This is my second time going to the salon. both times I had the nail tech Lee do my nails. I got a full set. the first time I got my nails done two weeks after when it was time to take the nails off my nail bed was in perfect condition, which is very rare. for this reason alone, I decided to return a second time. my second visit with Lee to get my nails done was a great experience. When I arrived 30 minutes early for my nail appointment and I was serviced within five minutes. he was very friendly fast (1 hour for full set) extremely helpful, He’s personable. The shop was very clean. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. the full set is $25 and the gel is $35.

I was so excited to do my nails at this establishment but I was highly disappointed. My nails were done by Christine and they are just so poorly done. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I went in yesterday to get my nails done and it’s safe to say that I’m pleased with how my nails turned out. There were a few moments where I had to point things out (which is normal) and (file my own nail🙄). One thing I feel like could be improved is how the nail techs act when you point mistakes or flaws in what they’re doing. I’m not the type to sit and let someone contiue to mess up my nails, if I’m paying ima say sum. But Tbh they did a wonderful in the end result and would come back.

Lee never fails when it comes to my nails. I live in Viera and I rather drive the 25 mins then go to a salon that’s across the street. Helen is great at pedicures!!! His staff are respectful and his salon is clean, definitely the place to get your services done!

First experience here. Came on with very short nails. I was sold on trying the SNS nails for a small upcharge. It was my first time with dipped nails. They are fabulous. The gentlemen that did them was kind, and gentle with my hands. The location was clean, easy to access, lots of parking, and the staff was very friendly.

Lena did my nails for me last minute for my birthday. I was a little late coming in but she still took her time. I’ve never had someone do my nails and do such a great job. I seriously recommend coming here and having Lena do your nails. You will not be disappointed!

I had seen Christina and she was awesome! She is very straight forward to tell you if she can do a design or not vs saying she can and messing it up. She also makes me feel welcome and comfortable.

I got my nails done by Lee, he did a GREAT job! I really do love them.I got a full set matte pink, with two chunky glitter for a design 👌👌I had an awful experience at spa an nails in the hammock landings 🚮🚮 which he removed for me, they where uneven an messy an just over all ugly.The price was great, he was friendly even cracked a few jokes. Staff was nice, wasnt overly packed!! Place was clean an neat. I would recommend.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 6 months now and today I’m just completely upset with them. I have never left with my nails so messed up and with nail polish all over my fingers. None of my nails are the same length, some nails are over painted and some are under painted. The only person to trust to do nails there is the owner.

They do the best job in town and trust me we have been all over searching for the best nail salon and we finally found our place to keep coming back to. Leni is an amazing nail artist! She was very patient with me as I was shaky and constantly moving my arm in the wrong position. She did an excellent job with my nails as well as my waxing service. I was comfortable and felt well taken care of. I will always come back !

I absolutely love this nail salon! Best one Ive been to in a long time and have been going there for 2 months now. It is very clean and always get good service. I have not had one nail lift or break and the quality is excellent. I always get compliments on nails. I came in with an odd request of a pineapple on one of my nails on each side and he said he would try and he did it and everyone that sees them loves them! Thanks guys!!

Went in today for the first time with Lee, he did an amazing job. Fixed my nails from another place that did a bad work. Lee got my nails just how i love them. He won a new customer. The Salon is clean, bright and relaxing. Plus they are very nice to the customers.

I got a fill... $16.... they charged me $30. I asked why when the menu says its $16... they told me its because I chose Gel NAIL POLISH... they handed me a color swatch and told me to pick a color... no one said it was gel, and how does the NAIL POLISH DOUBLE THE PRICE??? I wont be going back! Wow, Ive never had anyone charge that much for that... it should be included in the fill price and NOT MAKE IT DOUBLE!*** update just a few hours after, the $15 nail polish is peeling off in sheets!!

Lee is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. I’ve used sns for years, last time the other employee appeared to do a great job they were thin but I could deal. However, every couple days a nail broke and every couple days I was in getting a repair. They handled the repairs well until the last one. Implying that how I use my nails is why they broke over and over again is not how I expected to be treated. Especially when I’ve had to come back 3 different times for repairs and was there paying full price for a new set now as I was tired of the breaking. The current set I paid full price for was rushed and damaged by the cuticle oil as, from what I could tell, the gentlemen wanted to leave since it was closing time. Mind you I was there at 5 with plenty of time to complete the job without rushing. Some of the my nails are misshaped and he was going so fast he nicked my cuticle with the drill. I am yet undecided if I will come back. I did not like being blamed for the damage when I’ve never had a problem before and we could have just moved on without ever having the conversation about whose fault it was.

