After moving from NYC and after spending years finding the right dentist, I was unprepared to do the research all over again. My first find in the West Palm area was Dr. Patel and it was the right choice! He is super knowledgeable and one of the most gentle dentists Ive ever seen. Actually his whole team is really gentle, and still give a thorough clean. I dont understand why other dentists and hygenists have to poke and hurt your gums – Dr. Patel doesnt make going to the dentist a painful experience!

I would definitely recommend Dr Patel. The doctor is very compassionate and truly loves his work. He would try to find the best solution for each individual patient and it would be the highest quality.I used to work for him until I moved to another area. Dr Patel treats his employees with trust and respect, him and Kevin are the best team to work with. Kevin is very professional and has pleasant manners. He helps the patients feel comfortable and at ease.The appointments are always reasonably scheduled so there is minimum or none patient cross-passing and the safety protocols are carefully maintained.I also took my family there for their dental work and their expectations were consistently met or surpassed.I highly recommend this professional, friendly and safe dental office that you will not find anywhere else.

I really liked this Dentist at first as I have had some fillings and a cleaning done pre-Covid. I had a issue with a filling that came out in the past, Dr. Patel re-cemented it in and all was good. He did recommend a crown on that tooth which I never got around to doing as I travel. I had that filling come out again recently. I went in and they took a X-ray and Dr. Patel said that at this point there is nothing he can do because of how close the nerve is to the tooth. I was also told by Kevin that my insurance no longer bills to this office. I was told that I needed a root canal first and then maybe that would work and he could put a crown on but also that was not a guarantee. He gave me two referrals to see a specialist to evaluate. So, after being charged 49.00 for nothing and leaving with a hole in my tooth, I decided to go elsewhere. Not only did my New Dentist they tell me that he was mistaken about a crown but they said that it is very strange that he would let me leave with no temp cover filling or anything. I have since started the crown procedure with another dentist and now have a temp crown in place until the permanent one is made and they accept billing from my insurance. Very happy and no pain and fixed tooth! Will never be back or recommend this dentist.

Recently had my second cleaning with Dr Patel at Smile Solutions so I feel confident enough to post a review. I first visited Dr Patel on a recommendation from a friend who had been going there for years. I was no longer satisfied with some of the staff changes that took place at my previous dentist. My first visit was very pleasant as I got to know Dr. Patel. He assessed my dental situation and gave great recommendations and advice. My second trip was equally as smooth. I am not the biggest fan of dentist appointment (or any doctors appointment for that matter) but Dr Patel’s calm demeanor and very chill vibe kind of eases any anxieties. Would definitely recommend Dr Patel and his staff. Definitely worth the drive.

Seriously hands down THE best dentist in Palm Beach County. I am very anxious in general, so going to the dentist is never fun, however Kevin, and Dr. Paetel make it extremely comfortable every time. I had to have a root canal for the first time, and was petrified! However the entire experience was not only seamless but pain free, AND STRESS FREE!!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel and his team were fantastic! They were able to get me in during my short trip to the area and repair a tooth that had become discolored. The tooth had been bothering cosmetically for years but I wasnt confident with any of the other dentists I had met with till Dr. Patel. His entire team was friendly and very helpful.

Best dental office! I visited Smile Solutions Dentistry per my friends recommendation. I was hesitant about switching dental offices because I have been going to the same dentist for years. However, I was not satisfied with my previous dentist, and I wanted to find another office. My friend highly recommended this office and I thought I should give it a try. After visiting the office I could not believe it took me so long to switch.Dr. Patels office is beautiful, clean and new. However, the best part of the office is the doctor and staff. Dr. Patel is the smartest and most caring dentist I have ever met. He makes you feel like a person not a number. He takes his time and makes sure that you fully understand what procedures he will be performing on you. In addition, the staff is super friendly and warm. Everyone in office greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude. I can tell that this office prides itself on quality, and I am happy to say that I will be a patient of Dr. Patels for a very long time to come!

