Our AC kept shutting off. At 4pm it was 86 degrees in our house and we were panicking because it was the night before the kids were going back to school. We called Kyzar AC and spoke to Anna. She was extremely kind and sympathetic to our situation. She said that she couldn’t make any promises because it was so late in the day, but that she would try her hardest to get someone out to us the same evening. She came through!!!! At 8:30 pm, Conner showed up at our door!!! We were beyond thrilled to see him! He too was kind and hardworking. He fixed our AC and we all slept in a cool house. I was very impressed with the way Kyzar conducts their business. It’s not often these days that you find genuine compassion for others as they both demonstrated. We will definitely be calling Kyzar AC for all of our gutter AC needs! Thank you Anna and Conner!!!

Chris came in the evening and diagnosed that the unit was old and any repair (that was my third one) could not be guaranteed. I ended up purchasing a new unit, for which Chris was very helpful in my choosing the best for what I needed including the best value. Although by this time it was 10 pm, Chris worked tirelessly to give me temporary air until the new unit came in. Earl was also very helpful with my finance options withhis friendly and supportive personality. Chris made my comfort his first priority and I cannot be more grateful to Chris, Earl and the entire Kyzar crew for their professionalism and care through this experience. Having your air break down in the height of summer could be a nightmare, but they went out of their way to make it all more endurable. I am recommending Kyzar to everyone! They are the best company in South Florida.

Called 5pm on a Saturday during the heat of August when my 87 year old mother-in-law’s AC quit and they had someone at her door to fix it by 6:30pm. They have never failed to respond and come out immediately when called regardless of day or time. The best.

I called Sunday evening when my AC went down and they told me that they would send someone out Monday morning. They were not only on time they were early. The tech explained everything and installed a rescue motor…They will be back tomorrow or Wednesday with a new factory motor…I couldn’t have asked for more efficient and excellent service.

My air conditioning went out shortly before I was to leave town on vacation. They went out of their way to get it fixed quickly before I left. The area they worked in was 138 degrees but didnt stop too much. Theyve also done maintenance in the past. Good service, reliable.

My friend recommended Kyzar Air and I did get three quotes. Earl came out and their units and warranty were by far the best. Earl recommended a unit to best fit my needs (and explained everything to me) and my home. I am over the moon thrilled with how it is working and cooling my home. My AC Bill Is down by a lot. I have been hearing what I thought was a dripping noise from downstairs for a little while when my unit shuts off, however I did not see any water marks or stains at all. Kyzar sent out people twice, they heard the noise and determined they were pretty sure it was not water dripping, yet they couldn’t figure it out. Today, Dave, Jesus and Freddy came out and they totally figured it out! They never had to cut into my drywall even tho the noise was in the walls between first and second floor. Excellent Service. Came out after 5 PM and worked around a funeral we had to attend. When parts had to be ordered, Kyzar technician Conner set up a rescue motor so we had A/C throughout the night. Outstanding response and outstanding people. Highly recommend Kyzar for any HVAC work.

First, they offered the best price and didn’t send over a salesman when I said I didn’t want one. The install was flawless and done when I was able to be home. Weve used them for years at different houses and its always been a great experience.

We bought a new home from Pulte 9 years that was built with (A/C ductwork) design flaws and once discovered, the home was out of warranty. When both A/C units started to deteriorate, we replaced them using a different company ONLY because I could get special financing through Home Depot.Im SO GLAD I kept Horacios business card (from when he come to do the replacement quote) because when the selected company(after paying them $11K) couldnt/wouldnt figure out why on one side of my house(2nd floor) was SO much colder), I decided to reach out to Horacio because he made such a good, first impression so I contacted them. Once he arrived, he looked at the architectural drawings I got from the builder/city(cant remember where), went up into the attic to see the problem and he was immediately able to see the flaws and determine the best course of actions.The price quoted was (I thought) VERY reasonable and so here I am, many months later...the problems fixed...my family and I couldnt be happier.FYI - I purposefully waited this long to submit this review to make sure the work done was lasting and not short term. I HIGHLY recommend Kyzar (and Im NOT that easy to please, just ask my wife).Also: a shout out to Conner (also from Kyzar) who came out to adjust my drain pipes which (also) were originally installed incorrectly and since then, NO problems.Throughout this process, ALL Kyzar employees were neat, knowledgeable, friendly, picked up after themselves and left no footprint of their visits. I couldnt be happier. They will get ALL my future business and they deserve yours as well.

