What a great company! Telford had done a lot of work for us, but one a/c (that they didn’t install) had a problem. Deanna was amazing. She nailed the problem within minutes and had us up and running in no time. A capable and charming person who left us with smiles on our faces. How nice is that?

However, became evident that this installer never installed this product in a standard Carrier HVAC Unit but to her credit she was very diligent on calling into her supervisor every next steps to double check her progress. Think Vendor should have assigned a more experienced technician.

Our AC has been having issues for months now and has been looked at by a few different companies. Promises were made and not delivered. I found Telford Cooling at the Better Business Bureau and decided to try them out as they had an excellent rating with them. They came out the first time and evaluated several problems with the cooling system and went to work. I cant say they are the least expensive option but they were very timely and dependable and did excellent work. I dont mind paying for good work as I have thrown a lot of money away on those who didnt do a thorough job. I have had Telford come back several times since then and same day service even when calling late in the afternoon or weekends is the norm. I am very pleased with Telfords service and recommend them highly.

Look, this is my first time purchasing an a/c unit. but even without prior experience, i can tell you that shaun and his team A++, 5-star professionals! first, my intial interactions with shaun - he knew what i needed AND he knew what i WANTED! i thought i knew the products i wanted, but he steered me toward better quality, longer-lasting, proven and tested products that got me what i wanted while also protecting me falling into the trap of choosing trendier, less-proven/tested products. we had several conversations and then a home visit to really nail down what my family needed. next, SUPER FAST turnaround/start time. like - we finalized paperwork and they came two days later. his team - brandon and ray - consummate professionals! there was not one minute of the day that they weren’t actively discussing the project, filling me in on what was needed and what they were doing. my place is a tough one with the handler up in my teeny attic and strange architectural design. even when my old a/c worked, my daughters’ room NEVER got cool and definitely was never the same temp as the rest of the house. shaun explained what was needed to fix that and the guys executed that plan perfectly. the job took much longer than i believe they thought it would (like all day) but they never tired, cut corners, complained to each other, etc. they then showed me everything they had done and even a layperson like me could see it was a meticulously executed job. i am so happy with the product and their service i am trying to convince others with a/c needs to dump whoever it is they are using. thanks shaun, brandon, ray and nick. you guys rock and we are so grateful (and cool 🥶😎😂)!!!

Hired these guys to fix our pool heat pump. The technician that showed up was very nice and charged $250 to fix the pump.
