I went to this salon for a last minute Appt before a conference at the breakers and could not be happier! I am very particular about my nails and she did a fabulous job! Highly recommend and so sweet!

Ive been going to this salon for more than 2 years and I absolutely love it! The owner is very sweet and accommodating. She gets to know her clients on a personal level and always strives to deliver excellent service. I definitely recommend making an appointment :-)

Outstanding experience for me who was visiting from Pennsylvania. Super clean and excellent quality of pedicure service. Great conversation, too. Very thankful for available appointment.

My cousin had jury duty, so I had time to kill and hangout around clematis. I’ve been wanting to get my nails done, but I never got around to it. I looked up nail salons in the area and discovered Polished Nails. I walked in and the owner was super nice to me. She was very welcoming and answered my questions. She began my pedicure right away. She had a client with an 11:00 am appointment come in. She went to tend to her. As a walk-in, I understood and had no issue with it. She was done with her clients manicure within 20 minutes. She finished up my pedicure right after that. The environment is spacious and super clean. I have no complaints! I would make this my main nail place if I lived closer. I left very satisfied with my nails.

Way underrated! This place is simply the best. The ambiance and the nail techs are hospitable and professional. Nori is the best nail tech in town. Shes a perfectionist and always makes sure my acrylics match up- which is a must! Not to mention she is knowledgeable and passionate about her profession which is hard to find these days. Make the trip, its worth it.

Love this salon! Very clean, and everyone is super nice! Nori is my go-to nail technician and she is wonderful!! She always does a fantastic job and I look forward to going to see her for all of my nail needs, plus, she keeps me laughing throughout my visits which is a huge perk! I just wish I could bring her with me when I have to travel for work! ❤❤❤

This place was like therapy. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We were laughing and it was relaxing. I would drive the thirty minutes back anytime. They are worth it. My gel manicure came out beautiful. Thank you Beverly!

I love this place. Thankfully you never have to wait too long without an appointment and all the ladies are so nice.My manicure, pedicure and eyebrows always come out great! Very reasonably priced too.

Ive been coming here for 3 years. I love the staff and Sonye and Nor always do an amazing job on my nails. Its also super clean 😊

If I could give a -10 I would. They are so rude and do an awful job. We called ahead for an appointment and I said $29 manicure and the $28 dollar pedicure for two different people. After everything was done and we were ready to pay, they tell us they gave us the $46 pedicure. We tried to tell them we asked for the basic and they said “you don’t get a scrub and hot towel with a basic you should have known” we are college students from different states and they expected us to know what they were serving. They refused to let us leave without paying the $46 after a 10 min argument trying to explain to them we were wrongly charged without our knowledge of what to expect. We payed for the full delux spa pedicure AND WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM - we immediately looked up reviews to see this isn’t the first time this has happened to people.

I had visited two other nail salons before trying polished nails. Had a great experience, place was clean, personnel very friendly. Nori did an absolutely wonderful job, i’ll definitely be back.

Clean environment. I got a French Gel Mani and Regular Pedi and it was $60 with tip.The gel manicure lasted over 2 weeks and still didnt look bad. I would recommend it.I heard you can get water or wine but I was offered neither so Im not sure if it only comes with certain services.

BEST in South Florida. Worth the drive if you arent local or if you are visiting the area. They take really good care of you and the inside a beautiful oasis.

This could be a great salon if they didn’t have so much attitude!Just make sure they get it right for you the first time because I just went to have one nail (ONE NAIL) fixed and they tried to charge me. For their poorly done work.I got my nails done the day before going on vacation and then was out of town for a week. I came to the salon the day I got back to have a NexGen nail repaired (it was lifting at the back and kept catching on my hair...it had been like this since the day after my mani) and my same nail tech was there.She made it real clear she wasn’t happy about fixing it, by barely saying a word to me, which surprised me because we had got along so well during my first appt. She seemed like maybe she was having a bad day so I tried not to think anything of it.Then she did a quick job fixing my pinky and when I went to walk out, she said it was going to be $3. I refused to pay and she said it only would’ve been free if I came the day after my mani. I had been out of town though...Luckily the owner was sitting there and said not to worry about it when I started to argue, but it really rubbed me the wrong way, especially since I had generously tipped that same nail tech $20 on my first appt and she was all happy about it.That’s not how you treat someone who you want to be a repeat customer, which I had been and planned to continue to be.I hate being nickel-and-dimed like that, so I won’t be going back to this salon.FYI: They also said they don’t do fills, so you just have to get a whole new mani every time. Another salon I talked to said they do $15 fills.

They did an awful job on my nails and also made my cuticles bleed and scab. Will never be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would I had tips put on with nexgen. 5 have broken off in a week . The salon is over 30 minutes away so I had to go to a salon near me 4 times to get them fixed. I tried calling them and they would do nothing. And they are very pricey so I would expect them to last. Horrible experience with this salon!

Appointments are not kept on time here. Dont synchronize your schedule thinking theyll see you within 10 or 15 minutes after your appointment time.

Horrible service,rushing the nail tech then for the pedicure she did what she wanted then tells that was an extra $15 after she did it. My acrylic has so many bubbles. Just not happy at for the amount of money I paid. NEVER going back.
