I just had my first appointment there! I know it’s just the first appointment but the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and patient. I didn’t feel like I was in a rush when I had to fill out my information on the iPad. Danny and Sierra didn’t make my visit awkward at all. Danny was super quick with all of the X-rays while Sierra made my visit feel more personable. I also appreciated Dr.Smith explaining any concerns with my teeth as well as explaining what everything was on my X-ray. Plus I got a cool water bottle for my first visit! I look forward to continue having my dental work done with Pioneer Valley Dental!

I love this office through and through! As a lifelong patient, theres no one else Id trust with my dental and oral care than Dr. Taylor World and his team. I was talking my 31 year old daughter yesterday, and I hadn’t realized that my family has been going to Pioneer Dental for more than 13 years. Dr Smith fixed her 2 top, front teeth 13 years ago after being broken when she was 8 (both just coming in) and after other dentists fixing them several times.Sorry for the story, however after 13 years, they still look very good and are still very strong.Dr Smith and the other dentists are all very good and efficient, as are their office staff, who are very organized and are also very efficient. Then there are the hygienists, etc.: I was in last Tuesday for surgery and they had to take some of my blood for that survey. I really don’t like giving blood. With our joking and laughter, they totally put me to ease. Thank you Pioneer Valley Dental. I highly and strongly recommend this place.

This is the best place I have ever been, nothing but good experiences here, they help any way they can, and make sure you are comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist. They always reminded me of a mechanic, just coming up with things to rip you off. I had some work friends recommend this place. I love it here. I felt very welcomed coming in to the office and well taken care of even though they were quite busy! It didn’t take long for them to call me back and get started with x rays! My teeth feel so great after having them cleaned and the dentist was able to fix a couple of my teeth so my bite aligned better and relieved some of my pain. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this office to everyone I know!

I honestly wish I went to this dentist sooner, I just had my first visit today and I cannot express how amazing the experience was, we just did my x-rays and an exam but they thoroughly went through a plan with me to work on my teeth. I have extreme phobia with dentist but not once did I feel uncomfortable they are very kind from the receptionist, dentist assistant, dentist and to check out. I highly reccomend this place especially if you need a lot of work done, they went over my plan and how we can make it affordable and manageable, the office is clean and sterilized between clients and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Again I wish I could of gone here sooner and now I am going to reccomend this office everywhere I go to everyone. I cant wait to start smiling again.

I have been going t Pioneer Valley Dental since 2002, I see Dr Smith. I have never had a bad experience, they are always so pleasant and comforting. I am a nervous patient and Dr Smith has always been very good at understanding this. Even though I dont like going to the dentist, which I went in today after not having gone in for a few years and it was as if no time had passed. I would and have recommended them to friends.

I felt safe coming here even with the virus. The office is so clean. They have a really fun little kids area, space themed. It was closed right now, but will be gun for the future. The hygienist we had was so sweet and considerate in her care towards me, I wish I had remembered her name, she was Hispanic and was so thorough on my teeth. Ive been going to Pioneer Valley Dental for over 9 years. I recently moved out of state and still drive to West Valley for my dental appts. Dr World and all of his staff treat you like family.They are always caring and finding ways to help patients and even have an insurance program to help those without their own insurance.Most people, like myself have felt prior to meeting Dr World and his amzaing staff, I would have rather meet with the IRS 3 times during the year.Not anymore, Dr World does everything possible to make things pain free and help you have healthy teeth and a great smile. And when I went in for my appointment, I though it was gonna take a long time but no everything was done faster then I expected and professionally well. I can only hope you get what you pay for in this instance. When you are referred by friends and family you assume you would be treated as such. Not only were they not in network they highly over charge for their services. What we paid $80.80 at one dentist cost us $198 at this office. Then to top it off they say they can not match the member rate for in network services. Yes, it is the members responsibility to know who is in the network. However, considering this is a young dependent you would assume they would be made aware before services were provided. Would not recommend this office.

I love this office! I had so much pain and they were able to get me in very quick. Turns out I need a root canal, but they were able to fix the pain while I wait for my root canal appointment! Ive never felt pain due to the dentists here and I would never go anywhere else! I trust them with my teeth and my concerns whole-heartedly!

First of all. I want to reveal that I was one of the many people who not only hated the dentist, but also had a fear of going. This place, changed everything. I was referred here by my girlfriend, the first thing I did was a cleaning, and now I go in for occasional checkups and anything I need when it comes to my teeth. They are the most friendly, professional group of people Ive ever met. I was made extremely comfortable from the get go. The office is bright, welcoming, super clean and smelled great!Brittany at the front desk is such a fun person, shes so bubbly!! The assistants and hygienists are always super nice, and caring. theyre awesome! Ive had them sometimes just lean in to the room just make sure Im good, even if Im not their patient! Kristy, Luz, Rachel, Jericha! Theyll do anything to make sure youre comfortable and make your visit as easy as possible. I had Dr. Baugh work on me but hes a super nice, professional, and extremely caring as well. He treats you like youre family and explains everything in detail, answers your questions thoroughly and is very compassionate. All in all, Ive sort of overcome my small fear since going to the dentist and Ill never go anywhere else.! 👍👍👍

I just started at Pioneer Dental and it has been an amazing experience! I just got my second cleaning, and everything has been so professional from beginning to end. I have specifically worked with Annelyn and Rossana each time. Annelyn is always so friendly getting me to where I need to go and prepping for the clean. Rossana is equally as friendly and professional. Most importantly, she provided the best and most thorough cleanings I have ever received. Her attention to detail and efficiency allow her to clean every tooth with great care, while still finishing on time!
