I went there and got acrylics and i asked for a simple design and it was absolutely horrible, their materials for nails werent clean and the design was the worst part. i could do better. I was absolutely shocked and i am going somewhere else to get my nails redone. it cost $50 dollars for a set of regular acrylics. its a waste of money. I am crying because i have a party to attend and my nails look horrendous. I am never going back there.

I went here to get a pedicure with gel polish that was okay but my acrylic nails fell off in less than a week after I got them done here . I have been looking for someone new to do my nails since my nail tech moved away this will definitely not be the place I will be returning and to think I have a 20$ tip

What a waste of money. The girl took allof 15 minutes. Only exfoliated one leg and heels were rough and cuticles and nails were uneven. They had plenty of people of working there and no one waiting so I don’t know what the rush was. I will never go back!

I have never been disappointed with my nails! I have been coming to the nail salon since they opened, it is always clean and staff is pleasant and helpful. I went to try new places but ALWAYS returned because I was never satisfied as much as I was at Happy Nails. Sue made my nails on the picture and she does amazing job. Diane normally does my nails also. I would recommend the nail salon to anyone.

This place was very very nice, and clean and the staff was friendly. I was visiting the area for a funeral and needed a pamper session to cheer myself up and I went for a deluxe pedicure with my cousin and ended up getting gel mani also ( which I dint th ink was possible cause I have short short nails). The chairs were in great condition and looked updated and modern.Both guys who did my nails were amazing and professional and made my tiny nails look so cute. Its right next to a Ross and Target which made it an ideal spot, cause I went on a quick shopping trip before heading back to hotel to get ready.If I go back to visit I will use them again.

Tommy did an amazing job! He sat down and went straight to work once I walked in. I wish this nail shop was closer to where I live. I was on a tight amount of time before my photoshoot and I was amazed at how well he was able to do such a good job while working with my timeframe. Definitely recommend them🖤

I got sns done with a tip and a pedicure. My pedicure was rushed through and barely took them 15 minutes to do. I asked for coffin shape and every single nail is completely crooked. They are incredibly messy and have sns all over my skin still. There are chunks of missing sns on every nail. Gel polish was then put on top of my sns which is not supposed to be done ever. No prep was done to my nails before starting the sns. My cuticles weren’t touched. I paid over $70 for both services and am completely disappointed and honestly mad about the quality of the outcome. I will never go back.

I went here for acrylics and in 4 days 4 nails have broke. The design was terribly uneven and you could see my real nails right through the acrylic. After going back to get them fixed 2 more have broke. Not worth $50 at all.

Live this place! Their pedicures are the best! You get kinda like a mini foot and calf massage and hot rocks with the regular pedicures. Its so nice and reasonably priced.

Love the way my nails turned out but I wasnt expecting the time or price. I had asked for a new acrylic set, no color natural american, but ended up with pink & white. They look beautiful though.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have never had such terrible nail tech or nail job before. A nail technician should be able to listen to their customers and give them what they asked for. I asked multiple times to get a coffin shape and this is what I got. The sides of my nails weren’t polished all the way and the technician kept giving me attitude when I asked for my nails to be filed down on the sides, to give them the coffin shape. The technician then left before my nails were even finished. Disappointing.

I will never come here again, and I will not recommend anyone who is getting tips to come here. First of all I wanted color powder not dip. He said they had powder come to find out they dont. So, he put the dip too thin and my nails were long. I kept telling him they are not thick enough, and he kept saying and laughing u no want them broke. Like is funny its something. Before I left the salon I used the bathroom and my nail bent. I told him to cut them after I already paid for them to be long. By, night time a nail split in half and broke my real nail. I WASTED $78. NEVVVVVEEERRR AGAAAIN!!!!!! Happy Nails....haha needs to be called sad nails.

Friendly clean and great job on nails

I came here on Monday. It is now Friday and I have been everyday but Thursday to get a broken nail fixed. The tech at number 7 dipped my nails in the clear once and color once. I told him they were too thin. This last time I came to get two nails fixed the tech that sat me with Didnt know how to do dip so after 20 minute wait the lady put the wrong color on my nail and then acted like it was my fault even tho I told her it was wrong. Way over priced they use the same tools on everyone even during these covid 19 times. sign says you must wear a mask but only 3 people including myself was.I used to spend a lot of money here but I will be taking my business else where.Best nails 2 on 192 by steak and shake is great!never again here.

So i came to this place because it was cheap and i will never do that ever again . I got them done and not even two hours later my nail color started to chip. They dont even know how to make a Mickey look like mickey the guy kept going around my entire finger with the file spinning thing. Over all worst place i ever been and would not reomend. The guy kept looking away from my nails and talking to people and didnt even let me pick my color he just went off the pick i showed him and still DID NOT do iit right.

They take walk-ins but rushed through my manicure. Splotchy paint and poor shape when I asked for a more natural round. They did great on my eyebrows but the nail tech was sloppy with the SNS dip.

