Been using premier dental the past 3-4 years and they’re always very accommodating to my needs and not up selling me anything I don’t need. The customer service is phenomenal the entire staff including dental assistant, Dentist is great. The best thing is that they’re always quick to get me in and out quick. Will continue to use them for their fast friendly service.

I had a tooth with a cracked filling that was causing me a great deal of pain. I was able to get in quickly and get the problem addressed. Dr.Davidson and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Davidson has a unique technique that he uses to get you numb. I have had a lot of dental work done and I have to say that that he is definitely the most gentle dentist out there. Erika, his assistant is great at making you feel comfortable! If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Premier Dental Care certainly offers platinum service all the way around.

My husband needed root canals as well as a lot of work done. Premier Dental was amazing! They scheduled us a same day appointment, and helped us come up with a treatment plan for the rest of the work. They do porcelain crowns which will look very natural and nice. I would recommend them to anyone simply due to their willingness to help, even when the treatment is not the easiest. The entire staff is great and I now have my cleanings and xrays scheduled for myself! I can easily give them 5 stars!

I went there because my medicaid covers it, they didnt do a dental plan or clean my mouth they just took some x-rays and made me an appointment to get half of the teeth filled. When I came in to get my teeth filled they numbed my mouth and started filling my teeth. Said they got half of them done. I went to another dentist today they took x-rays and the teeth that premier dental filled STILL HAVE CAVITIES!! I NEED THREE ROOT CANALS NOT ONE AND TWO OF THE ROOT CANALS NEED TO BE DONE ON TEETH PREMIER DENTAL ALREADY FILLED. WORST DENTIST NEVER GO HERE.

I had a terrible emergency this week--broke my front tooth ---I was really embarrassed and upset. Dr. Davidson immediately worked me in. He was quick--caring and competent and was able to repair the tooth and--now I can smile again. I am proud to recommend him. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

I was pleasantly surprised with my root canal I just had, pretty much no pain at all. At the worst of it the pain only hit like a 1.5 - 2 out of 10 for a few seconds. Dr. Davidson and his staff were very knowledgable and walked me through everything they were doing. Very friendly environment, and his bed side manner was awesome. Dr Davidson has been a great dentist. My dental health is much better since I started going to him. They take most insurances and are easy to work with. Recommend anyone looking for a dentist see him. The office is pretty simple and modest (no custom built tropical aquarium and marble floors) but you as a patient arent picking up the tab for all of that stuff.

This clinic is so friendly, inviting and understanding. They are professional and get you out in a very timely matter. The dentist is so informative and positive minded. They will work with you on billing that is a plus inexpensive and still professional. I love that I choose to be apart of the premier dental family.

Dr. Davidson is a great dentist. I have a big fear of needles and he was able to give me the shot so that I barely felt it, he also was the most thorough dentist I have ever been to he is very observant about any pain that he might happen to hit while drilling. He will make sure that anyone who he sees is comfortable and relaxed enough and he will help you relieve your oral pain. Ten stars out of five he is the best I have seen to date!!!

Horrible customer service. They had contacted me a while back to schedule an appointment to come in for a yearly cleaning. When I said that Im currently not sure of the time and that I needed to call back in when I can. The girl seems to give me an attitude. I regret going to this location. Spend a lot of money at this place where as I can go elsewhere and get better service at a cheaper rate.

The Dr. Was amazing. I had to have a tooth extraction. He made sure I was completely numb. During the process he was slow and gentle. I bleed easily, I didnt bleed at all. I had a little gum swelling, no pain even on day 3.I appreciate the friendly staff and the Dr. explaining why you dont need to jerk a tooth out.I will recommend his office to everyone I know.Thank you!!! :) I will have to send a gift basket for sure!

The office staff is nice and helpful. I love that Dr. Davidson does the cleaning. He is very gentle while cleaning and prevents poking. He educates his patients on their dental needs. I would definitely recommend Premiere Dental.

Terrible service and communication. I thought a tooth was hurting me and asked to have it removed. It wasnt a problem tooth, and rather than discussing it with me, they removed it! Then, when insurance wouldnt pay because it wasnt necessary, they turned me into collections. Im no dentist, but THEY sure are, and its their responsibility to INFORM their patients!!! THUMBS DOWN!!!!! Considering lawsuit. ONE ATAR IS TOO MANY!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!! I came in for a crown and THEY didnt take any images after they placed the crown and my insurance wasnt going to cover it without proof of placement. Jordan called me and I ended up coming in to get the images. SHE SENT ME HOME AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY. Mind you I was VERY pregnant and then ended up having my baby and havent made it back in. They nie sent me the bill for the full cost of the procedure FOR THEM NIT DOING THERE JOB COMMPLETELY TO BEGIN WITH. Im pretty sure its standard that any insurance company wants proof and they should want those images to cover their own add. If they send it to collections and I tell the collection agency that THE DENTIST failed to do his job 100% and therefore is expected me to pay for his mistake, they will without a doubt take that off my collection report and they wont get a dime. They need to eat this bill and learn how to do their job and WHEN SOMEONE COMES IN TO HELP THEM FIX THE MISTAKE DONT SEND THEM HOME. I seen the dentist as Jordan sent me home so they cant say it didnt happen. This is 100% the fault of Premier Dental and they expect me to pay for their halfass work.

Amazing experience at the dentist, I had to have my first root canal and dont love going to the dentist in general, so I was very nervous about having this done, but my tooth was giving me a ton of pain so I had to do something about it. Dr. Davidson was great to work with, went out of his way to make me comfortable with an otherwise uncomfortable situation, and completed the procedure quickly and without pain during or after. Go see Dr. Davidson, i made the drive from Spanish Fork for a reason! Great assistant and pricing too!

Dr. Davidson is pleasant and easy to work with. He is always in the know about emerging procedures and is willing to discuss options to improve not only dental health, but overall health. On my last visit, we talked about some snoring solutions, which, previously, Id never thought to ask my dentists. The staff is also kind and thorough, making my appointments easy to get through.

If there was a no star rate, thats what I would rate them! The dentist didnt tell me what he was doing at all and seemed irritated when I asked him. The receptionist I believed her name was Annette, keeps calling me back after I asked her to cancel all my appointments because I was switching dentists and now theyre sending me a bill. I was checked at my family dentist and they told me my route canal that was done here was done wrong. So I am def never coming here again! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Well, I had to take my dad to the dentist, becauseit was time for him to have a cleaning. He has brain and memory issues, so for health professionals, he can be a bit of a chore to deal with. The staff here treated him fine and we managed to ge the cleaning done. But I was also told he needed a couple of crowns and cavities filled. The price to me was outrageous! I am going to get a second opinion, but $4,500 plus dollars to fill two cavities and 2 or 3 crowns seems crazy to me!The other isssus I had were that the office is very small and outdated. I would think charging this kind of money and such a small office staff, you could afford to do some refreshing in the office at a minium, on paint, walls, and torn up couches in waiting area, ect..Finally, nothing was shown to me on the X Rays to show me what was wrong. I was just given the info and prices on the way out the door. Honestly, I didnt feel real comfortable here. I couldnt rate them one star, because the staff was fine. But I couldnt give them 4 or 5 either, because of the issues I mentioned above...

My experience was horrible when I went to see Dr. Davidson for a toothache, long story short he left a file inside of my tooth as if it wasnt enough,he used a torch I dont know for what and burned my lip !! The file is still there i need to see a specialist to take it out ... and dr. Davidson said he couldnt help me fix it.!