Misdiagnosed A/C issue..recommended possible replacement of unit due to condenser coils..actual problem diagnosed by different A/C company was with compressor, which is covered under our current warranty (lifetime).

Robert was very Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He was a few minutes earlier than the 1 hour window given to me and for all of these reasons, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Technician Jean was extremely knowledgeable about our system, solved our heating issue, instructed us on how to use our system to get optimal heat and patiently answered all our questions. Excellent and fast service!

Hearing impaired. Was told kyzar was a great company? Charged $85.00 for maintenance when the 2 year warranty was not even over? Was called because the air conditioner seemed to be making the wall hot? They came out and could fund nothing wrong, Called again because the wall was still hot? The man came and says he put Freon in? ( I did not follow him) how can maintenance be charged if I did not ask for it? It was never explained and it is not on the paper work. I feel Kyzar took advantage of my hearing impaired sister with a $85.00 charge that should have been covered under the 2 year warranty

Just had a major cleaning and repair of my AC unit plus the installation of a three bulb UV light system to stop the growth of harmful bacteria. Our technician was Chris and he was excellent. This job was done well and efficiently. We are extremely happy with the results.

Great company! I was in need of a new a/c unit. I got an appointment right away. Earl gave me several options from which to choose. He noticed a problem with the drain pipe of the unit I was replacing that their competitors did NOT point out. Day of installation, they arrived precisely when they said they would. Technicians Julio and Angel were friendly and professional. They cleaned up when finished. My floor was cleaner after installation than it was before. Two of the nicest guys youll ever meet. Earl makes you feel like family throughout the process. Dont bother calling any other company. Kyzar is the best!

I normally don’t leave reviews but today there was a big gentleman with a beard I didn’t get to catch his name but from your company at my local Home Depot I stopped him and asked about a issue with my air conditioning system and he gave me some great pointers on how to keep my system cleaner and what type of filter I should use in My ac I would like to take the time and say how great of an employee you have and in the hopefully not to near future I can turn to this great company nice to see that local mom and pops are still going strong.

Been using Kyzar for many years now. Our old AC finally gave out after 12 years, so I was given options for buying a new system. After choosing the new AC, I was told that the 2 technicians would come out the following day to install it. Osvaldo and Luis arrived at the appointed time, were very professional, and installed the new system. Afterwards, they cleaned everything up and took away the old unit and all other trash that had accumulated throughout the day. All in all, they did a great job!

Thank you Earl & Chris and they rest of the team at Kyzar!! My wife and I had a serious issue with our AC System. We had originally contacted another company we had used in the past. When they told me what the issue was (a bad filter dryer) I was shocked at the cost to repair it. It was late, we had no AC. I figured I had no chance of getting a hold of anyone that could validate my suspicion I was being over charged. I called Kyzar after being refereed by a friend and received a call back at 9pm from Earl. I couldnt believe he called me. He told me they could beat the price I was given and said he would call at 8am the next morning with a quote. At 8am on the dot my phone rang and sure enough they beat the price... by HALF! That afternoon Chris came out and and made the repair in the pouring rain. I have spent most of my professorial career in Customer Service for a yacht manufacture so I know a great company when I see it. These guys are top notch!!! I dont want my AC to break again but I feel a sense of relief know if it does Im in good hands. Thanks again guys!
