offer a “loyalty program” for folks with no dental insurance, like me. For $20 a year, you get a really good discount on all dental services. I paid about $650 for a no insurance crown through the loyalty program, which was only $200 more than what I paid when I had excellent dental insurance. When you take into account the monthly premium, deductibles, annual max, etc. of traditional dental insurance, you really either break even or only pay a touch more through the loyalty program. It’s an excellent option to get affordable dental work when you don’t have a dental policy.

This is a great place. The office is organized and the chairs are cozy with kind and knowledgeable people in every occupational position. My favorite individual so far is Heidi, she reminds me to take care of my teeth in a warm and caring way with a hint of stern get it done in her calm voice. The building is also currently under construction and it may be a journey to find your first visit tho once you know, it’s easy enough and it hints at the buildings future potential.

Heidi was great! Have been visiting here for a very long time. I think the Docs could work on their bedside manner but the dental assistants are always super great, nice and make you feel really comfortable. Will not stop coming here.

Have had horrible experiences at other dentists that have given me anxiety to ever go back in to get my annual teeth visits but this place is by far the best I’ve ever been to, not only do they do a great job on taking care of you, making sure you are completely numb before they dig in there & fix things, they also take the time to answer all my questions & were very patience with me & made me feel relaxed!! These guys are the best ever! The whole bunch of them! They got me in lickety split when my other dentist left me hanging with nub teeth needing crowns. Dr Q did 4 (yep, FOUR) root canals in one sitting and I had absolutely ZERO PAIN during or after!!! He’s just that good! They’ve gotten myself and my boyfriend in for little emergencies right away and their work is always pain free and perfect! Plus, they’re all super fun and personable! We’re definitely fans and highly recommend them!

This is the BEST dental office Ive ever been to! I didnt have a primary dentist and needed to schedule an emergency appointment. I just so happened to call Genesis Dental at Granger and they got me in the next day. When I went in for my appointment I was greeted by Oscar and Priscilla, who were both so amazing, personable and funny. They helped answer all my questions promptly and were so down to Earth. Dr. Q was great as well. He was knowledgeable and told me exactly what the problem was and how to correct it. He also did a WONDERFUL job with my cleaning and crown! But IRAN, his dental assistant, was/is my favorite!!! She did a great job making me feel comfortable while she helped Dr. Q clean the area under my crown, getting my impressions and everything else. She was super cool, friendly and very easy to talk to. It felt like I was talking to one of my longtime friends with her. :-)After leaving appointment, I couldnt help but think of how impressed I was by the entire staff and the work I they did on me. Ive already referred my mom, some of my siblings and their families here. Ill be moving a bit far away from here soon, but Im really thinking about commuting here for all my dental work. In my book, its absolutely worth it! Keep up the great work!

They are in a convenient location and they were nice enough but they are dishonest. They sold me a “pro” cleaning that they said would be just $15 above what my insurance would pay so I agreed. Then I got a bill for $42 more later. They said it was because my insurance wouldn’t cover everything. I never would have agreed if I’d know the full cost. A regular cleaning would have cost me nothing.

On 12/26/21 I went in to get my tooth pulled an they made me fill comfortable there assistant ryenn maynes made sure that I was okay not in pain or anything. I recommend anybody that have any kinda teeth problems to go to see these guys they are awesome.thanks again.

I was in a lot of pain and needed immediate help. I had a traumatic experience when I was little with the dentist and I did not want to go back. Dr. Q was able to help me out. I was comfortable during the whole procedure. He explained what I needed done patiently and also I knew what to expect after the procedure was completed. Looking forward to continue with my journey to get my mouth healthy.

For me it took a few terrible and unfortunate experiences here to finally move on to another dentist. I told the receptionist that I saw red flags from the very beginning when they had a hygenist administer the shot in my mouth instead of the dentist. With that being said, I have no complaints with Dr. Quoc, he was easy to get along with. My problem is with Priscilla, who works at the front desk. I found out that she was screening my calls and not returning them when I had an emergency. On another occasion it surprised me that she did not inform me of a discount on a procedure that I had done and I only found out by the dentist himself. I specifically asked Priscilla if there was a any senior discounts since Im on a fixed income and she said that there werent any. I feel that karma will come her way, those customers she chooses not to be friendly with or help should notify the dentist of her wrongdoing. This kind of behavior is very bad for business and their reputation.

Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. My SO originally suggested here since she gets her cleanings done and never has an issue. A little background of myself, I started going here last November, being at the dentist for the first time in 10+ years. Now, I have my reasons why I haven’t gone (that including being made fun of, and ostracized by other places a couple times.) I can’t even begin to say how much I love it here. The staff is so awesome, whether it be Dr. Quieros, Terra, Priscilla, Heidi, Eric, Vicky, etc. I know I’m missing other names, but everyone there works as a team and they don’t miss a beat. With my original cleanings, I first saw Eric, but then due to scheduling changes I now am seeing Heidi when it comes to cleanings. Dr. Quieros and Terra recently helped me with a tooth fracture by getting a temporary in ASAP, followed by a permanent one just barely, today. Priscilla and Vicky have always been over and above with scheduling, and helping me reschedule when things arise. (Not to mention how welcoming they are and how transparent the billing is.) Seriously, if you have had dental trauma, or anxiety (such as myself,) or just need a routine cleaning, Genesis Dental is the place. They get things done quick and efficiently, and really encourage your dental hygiene regardless of what stage you’re at.
