It was a great experience. The owner knew almost all his customers by name and spoke to each one, while also making sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted. We were in and out in a reasonable time and the price was fantastic. It was clean and everyone wore masks.

I love how personal they are here. They are committed to giving you the nails you want. Dont expect to walk in. They are that good. Make a date, you wont be disappointed.

Had a not so good experience at first but Michael told me to call him and he would fix what was wrong. I did call him and he was very nice and understanding. He got me in right away and worked on my nails himself. Told me he was sorry for the bad experience countless times and fixed my nails beautifully. Very pleased how understanding and willing he was to fix my nails. I will definitely go back to Michael!

My daughters and I went here for the first time and it will be the last time. My youngest daughter had a pedicure and a manicure with acrylic. All her nails were crooked and she tried to get the guy to fix them but he wouldnt. The girl who painted the nails didnt cover the nails completely. My other daughter got the same with french tips. Every tip was a different width. My nails were all crooked and if I hadnt stayed on the girl she would have left it. The paint and gel didnt cover the whole nail but did have some on the finger around the nails. Took almost 4 hours and we spent over $200 for the worst manicure and pedicures ever. If you want a fantastic job done then go to AR Nails in Highland Ar.

I love LA Nails. They are so professional and friendly. I have a challenged daughter and everyone of the technicians treat her so well. Shout out to Chuey for taking care of my diabetic feet. Hes Awesome..and Tom thank you for treating my daughter so special.

Love! I have been going to L A Nails for 20 yes. Have never been disappointed. They do take walk-ins so your not guaranteed a seat. Your best bet is to make appointment, they are always packed.

How can you advertise walk ins welcome, yet whenever I try to walk in, everything is booked all day? maybe dont advertise walk ins welcome if you seem to be appointment only!

Went here because my local place moved. I got dip powder, and they ended up way, way thinner than they should have been, no shaping.They were definitely not the cleanest.Unfortunately when I took them off (because two of them lifted, a problem Ive only had with this salon) two of my nails have a fungal infection.Would not recommend this place.

Very very terrible nails did not look right at all look like a 5-year-old did it wanted me to come back but I did not want to put my nails through that again

If you want pampered this is the place to go. Luis does an amazing job on your manicure. Luis is very creative on designs, if you like just plain jane nails he can do that as well. Very caring nail tech, highly recommend Luis! Chewy does a spactalure job on pedicures very pleased with his work, highly recommend him as well. Truth is everyone at LA nails does a great job and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend going to LA Nails you wont regret your results!!!

Worst place Ive ever gone to get my nails done! They are crooked and shaped completely wrong and its embarrassing to pay that much for horrible work. Not to mention the man who did my nails was SO rude. When I mentioned the shape not being correct (after he asked me if I liked the shape) he said it was the way my hand is shaped and and if I didnt like it I could go somewhere else. Rudest nail person ever and I will NEVER go back. I generally get my nails done every two weeks but moved to a new area and gave this place a try. Worst mistake ever!! I would give zero stars if I could!

Honestly their work is very hit or miss. Ive gone in five times and and every time there is something wrong, and when I try to show them what it is, they make it worse. Also every time Ive gone in, when I get home I reshape my nails how I wanted them done in the first place. Normally from the front view your nails look nice, but from the side there are many lumps and bumps that shouldnt be there. Not to mention they do not practice nail structure, there is no arch, and the nail is always too thin in the middle where it should be the thickest. I will not be returning. I hate paying 45 dollars and being embarrassed of my nails.The only reason theyre not getting one star is because the workers are very nice and I will miss them, but their quality of work is just not acceptable.

I love this place! For a few dollars more you get the BEST. I had a picture of what I wanted and they did it perfect. I accidentally jammed my nail and broke it and they fixed it for free. I couldnt ask more out of a salon! Thank you.

Awesome nail salon. Every single person is professional and knows their stuff. Never been dissappointed. They are always willing to work with you, let you try new things and can do it all! They are all good at what they do but Veronica is absolutele amazing. I have never experienced any person being rude or unfriendly. My nails are always perfect. Which makes me wonder if Victoria was at LeNails and not LaNails. I Love this place!!! ❤️
