This place is beautiful. It’s super clean. Liz that does waxes is amazing. She is very kind and gentle. I would recommend her for all your waxing needs. She made me feel super comfortable during my first wax.

I go to Roe. I love how she shapes my nail. Make sure you have an appointment. Her other nail techs are just as great so either way you are in good shape!!!

Today was my first visit to this lovely Lavish Beauty Bar. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and was taken earlier than my scheduled appointment. All COVID-19 precautions were in place and the salon was very clean. Isabel gave me a beautiful manicure. She was very professional and attentive to my requests. She took her time and was meticulous. I would highly recommend Lavish Beauty Bar and I’ve already made my next appointment! I look forward to going back!

I am all about supporting black business, BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SALON AGAIN. The manager was absolutely nasty. Kudos to anyone who received excellent service from them. This was Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. I suggest you take some management classes..... absolutely pathetic.

I was referred to this young lady by a friend. This is my 2nd visit. People that know me know i am very picky about my nails and feet. The shop and the service was tip noch. Her name is Rolexus she is GREAT. It is great to see a young lady handling her business and has great customer service. I am regular. BLACK BUSINESS ROCKS!!!!

What in the world is going on with these nail salons in Florida? In a month I’ve been to three different nail salons and each one has had some type of issue. So, yesterday I decided to try Lavish Beauty Bar in West Palm. By all account, the Instagram photos and claims looks great. Well, looks can be deceiving and that was not my experience. When I arrived the woman Ro (owner) had on a hair scarf. I just don’t think a salon that claims to be high end should have people walking around with bandanas. JUST SAYING. I should have turned and walked out but I decided to give them a try. I’d give Ro a 6/10. Ro seems very hard, I felt like I was running a marathon trying to get her to smile and seem comfortable. It doesn’t seem to come easy for her to be approachable and relaxed with ALL customers. VERY STRANGE. Back to my nails...-I had tips on and she did not remove them instead she filled on top of them. I’ve never had a nail tech do that. It’s a tip, it should be removed, and reapplied. I guess it would have been to much work for her. Not sure why, it was a Friday and barely anyone was there. With at least 3 other customer there, her mom started cursing about something. I’m like, there are customers in here. What business owner does that? Wanting to suppport a Black business, I was not going to quit them just yet. I wanted to still give them a try. So, while leaving at about 4:45pm, I made an apt. for the next day at 1pm for lashes. Even though the person I wanted Erica was no longer there I was going to give them a try. They close at 5pm. I called in the next day at 12:30pm to move the apt. I was told that I would be charged $25 because they need more than 24 hour notice. It hasn’t been 24 hours since I left there. So the right thing to do would be, moving the apt. and letting me know that next time there would be a cancellation fee. I mean it’s been 17.5 hours since I left their salon. That’s NOT good business. I paid $86 for the service and gave $11 in tips. I’m just saying, this is just bad business. Mediocre nail performance, unpleasant environment, and poor customer experience? Bye. Although I will NEVER - EVER - go back there again, I had to share my experience because the LAVISH experience was just not there.