I have been going to this nail salon for a long time and have always used Lee. However just after two days of trying a new nail polish it started chipping and I had to go back to get it fix.. Used someone else there and am really disappointed. You can tell which one was re-done.. not only is it not the same shape but it’s also shorter than my other nail!He measured it over and over and this was the result.

Hey if anybody needs a good facial go to the nail place on Palm Bay Road by Publix it is amazing they take an hour they massage your face your scalp your shoulders and your upper back and they do a deep exfoliation so that when you get out of there your face doesnt feel oily it feels super clean and fresh and they gave me the best facial I have ever had and Im so happy. 5 star salon experience

I have been going to Fancy Nails for about 15 years! Lee and his staff are very good. I never have to wait, and the service is very good! They recently changed all the pedicure chairs, and nail stations! New tile floor too! It is very clean and the staff is always cleaning in between customers! I highly recommend Fancy Nails!

I feel I was over charged for the service I received. Charged 55$ for standard french tip acrylic nails just to get a chunk of my finger snipped off with scissors? I dont think so. Wont be back.

I’ve always had the best experience here, but didn’t appreciate them like I should have until recently. I went to a few other salons and felt like they were just rushing me out the door the whole time. They’re rough with your nails and I’ve had a few places make me bleed and just keep hurting me more. They don’t spend much time with you or care how you feel and it shows. At fancy nails they make sure they know exactly what you want and they take their time perfecting their work. (They also give the most amazing foot massages when you get a pedicure 😍) You’ll never meet more talented and kind artists around this area and I recommend them to everyone I can.

Avoid the young man!! He irritated my toe from being aggressive and infected it!!My overall experience was fabulous.The atmosphere and prices are amazing.However Id avoid the young man. He was extremely rough and rushed.. I couldnt even enjoy my services.I requested a full set and a pedi and was sat immediately when I walked in. My big toe is still swollen a week later from how rough he was, I was in tears as he was doing it. My paint job looks like my 2 yr old could do better. I will go back for future service but will not see him . Lee did however discount my total because of it.

Been going to this place for about 10 months and I never really had a complaint until todays visit. I was horrified by the fact that they are reusing / recycling the toe separators! I couldnt even complain to them because of the language barrier. This discovery will now prompt me to find a different nail salon. Ugh!

I went in on Saturday 04/06/19 for a full set. They weren’t done correctly, they look all stubby & looks like I ALREADY need a fill. I should have just drove the extra 10 mins to my regular salon. I do not recommendI will have to figure out how to upload a picture

If I could rate them lower I would. The tech that assisted me was Lisa and I will never go back to her EVER AGAIN! The acrylic she put was uneven, and had bubbles. Like she had never done it before. I addressed it with her and she continued saying that it was fine. The color she used was not the one I asked for, and I didnt notice it until I left the store. She also drilled my finger to a point it would NOT stop bleeding, its been a couple days and its still swollen. Im disgusted with the work. Never again will I step foot in there. No knowledge at all of what she was doing. Save your money go elsewhere!!!

Moved from Orlando. Looking for pedicure. Went to fancy following the 4 point rating. Long wait, got skip, ask for$25 pedicure was charge $30. The business is not concern in building a clientele. Sad because they have a great location but with the wrong attitude.

Horrible I did my nails on Friday and they were supposed to be durable with the acrylic and it came off the next day. I did them on Friday and on Tuesday two came of and today, which is Wednesday they are all gone. Pay 30 dollars for them and got bad results.

I went and got a full set as well as a pedicure today. I had the younger woman do my pedicure and It was very relaxing. Lee did my nails and I told him I was very picky about my nails being exactly true square. He did them exactly as I asked and took his time whereas most other nail salons I’ve been to will rush and mess up the shape. I’ll definitely be back!

I went there for the first time looking for a good place to get my nails done. With no luck I got my nails done with my mom and the paint came off with in 2 hours and we paid a lot, I called them and they made an excuse that natural nail polish doesn’t last that we have to get gel !! Bs I have done manicures before and they lasted a long time not 3-4 hours !

I arrived at my appointment time for a fill-in although it was a little more busy than I expected it to be. I proceeded to advise the guy that I had an appointment in which he told me Okay so I just took a seat in the waiting area. Being that it was busy, I didnt mind waiting 10-15mins. They sat 2 other people before me which led me to ask for an update on my wait but I didnt get an answer. I sat for another 5 mins & they continued to sit a 3rd person before me (all for fingernail services) so I just walked out. The whole point of an appointment is to reserve you a time & seat, not to wait & wait as if you were a walk-in. Had someone told me Were busy right now do you mind waiting ___ minutes, or come back at ___ oclock that would have been a lot more acceptable. But the first 2 times I went, Lee & another woman did a great job on my nails. I do have to give them that but I am huge on customer Service.

