I was so hesitant to go to this place because I have used them before years ago and they were not polite. Today I was desperate and went in and was pleasantly surprised. The guy who did my nails was thorough, patient, and very kind. Not only did he ask if I liked my choices, but he offered suggestions. I paid attention to the other staff and they were equally friendly, polite and patient and appeared to genuinely care about the customer. Although the price was more than I intended to spend, it was absolutely worth it to get nails I enjoy looking at and toes perfectly done. Amazing work Aaron, my new nail tech and OCD twin!

I’ve been to this nail salon 3 times. The first time I went it was pretty good so I went back. The second time I was there the owner was being very rude to a customer that he made wait a long time after her appointment to start on. The third and last time I went the owner was very rude to me. I had simple questions about length and price and he told me I could go somewhere else! That was my last time going and I’m not going back!

Nice staff, my second set here and so far I am pleased. They work fast, this place is clean and the people are professional. I like that they did my nails thin. Most places want to do them thick when they are long. I would definitely recommend making an appointment.

Here are two nail techs here. Male and female. The female is not very welcoming or talkative. The male was only welcoming to a white lady.We both speak fluent English and it bothers me when they don’t talk to us as much as they did with the other customer.They made my moms toe bleed when getting her pedicure. Overall I think that this place is decent. Prices are alright and the lady that does he eyebrows is thorough and fast enough to do it correctly and efficiently

Took my 9 year old to get her feet and nails one jel nails for a kid the price is about the same but the women did a awesome job love this place

Came in for a full set and pedicure. Service was stopped multiple times because he had to answer the phone. I was cut in two places with the foot grater on the side of my foot. Its very discomfort with shoes on. No apologies or discount. And yes I still tipped but not my original. I wont return.

This was the best pedicure value in the area. My tech did an excellent thorough job. No one tried to upswell me on services. Polish selection was updated and extensive. Small corner location near PB Outlet Mall.

This is by far the best nail place that I have ever been to. They are amazing people. Extremely friendly and they go out of their way to fit u in if you have a busy schedule. Many color selections. I have been going there for a year and I have never had a nail break and I get them fairly long. They do a fantastic job. The prices are lower than any other place around also. Check them out!

Three star treatment if so. Not warm or welcoming to me. This was my first time being there. Woman who did my pedicure seemed aggravated. I did not enjoy the service at all. Got an idea off Pinterest for an orange color mid foot scrub. Showed it to her and with wet feet she slid disposable sandals on my feet to go find it. She could have offered to get it for me. No assistance getting into the chair or out. No assistance to turn on the massage chair. Went for a bit of relaxation but left aggravated. Other women came in and the other staff seemed to be warm to them. Not sure what happened but will not recommend.

I usually like coming here. But they don’t do walk ins as much. Usually, if you set an appointment you have priority. I set an appointment and when I arrived someone took my slot and he said I would have to wait, I left.Unprofessional.

I started coming here in 2018 and was instantly hooked! They take such good care of your nails and always do a remarkable job!P.S - call before you go, they are generally booked up for the day so planning ahead would be ideal.

I have been coming to this nail spa for over a year now and I love it! I get quick service every time I go in. I usually make an apportionment but they are great with walk ins.I have gotten so many different kind of nails and they all looked amazing.Once I broke a nail in the gym (because I dropped a weight on my finger, ouch!) and the spa opened early so I could come in and fix my nail before my plane flight. This spa has also stayed open later then the schedule time to accamodate me!

Pretty amazing and nice atmosphere. My wife and I went to go and get pedicures and I received a manicure as well. The ladies who did our feet and my nails were as kind as could be. My wife had had a bad experience at another salon in which she left with her toe bleeding as her feet were handled roughly. This was not the case here, well be back for our once a month pedicure date. Thank yall for excellent customer service.

Extremely slow and end result is just okay. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get a pedicure after completing my nails because there is just one person doing pedicures. 😳

First time beinf here and Vena did an amazing job! Literally the best manicure Ive ever had. She informed me of what NexGen is rather than doing gel and i love it! So happy. I cant stop looking at my nails.

This is my all time favorite nail salon. Vena is amazing, I’ve been to multiple salons in the area but no one is better than vena. I always get nexgen and she does an amazing job from the shape to work itself, my nails will last at least 4 weeks with no lifting. It’s very clean and a big selection of colors. l highly recommend!!

This has got to be the WORST salon Ive ever been to. The owner greeted me and asked me if I made an appointment. I told him no but that I did submit a online appointment request and was told that he hadnt checked it today. Then he told me that I would be seen in less than 20 minutes and I sat there for 50 minutes with the owner avoiding to look in my direction and taking another person who walked in after me. The salon was not packed at all... That is horrible customer service and I will never ever think to go back there again. HIRE MORE PEOPLE IF YOURE THAT SLAMMED. I didnt even want to give this place 1 star because they deserve ZERO!

The Nexgen is the way to go-dont bother getting gels or acrylics. Same price range, but nextgen is way better. Doesnt chip or peel, and dont need to fill like acrylics (but just as hard/durable as acrylics).

Beeeeeeesssssstt! Every time I cheat on this place I get some messed up manicure :( EVERYONE is so nice and the placd is clean and well kept and organized. Everytime I walk in Im greeted warmly and attended to right away if not told an honest Sorry, can you come in tomorrow? I have a lot of custamers already. Never really have had to wait more than 7 minutes o be seated. Manicures (nex gen is what i get) last approximately 1 1/2 weeks, if you have a 10 month old and work with a lot of water like me. Other than that full two weeks.

No matter what you walk in needing the wait time is always 45 min, according to the gentleman sitting by the door. Nothing awesome about this location. I walked in for a 5 min wax and was told to wait 45 min awful way to show how much my wax was worth their time.
