This dentist has horrible customer service, and is so unprofessional, my daughter that is 13 years old is really scarred to go to the dentist alone and they refused to let me to go with her, instead they wanted me to go outside or stay in my car, because I had no where to put my 4 year old son, they didn’t allow me to stay in the waiting room. I never had a experience so bad with a dentist before. Right now, I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

I originally went in for a tooth I thought was broken and came out with completely new teeth! He replaced me worn down enamel and fixed the tooth that didn’t have a filling. Dr. Richard and Christian are really chill and kind. They both make my experiences there just wonderful. They both make sure you’re comfortable, your lips will never be chapped, and you’ll come out loving your smile. This message is super cheesy but they’re literally the best :)))

I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his practice. I’ve always had a phobia of dentists, but Dr. Jackson walked me through each step of the procedure and put me at ease. His office is clean, professional and has later hours which is great. My son also had dental work done by Dr. Jackson and had amazing results. I would highly recommend his office for any dental procedure.

By far the most pleasant experience with dentist office and extractions. Completely painless, and quick. Dr. Jackson has extreme attention to detail when it comes to patients and their comfort. Truly a master at what he does, no other way to put it!

First of all the subject of dentists in general tend to give me a nervous feeling. However, my first few steps into the office here gave me a settling feeling which began with everyone I encountered greeting me with so many beautiful smiles and the positive energy to back those smiles up. The staff is very punctual with their appointments and tend to stay on top of the schedule as follows. I’ve had multiple cleanings and even a root canal and I have to say I’ve been impressed with every bit of work put into molding my smile into one of the most beautiful sights I could witness at the wake and ending of each of my days. I’d highly recommend the professionals working in this facility to just about anyone in need of dental care. It’s more so a family orientated environment where you can relax and know that you’re in good care by this group of professionals!

Dr. Jackson is the greatest dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of receiving dental services from. He is not only knowledgeable and an expert dentist, but he is also kind, considerate and most importantly listens to his patients. I love the fact that he respects what his patients say they are feeling and responds accordingly. Ive been his patient for over eight years and I could not be more happier with the care Ive received over the years. I completely trust his medical guidance and direction. I will never see another dentist. If you are looking for a great dentist who is an expert dentist that listens to his patients and respects them, then you need to make Dr. Richard Jackson your dentist. He is the best!!! I love this dentist! When I moved to Florida 4 years ago I didn’t have anywhere to go for my regular cleanings but a friend recommended Dr. Jackson to me & as soon as I walked in the door, I felt safe. The receptionist was super nice & dr. Jackson made me feel right at home. I drive all the way from Miami (which is only about an hour or so - but still) every single time. Definitely would recommend

Outstanding dentist, really cares about his patients. He has a seasoned attention to details and laid out everything in in a way I could easily understand from a doctors perspective to a patients perspective. This man is a magician, I felt very comfortable despite having to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled in the same visit, mind you I didnt know my teeth were out until I saw it on the tray!!! Dr. Jackson made my experience very interactive and I didnt have to worry about whats going to happen next. If youre in search for a dentist STOP, and head over to Dr. Jackson!

I highly recommend Dr Rich! Gets the job done and gets it done right. I truly believe he has magic hands because I did not feel a thing for my extractions! Definitely changed my perception of dentist visits and glad to say that he is my new go-to-dentist. Thanks Doc!

I love this dentist. I had a sore tooth and he stayed open late just so I wouldnt be in pain. Dr. Jackson is kind and informative. I always recommend him to all my friends and family.

They dint clean properly . They spend little time on teeth. They don remind u of appointment all times. Dont put much interest in patient.

My now 8 yr old son is completely traumatized because of this doctor. He is NOT a pediatric dentist and had no business attempting to fill my sons tooth. In March he attempted a pulpotomy; less than a month later the cap fell off. We went back and he said my son is not cooperating he recommends a pediatric dentist. No reimbursement for the botched up job he did. The fact is he should have recommended a pediatric dentist to begin with. He refused to have parents stay with the child and I went along with it hoping I can just get it filled and relieve the pain that comes from having a bad cavity. I kid you not, this was the beginning of pain. Now a completely traumatized child has an infection in the tooth he supposedly filled. He hates the dentist! He associates pain with dentist. I paid $300.00 to get my child scarred for life and an infected tooth that had to be taken out just now. Parents do yourself a favor and take your child to a pediatric dentist. Dr. Jackson will accept the child but has no idea on how to treat pediatric patients.