Been talked into trying new salons and have even had my nails done while traveling in other states...I always come back, knowing Ive gotten the best job around. Theyve recently updated their equipment and those massage chairs are amazing!!! Its very clean, very reasonable, and the staff is gentle and helpful. No cuts, no scrapes, no abrasions, just perfect nails EVERYTIME! Highly recommend them!

Scheduled an appointment. Was there first thing in the morning. Schedule two other appointments ahead of me didnt have enough staff and made me have to wait. Had to go look for a whole Door salon that was open on a Sunday to get my nails done because I had an appointment that I couldnt miss. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Stay away. No foot rub and rushed me out of the chair in 15 minutes. She put a mini fan on the floor to dry my toes. Cut me twice and filed my skin. Not sure if the utensils were cleaned becaise she them from the bottom of a drawer amd didnt use plastic tub cover. There is a reason the place was empty.

DO NOT GET THE YOUNG GUY TO DO YOUR NAILS! My first time here and a young guy did ny pedicure. He rushed through the whole thing as though he was in a race....plus he kept on looking at the TV while doing my pedicure....very rude. I may or may not go back. If Ido, I will ask for Lena or one of the ladies who is good and takes her time. When one goes to have a pedicure, you want to feel like you are pampered not rushed through.

Man that does nails is very rude and rushes you. Whenever you try to go over what you’d like, he just keeps saying that he’s been doing it a long time. Young girl is extremely slow. It took almost 2 hours for a full set for my daughter. Will not ever go back.

When I walked in the salon I noticed it was extremely dirty there was 4 people in the salon and there was several tail techs available.i I waited for 30 minuets just to get a gel manicure. I got Lisa, The gel was bubbly and all in my cuticles. Also she cut my nails when I asked her to keep the length. Very expensive and terrible quality manicure. When I told them I wasn’t going to pay full price they told me it was my fault that my nails looked that way, they then charged me $20 more because I told them i wasn’t tipping Lisa. If I could rate them lower I would.

The Mani and Pedi experience was fine, even at a cost of $74. However, the days later the Polish was peeling from my toes and the gel on my fingers was peeling off. I went back to the shop to request my money back as I was headed out of town. They refused saying the business owner was not there and he kept all the money after the card was run. I asked for a call from the owner, that was 4 days ago and Ive heard nothing. It is a huge waste of your time and money and the shop is dirty as well! Dont go, find another salon and run as fast as you can!!

I tried to give them a second chance. But never again. Not only did they over charge me, but gave me garbage service. The same service I usually get is $70-$75...today it jumped yo $110. Soooo what the hell??1. Asked to clean up my eyebrows. The lady arched them. One was skinnier than the other. I told her that it was wrong and I didnt like or want it. She said its something new... No its wrong.2. Pedi..cut too close, I told her to please be careful. I didnt move an inch when she grabbed the razor. Wrong design. 😢. She said its better..but not what I asked for. Really!!3. I get my nails styled Stilettos. One of the guys took over. My nails are long naturally, he trimmed them but tried to remove my real nail. He said he forgot since its been a while. OK no problem ..but why did he oval my nails when I came in with pointed. He couldnt get them back pointed.Sorry but not sorry. They did what they wanted. New style and upgrades, but the People are still bad. I dont recommend them. Professionalism is out the door. I didnt get an answer why I was charged more, but I told them I would never be back.

If I had to sum my experience up in one sentence, it would go as such: The low quality of communication as well as workmanship that the techs at this establishment exhibit is awe inspiring.I went for a full set of acrylic nails with a not very intricate design and left with shoddily applied SNS set that has lifted on several beds -one finger, twice- and an okay design.It hasnt even been two full weeks and both of my middle fingers, one of which I had repaired last saturday (and by repaired, I mean he glued the SNS to my bed with nail glue -_-).This morning, half of the SNS on my thumb sheared off, leaving the bare nail tip.All in all, I think this place could benefit from some refresher courses on nail prep and design. Especially if theyre going to be charging $50 for a full set.I wont ever go back, but good luck to the owner and any future customers.Update:Less than two weeks after the initial application, all of my nails were lifted to some degree, with both middle fingers lifted up to the point where the tips were adhered.The middle finger that had previously been repaired -with no prep and nail glue under the SNS- was so uncomfortable with the way it was hinged that I couldnt wait until this weekend to get them off and replaced so I went back in and asked them to remove them.Now, my nails are so savaged, I dont believe they can even be serviced until they grow out a bit.Was it sabotage? Ill never know, smdh.
