This is the second time we use Advanced Heating and Cooling. We are snow birds and about 4 years ago our friend went into our parents’ condo and the AC was not working. Erik was a pleasure to deal with. His team is very knowledgeable about the various condo communities in the area so when I contacted him he knew exactly what I was talking about and even asked if the unit was still in the ceiling as they had originally been installed.Managing a project when you can’t be on site is always a challenge but imagine doing it from Canada!Erik sent us a quote by email and called to make sure we understood exactly what was being done. Smooth transaction as they use online billing & payments.Recently the family upgraded to a bigger condo and following the purchase inspection I contacted Erik to fix the problems identified disconnected duct work, AC not cold and an original (can you say vintage? 🤣) hot water tank. After our friend turned the water on the kitchen sink & disposal started leaking. One call to Erik and he prioritized our project due to the new leaky sink. He called from the condo to tell us exactly what his team had found and offered to FaceTime so we could see what was going on.With covid we’re not sure when we’ll be able to enjoy our Florida home but we know it’s been fixed properly and will be perfect when we get there.Covid- Erik and his team follow all state precautions and even go beyond the current guidelines. I had a new unit installed over a year ago. Eric took good care of us when he priced and installed the ac. His installer did an unbelievable job in the attic! Like a work of art... they removed old unit and when they left it was hard to tell they were even in my house. (except it was a lot cooler) Today I had Mark come by and service both units. He really knows his stuff. He was able to find a small issue in my older unit and get things cooler right away. I am glad I have found a company that I can trust. I dont write many reviews but felt like anyone who is in need of ac and is reading reviews, might find this helpful.

Our experience with Advanced Cooling & Heating was great. Our system crashed after 30 days of buying our home. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a new system, Erik came out and explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us and our home. He was very professional and through. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Advanced Cooling & Heating to my friends and family. Just had my 20 year old system swapped out. I was prepared for it to take all day, possibly into the next since it was a difficult attic installation, even though they claimed only one day. The ACH crew arrived early the scheduled morning and was finished by 1:30PM. Wow! They were very neat and professional as they worked as a team. Do yourself a favor and get two or three estimates and then see that quality workmanship and peace-of-mind that the job will be completed as promised is probably worth the 2% you may save by clipping coupons out of mailers.

We have been dealing with Erik for more than 20 years. Why so long? Because you don’t change when you are working with a winner. He ALWAYS promptly responds to a telephone message. This is very important to people with a faulty AC Unit in the middle of a hot Florida day. He then makes an appointment to check it out, sometimes within hours. Now very importantly “He Keeps The Appointment”. You can depend on his being there at the agreed time. Minor problems are frequently corrected then and there. Very minor problems are solved and corrected over the phone. I know this to be true. More complicated ones are followed very soon with a reasonably priced estimate for parts and labor necessary to correct the situation. There has NEVER been hidden costs for undisclosed necessities.Schedules for repairs have always been punctual. He WILL be there at the appointed time. Work has always been completed within the suggested time.His collective assets are: Responsive, well informed, dependable, reasonably priced, capable, good workmanship and total honesty.If your AC (like kids) gets sick on Friday after 5:00 PM – CALL HIM – he will do everything within his power to help you avod a hot weekend. New Customer for life, had many other A/C companies come to my home (6) thank God I found this one. When Mark first came out it was not a sales pitch like all the others, even tho I called them to ask for a price on a new AC. this company Advanced C&H came out to make sure I needed a new AC and they felt I did not. When Mark left he told me he would not replace it and spoke with Eric to work with me on a solution. Then Eric came to my home and spent about 1 1/2 hours at my house and got my AC working better then it did then all the other AC companies that tried to do. even if this did not fix it Eric was not going to charge me unless there really is a problem, so in the end my AC is colder then it has been in weeks (wife happy) and in a few days Im told he will check back with me to make sure Im happy and the AC is still working COLD. This kind of company dont exist any more glad I found them. They could have told me like all the others and gave me a price to replace the AC. The honesty here is that they could have charged me for today and then came back and charged me again, when the same thing happened then say oh well you need a new AC but we will subtract the money you paid to us and we will install a new AC for you. this marries me to them and that did not happen. 6 Stars for me, for the Honesty and going above and beyond.

Had our brand new unit installed three years ago in the attic, and have had problems with it ever since. The pan overflows constantly, at least ever few months, and has ruined our ceiling, this will be the fourth time well have it replaced. That switch that is suppose to turn the A/C off has never worked and when I called, and yes, I was annoyed and irritates, but the boss, Eric, had the audacity to blame our environmental factors and not the equipment. We change our filter monthly and vacuum, mop, and dust weekly. Sounds like a service/equipment problem to me. Had to hang up on our last call, looking for a new company now.

We use ACH for most of our HVAC subcontracting, we have used him for many years and Eric always has our back. His company makes sure everything is done in a timely and professional manner. We have never had a complaint from a customer about him or his work. We would recommend him to anybody in need of a good quality Hvac contractor.