Consistent amazing quality. My girlfriend and I have tried a number of other nail places in Melbourne and Palm Bay. We always end up needing to come back to this store for a better result.

I went in for a pedicure and a fill. Apparently they don’t know what a fill means because I did not get a fill. Lady took off my nails and painted them pink. I will never go there again.

Made an appointment in the morning for 5pm, arrived 5 minutes early, daughter sat for nails to be done after around 30 minutes of waiting, I continue waiting total 50 minutes before they asked me to sit for my nails. No thank you, why book appointments. Paid for my daughters nails and left, will not be returning.

This is the best salon in brevard county. The customer service is amazing. The work is amazing. Everything is clean and neat. I came in there today thinking I needed a fill and then realized I wanted a new set since my nails I had had on for way too long, they didnt mind starting over and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the results. Really bummedI’ve been searching for a good local nail place.I wanted ombré, I left with gritty looking nails. Looks like white powder feel on my nails and put glue over it.Shape is nice, staff is nice, but if you want ombré I wouldn’t recommend coming here

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon today. The man who gave me a pedicure gave an AWESOME foot massage.Salon is new, very clean, and had really nice massage chairs. Ill be back!

Showed up as soon as the shop opened. Someone asked if I had an appointment and informed me Id have to 30 minutes which is fine but after waiting 45 minutes, the nice lady came back over to inform I would need to wait an additional hour or come back later. No thank you, Ill take my money elsewhere!!!

Today was my first time coming to this salon for their services and I must say I walked out of there super unhappy. The man who did my nails started of doing a great job until I looked at my hands when he told me he was done and noticed 6 of my nails look completely different from each other. My left hand has 3 nails that are short and all the nails on my right hand are long. I told him they were uneven and he said “Next time you come in I’ll fix them for you.” Smfh. Terrible customer service. He should’ve fixed them for me right then and there or refunded my money.

Good mani / pedi. They were quick and efficient, nothing amazing, but they got the job done. I wasnt looking for a luscious, long spa treatment, I just needed to get in and out.

This place was good but not now its trash they tried to charge me for a mess up they did . In the middle of my nails she was complaining she was so hungry so being nice I said go eat she came back talking about she still have to charge me because I made them redo all my nails . First visit was great. Second visit, not so good. I’m at the doctor with an infection that was most likely caused by dirty tools. Do not go here. Please please please make sure the tools are coming from an individually sterilized bag before they begin. I should have paid better attention, I suppose, but shouldn’t they be practice better cleanliness? Go ELSEWHERE!!

They tried charging me $40 for my 6 year old niece nails and toes to get painted. When she asked for a design she did the opposite of what was asked. When she said she wanted to do a different color on her toes the lady tried making the choice for her and told her she shouldnt do those colors and when I corrected the lady she got an attitude with me. There was ants on the table where she was getting her nails done and all around. She painted her toes under the table instead of the spa chair. And the designs she did witch was a simple heart and looks dots were bad. Will not be coming back . Definitely sticking to orchid nails . They do a great design and the customer service is amazing. Disappointed in Happy nails customer service. Will not be coming back.

They couldnt find the color I wanted because their boxes arent marked right and after 2 days of having them done 1 nail already fell off however the people are nice tho and treat you very well.

DON’T GO HERE! This is the first time doing my nails in the Melbourne area and so far the worst place I’ve even been. They have minimal selections for dip colors and do NOT know how to correctly apply the process. Not only did my nails feel like sand paper and have an ugly shape but whenever I would tell them to kindly fix it they would get upset and roll their eyes. They told me that I ruined my own nail polish after they touched them while wet and knew they messed them up. I paid $60 for a terrible job and left extremely disappointed.

My nail tech was Henry and he was by far the most rude person Ive ever had do my nails; actually he was likely the most rude person in general. Im disabled and in a wheelchair and henry went out of his way to make me feel bad about it. He made sure to let me know that my disability and I were inconveniencing him. I later called and spoke to a manager who told me that next time theyll have someone else do my nails; not likely seeing as how Id never return there. Do yourself a favor and choose to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Got a spur of the moment mani/pedi here on friday morning. I like this place a lot! The people who work there are very very sweet. They did a great job overall, fast and cleanly that Ive seen. They keep everything really clean. It was a great experience. Make an appointment!

Paid for a deluxe pedicure and it was done in 20 minutes. No real massage and very lazy with everything else as well. I believe they use dirty tools as well as I didnt see him take them out of the sanitized packet like I should, he had them in his own box.

She filed my nails after I said dont 3 times and then she cut my skin while she used the nippers on my cuticles. Not happy!

Made an appointment for 2 and wasnt seen until 2:40 for a pedicure. The massage was nice but I felt rushed the entire time and my polish is uneven.

I recently got my nails done, and they were chipping after the first day. However, I went back the salon, and they fixed them. For future reference do not get a French tip with anything other than gel polish. It won’t last.
