Left with bleeding cuticles and a cracked nail. They didn’t even apologize. It’s been two weeks and my nail is STILL sensitive to the touch and continues to crack down the middle and the rest of my fingers have scabbed cuticles.

I went and got my nails done because the place I normally went wasnt open yet and Im so glad I did! The lady I think her name was Kim did it and I was very happy, so happy that my daughter and I went back a few days later to get pedicures for her birthday! I think I found my new nail home!

Spent $133 on a gel manicure and pedicure last week for my daughter and myself. The nail polish literally peeled right off. I’ve never had gel nail polish just peel off so easily. Gel manicures from other salons have lasted me 2 to 3 weeks. My manicure from this salon didn’t even last one week. They must use cheap products.

Very unhappy with the service I received. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure did not speak any English.She had no clue what she was doing put 2 different colors of polish on my toes. I had to tell her she did two different colors. She could not understand what I was saying. As of today half my polish is off due to the cheap polish they use. $37 and I will have to remove the rest of the polish before work tomorrow. I got it done yesterday and will never return. What a waste of money. No one seemed to care that I was very unhappy either.

I love their work. Whenever I am in the area visiting, I always stop by Pretty Nails for a manicure and pedicure. Their work lasts longer than any of the other shops I have visited. The owner makes sure you are treated nicely. Thank you very much

Tina is the woman you want to ask for. Her nails are beautiful they last four to six weeks. Any design, any shape no problem...

I thought it was good until I went home and put my glasses on. My polish had bubbles on a couple nails, there were ridges in the polish, and you could still see my old pink polish around the edges. Nice people but Ill have to keep looking.

I love this place! Tay always does an amazing job. Everyone is always so nice and patient here. I have been to several nail salons in this area and not one comes close to pretty nail II.

Tina, Tammy and their family are amazing! Tina does an exceptional job of listening to what her customer wants and making sure their nails hit the mark. She is a perfectionist with shaping and always exceeds expectations.

I have been to a many nail salons and this has been the best shop Ive been to. They keep the front door open so that smell of polish is not too strong and everyone there is so polite and nice. Ive never been let down by them and I will always get my nails and feet done there!

Be careful when paying with your debit card or credit card because they will put additional amount under tip section so keep your receipts. My transaction was 50 dollars and was charged 60 dollars from bank and I left the tip in cash and not on my card. I had to go dispute it with them showing my receipt in order to get the 10 dollar refund.

Tina always does a good job on my nails. I always feel better after I leave with my nails done.

The WORST mani/pedi I have ever had. I got gel polish on my fingernails and only 5 days later, 3 peeled right off! Two other nails had very visible air bubbles and one nail you could still see polish strokes. All of them had uneven lines near the cuticle. I am not from the area or I would go back to have them fixed. What a waste of $70!

I think I had the same person as Jessica. The person doing my nails seemed pretty inexperienced. Other workers kept coming over and checking out her progress. I got gel white tips and when she finished I had to ask her to work on them a bit more because they were still rough at the ends. Also i paid $30 for the gel because it was supposed to last at least 2 weeks. Before the first week was up they were chipping. Overall a disappointing experience.

Today was my first time ever going to Pretty Nails to get a fill-in and pedicure. I was immediately annoyed because I rushed to pick my color so he could start doing my nails. I brushed it off and decided to choose my color later. Andy was really rough and rude. He cut my nails too short than what I asked, raised his voice at me, I have paint on the sides of my nails, and there were mosquitoes/gnats flying all around me. I still tipped and he still gave me bad service. This was my first and last experience there.

My gel nails chipped after 2 days of having them done. When I went to get them redone 3 other coustomers came in saying their gel chipped too ..

The salon staff was very friendly and for the first time ever, after 3 weeks, none of the nails have broken off, chip or cracked like other previous experiences. Good job Michelle, see u tomorrow. Im your permanent customer!

My mother in law and I have went there in 2014 before our cruise and they took care of us really well. She has been back there about 3-4 times now and love it!

Ive been goin there a very long time. Everyone is do nice.

I got the same young lady as Sevena. All I wanted was a plain manicure, it cost $12 I gave $15. The woman was inexperienced, my cuticles were bleeding in some places, it was uneven, and she had cut a crack in my nail which I saw when I got home. I ended up trying to fix this mess my nails were in. All I wanted was to treat myself but this was awful. If you go, dont let the younger woman treat you. Horrible and now my fingers hurt :(

The salon was clean, the staff were friendly. I got acrylic nails and they look amazing!

I was highly dissatisfied with the service from the male employee. My nails were uneven and gel polish was not removed properly. Due to the mass amounts of customers, my nails service was rushed and ultimately my nails were not properly dried.

A full set cost me $40 and the acrylics were popping off within a week. He cut my cuticles up and was rough with the nail prep before putting the acrylics on. Overall it was a waste of money
