Great customer service and amazing results! I started my sessions here at age 16, and since I was a younger client, they were very careful with me. I began seeing results a few days after my first session! The machine used was surprisingly not painful, and it even removed some of my scars. I definitely had a great experience getting laser here!

I love Laser Infinite beauty. The staff is wonderful and they are really flexible when trying to schedule or change an appointment. Coraly is the absolute best. I have followed her from one practice to this one because she is that good. Always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Everyone else if great too. The prices are the best around! They are efficient, cost effective, and offer great services. The office is always clean and organized. Everything is wonderful about them. I drive 25 minutes to get to their office. There are several other places Ive tried closer to me in DC but none of them are as good or cost effective as Laser Infinite Beauty.

This place is wonderful.. I enjoy my visit every time. The staff is great and knowledgeable about everything theyre doing with you and can answer all questions you might have. I have been using Laser Infinite Beauty for a year now and will continue you with them, I will not go any where else. Their prices are great too for the service you are getting.

First of all, the two stars off has nothing to do with the customer service. Coraly is amazing and has awesome bedside manner, and all the receptionists were very helpful and polite. Coming in was always nice because they were so welcoming. Customer service is a full five stars!The two stars off are for the results (Im posting after all my treatments have been completed). I paid for a six-treatment large area package, but the treatment only worked partially, i.e. I still have hair all over part of the area that was supposed to be removed. Note, I am what is considered an ideal candidate for laser hair removal, pale skin and dark hair. I would have rather paid less for the area it did somewhat work on (medium area package), than pay hundreds of dollars for it to work on only part of the area. I was promised at least hair reduction if not full removal, but got neither of those results.I could probably get another six-treatment package to try and finish that area, but its too expensive for me right now, especially with no guarantee of it working. I will probably try another place with a different laser type, since this one didnt really work for my type of pale skin tone. Overall, I feel this was a waste of my money, but since theres no guarantee, Im just living and learning.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They also provide facials and massages. Very clean place and nice ambience

The laser technician is what makes this place great. She knows what shes doing and I feel comfortable with her. I never had to wait longer than 5 mins for my appointment
