Vinay is extremely knowledgeable. He’s very thorough in his analysis, and gives it to you straight. He installed a whole new ac unit during 2020. It works like a charm, and overall power bill has been cheaper as well to boot. Happy with his services, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends.

Exceptional service. Tech had mask, gloves and boot covers on. He knew exactly what he was doing in less then two hours he had everything up and running. My house is big and i have four air conditioners and one pool heater. Many ac companys have come here before but i have never seen any thing like this before.

From there office to the tech everything was on point. My air conditioner is old and i was told by previous company it cant be fixed and it will need to be replaced. I am glad i got second opinion from Magma. My ac is working beautifully for now. I will still have it replaced in future and from Magma.

Our AC freeze up on Sunday. I call my Home Guarantee and they suggest a company call Fusion. After reading the review. I call my H. guarantee to ask for another company. They gave us a few choices. One of them was Magma. I request for Magma and am so happy I did. I left a vm on Sunday. I got a call back to within the hour to lmk my schedule for Tuesday AM. I asked to let me know if there is any cancellation to call us as we will be available all day. I got a called at 10:20Am Monday saying there is a cancellation. A tech will be coming to us by 11-11:30. Vinay came at around 11:30. He quickly diagnose the problem. He called our H. guarantee, he waited for his office to bring the fan motor. He fixed it and waited to make sure the AC cooling properly. He is very polite, very professional, he was so careful to not dirty the house on top off that. He wear his mask and shoes cover. Unlike other AC people we have had before him. Whats a pleasant to do business with such professionalism. I asked for his business card so I can refer him to all of our neighbors.