Best dental experience of my life! I visited many dentists and dental offices in my life, but nothing compared to the experience I had at Smile Solutions Dentistry. The office is extremely clean and new. The technology implemented in the office is advanced, and the staff is extremely friendly.However, the best part of my experience was Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was very professional, and thoroughly explained every detail of the work he was performing on my teeth. This was the first time in my life that I actually felt like a valued patient. I have a great experience with the dental staff. Corinne the receptionist was amazing. Everyone there made me feel right at home and eased the fear to the point that there was no pain whatsoever. Dr. Patel was amazing, he was very gentle. The dental assistant was great, he kept me at ease all the way through the entire process to polishing and flossing and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. Love! Dr. Patel is the best. Ive had a TON of work done at Smile Solutions (cleanings, numerous fillings and 5 porcelain crowns, 4 of them my upper front) and Ive never had an unpleasant experience. The office is clean and comfortable. Kevin and Dr Patel are easy to talk to and made me feel at ease each time I felt anxious or self conscious about my smile. And Dr Patel himself did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable considering the huge amount of work I had done. I dont cover my mouth when I laugh any more!

I moved to the area about a year ago and have been dragging my feet in finding a dentist. About a month ago, i had terrible tooth pain and a friend had a great experience, so i followed up on their recommendation. I did need a root canal and having one in the past, was dreading the experience. There are not enough positive words to express how professional, gentle, and efficient this experience was with Dr Patel and his staff. He is a well trained and compassionate Dr who truly deserves the 5 star ratings.... he is 5+! If you need a dentist, you will not regret the choice of choosing him. I do not! Dr. Patel and his assistant, Tania are really great. I was walking by and noticed they opened just minutes from home. I went in for an appointment and they got me right in. They were very thorough and explained everything covered (and not covered) by my insurance. The doctor explains everything and checks on you during the procedure to make sure you are comfortable and alright. I havent consistently been to the dentist, because I hadnt found the right one and now I have!

I’m afraid to death of the dentist but this team here is some of the best people ive ever met when it comes to dentist. Extremely professional, very accommodating and informative. My husband and myself both went there for check ups & raves about how awesome they were. The staff were friendly, the place was spotless and i was comfortable through my whole visit.

I found Smile Solutions on Google and because of the rave reviews and close proximity to my house, I decided to give it a try.The staff is FANTASTIC. Kevin at the front is very personable and sweet. My dental hygienist was great, and Dr Patel was professional, relatable and kindly answered every question I had.Five stars isnt enough. I came for a cleaning and unfortunately, needed a filling. They offered to do the filling right then and there, which was super convenient so I didnt have to take off work to go back for another appointment. The process was smooth, painless, and I got to watch House Hunters: International the whole time.The equipment was fantastic and made the process a lot more comfortable compared to my past experiences.Highly recommended.

My wife and I went there today for our first time. FYI she hates dentists, but by the time we left this dentistry, we were all smiles! World class care and customer service. From Dr Patel to his staff Corrine and Kevin, they were friendly but not over the top. The place is spotless, very clean and organized, not crowded.. Theyre gentle on your mouth! and work with your schedule, and not try to squeeze every penny you got. 5 star all the way.

I called them and to my surprise they were in the IBIS Plaza next to Publix, 5 mins away from my house in IBIS, well Tanya was very nice on the phone, told her my girlfriend had a broken tooth and again surprised that she said we can get her in this afternoon. Well I told her that another Dentist had looked at her the day before and wanted $1400 plus a $250 office visit paid up front before they would do anything. Well again was surprised she said we will work with you on payments, that was awesome. Well the Doctor was very nice and made her feel at home, she was very happy with the services and the staff, brand new state of the art equipment and tools. HIGH MARKS, I WOULD SAY, OFF THE CHART !!!

Called with a broken tooth and was seen by Dr Patel an hour later! The office is brand new and ultra modern, Tanja, his assistant did a wonderful job and guided me through the whole visit. Dr. Patel is very nice, up front and actually takes the time to sit down and explain procedures, cost and QandA. Im a big baby when it comes to dental stuff but Im actually looking forward to going back.
