My husband had some work done here. We asked for billing codes and estimates in advance. All seemed fine so we went ahead with the root canals. When going in for the follow up work they wanted him to pay $917 up front. We told them that was too much to pay at a single time for us (we have waited to get his teeth fixed because we couldnt afford it) We asked to be put on a payment arrangement and we could pay $100 every month. They outright refused the arrangement and said the bare minimum to pay up front would be $611 and that he could come back in 2 weeks to a month to go from temporary crowns to permanent, at which point we would be expected to pay the remaining $300. I dont know why they assumed if we couldnt pay $900 today that we would suddenly be able to in 2 weeks. He explained that we are currently paying on other medical bills and cannot afford the pay the entire cost up front. They then told him that he can pay $100 a month first and just WAIT FOR 9 MONTHS to get his teeth fixed (at which point Im sure more damage will have occurred that they will be happy to charge us for). She stated that other places work with companies who pay the amount in full and then work with us on the payment arrangement. I know some places do this, but not all of them do. Some places have their own system in place for handling payment arrangements. In any case I have NEVER come across a medical establishment (Dr., Dentist, etc) that didnt have at least one of those options in place for customer satisfaction. If you choose to go to this dentist, make sure you have the money up front, even if your services are thousands of dollars, they will not work with you to make an arrangement that works within your budget.

Dr Lei is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very gentle and not once have I ever felt his shots. He has never hurt me. Im petrified of the dentist. But he makes me feel comfortable and calm. All of his staff are very friendly and nice as well. His office is beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for a dentist.

Easily the best dentist Ive ever had. They are extremely reasonable on prices which is great for people like me without insurance. I had 5 teeth pulled out at once on my last visit. They use topical numbing gel so you dont feel the shots. They are able to remove broken teeth where most other dentists would require you to see an oral surgeon. And best of all, I experienced very little to almost no pain following the procedure. In comparison with my previous dentist, I had 2 teeth extracted and they charged me over twice as much per tooth, the shots were painful, the procedure was painful and was much more painful following the procedure. I highly recommend BKP Dental and will always use them as my regular dentist office.

One of the nicest people I have ever met, everyone is so friendly and warm, I’ve been seeing them since I was 13 years old and now I’m 20. I recently got my cavities filled and I have to say I did not feel a thing. The way he injects you is seamless and feels like he’s just touching your gums.Don’t listen to the other reviews, they all really care about you and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, my entire family comes here ranging from 13 years old to 49 years old.

I had an excellent experience here! I woke up on a Saturday morning with a fair amount of tooth pain, and had bleak hopes for finding a dentist who could get me in the same day (especially being a weekend). BKP was able to make me an appointment, and Dr. Lee was able to perform a tooth extraction that same visit! He was very polite and respectful, and ensured I wasnt experiencing any pain thought the extraction. The entire staff was extremely kind and quick working. I will definitely be back!

There are so many dentist offices out there but Im so glad that I found BKP dental! All the staff I encountered was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Le was very knowledgeable and patient to go through all the procedures with me. Id recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank you BKP 😊

I had a crown put in and it wasn’t what Dr.Lee promised, I was dissatisfied with it, I tried to get it fixed but they refused saying I signed a waiver when I was not shown any waiver, they had me sign for it telling me it was something to do with my payment and not a waiver. I went home and I posted a review, within a few days, they called me telling me they would fix the terrible job they did, I went in and the first thing they tell me is to take down the review and that they are very offended that I had posted a review etc. I went in with Dr.lee and he starts screaming at me, I tell him to not scream at me but he continues, his “wife” comes in and calms him down, I decided to go somewhere else to fix this issue, by far one of the worst dentist out here in Utah, if I could do less than one star I most definitely would, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL PAPERWORK AND ASK FOR COPIES! THEYRE JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND TO SCREW YOU OVER!

Dr. Lee is amazing he is a friendly guy and his staff is just as great and friendly. I am confident that I will continue to keep seeing Dr. Lee for his excellent service and knowledge of dental care . Hands down one of the best dental staff & dentists in town! I started going to BKP & Dr. Le for the past couple of years and it has been the best dental experience Ive ever had. I recently referred my mom to BKP and she just started seeing Dr. Le. The staff is terrific and Dr. Le is truly one of the best. They are very good with accommodating to your schedule, and they are opened all day - 6 days a week!! They also perform many more services/procedures than most of the dental offices out there so you will save more money with BKP!

Love this place!!! Clean, nice staff, and professional dr. Danial Le. I got a root canal and crown done, everything was surprised me, there wasnt hurt during the surgery and after, the doctor always ask your feelings to make sure youre doing well. I was so worried and scared about surgery just because dental places is obsessed to me but BKP dental is different. They changed my mind and my feelings when I come there. I would recommend this place to everyone.

BKP Dental has one the worst accounting staff I have ever met. They are very unpleasant and unwilling to work with you if there is an issue.I went in for a cleaning and after a couple of weeks I received a phone call indicating that their office had incorrectly billed my insurance and that I owe a deductible payment. After I straighten it out with them they apologized for looking at the wrong account, but stated that I still owed $68. Although skeptical and upset with their billing error I agreed to make payment but due to my extremely busy schedule I am not available until very late in the evening when their office is closed. So I asked them to please collect the payment during my next cleaning visit.They refused and during the course of weeks they continued to call and harass my family about the $68. My son who handles my affairs due to my busy schedule has told them repeatedly that I would make the payment once I came in for my cleaning appoint, but they refused to hear it. They kept insisting for immediate payment and during the last conversation with my son they even threatened to send my $68 account into collections if I did not pay within one week.That is OUTRAGEOUS and a complete overreaction to such a minor issue.I have been going to Dr Les office for treatment for years. Ive recommended him to family and friends who have also gone to his office for treatment. He is a friend of mine and my family knows his family very well, but after this experience I will no longer recommend his office and I advise others to stay away.Billing is a large part of seeking medical treatment. When you go in for treatment you should be able to expect accounting staff that is professional and pleasant to work with, does their work correctly and is accommodating towards patients. I am sure everyone can relate to having issues with billing when you go to seek medical treatment.I supposedly owed them a small balance of $68 and I was threatened and harassed. Asked yourselves if that is the type of treatment you want to receive if there is a billing issue.I am completely shocked by the way I was treated. As stated I know Dr Le personally and throughout the years have worked with many if not all of his Dental Hygienist. Everyone has always been so nice but his accounting staff is another story.I cannot believe they would blow everything out of proportion and risk losing many patients over $68. Unbelievable.My family and I will never seek treatment from BKP Dental again after this experience.

They really need to hire more staff so that people dont have to wait a month to be seen to get a cavity fixed that is causing them pain. A lil ridiculous that i paid 60$ for them to take some pics and thats it. Now have to sit In pain for a month

I have my teeth cleaned on a regular basis here and the service is always amazing as the staff and dentist here are very friendly and helpful.

My family has been going here for the past few years, and we should have quit right after our first appointment. Each procedure we have had here has encountered some problem, so we constantly have to go back and waste more time and money to get it fixed. The dentist blames us for his mistakes and overcharges us to get it fixed. Save your time and money for a better dentist who actually knows what hes doing.

Staffs are very friendly and professional. They always let you know what they are about to do and they make sure you are comfortable the whole time.
