I would like to thank Mike Hutchinson, Regional Manager over BMC Building Materials & Construction Solutions Truss Plants and Ed Warner Designer for going above and beyond in their customer service in helping a client of mine out of a very difficult situation.My clients home suffered extensive structural damage during a fire. The home was constructed with floor trusses, originally made by Anderson Components. All together there were 15 floor trussed burned beyond repair. At a time when construction is at an all time high and delays for roof and floor trusses are a standard 10 to 12 weeks, Mr. Hutchinson took my call. He was empathetic to the fact that the owners were staying in a hotel because there were no homes available to rent. Thanks to Mr. Hutchinson/Ed Warner I had trusses in 10 days saving my customers 10 additional weeks in a hotel.

Wonderful. People are kind and helpful. Products are of better quality than general hardware stores. Its a little further for us to get there but I think it is worth it.2 days later, we realized how bad the 2x12x16 board were. All if them have some really questionable cracks. One of them in particular actually split as we were cutting the stringer out of it. I would return all of them if not because thelumber were so heavy and so much work involved. Although they were very kind as to allow a return, it cost us a lot of time having to hook up the trailer and the trip back & forth. Although I like a lot of things about BMC West, it does not offer customers to pick their own lumber. I think they should at least offer customers to examine the lumber before they bundle them up and load on the trailer. I hope they would consider this option.

I ended up purchasing at BMC after having a bad experience at Burton Lumber. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a quick transaction with no problems. Forklift driver was very nice and competent. Will purchase from again.

They are a great company. They value their customers with a high respect.

What a joke... I researched interior doors on their website and called to order, the sales rep said they can’t look up their own doors from the supply numbers that they have listed online. I assumed a large building material supplier would have a good system in place, I was wrong... Apparently the only way they can accurately order the doors I want would be for me to come do it in person. Unfortunately they close at 5 so I’d have to miss work multiple times just to order and pick up doors. Guess I’m stuck with Home Depot.

Had to call ahead for service because the showroom is closed. But I knew what I wanted and they came out and were prompt. I wpuld shop here again. I bought house siding.

I ordered several doors that came with a few cutouts for the hinges that were shallow. I immediately called Jared and within 30 mins Devon was dispatched to my house to assess the situation and immediately corrected all the doors and took the time to go above and beyond including hanging and making adjustments to all the doors. I have never been so impressed with customer service and the care I received to get the situation resolved so quickly. Devon was great to work with and had fantastic communication. I recommend BMC for all home improvement needs because of there amazing attitude to help customers

Apparently only one person works here. Try to talk to anyone else and they wont do anything, been trying to get ahold of them for over a week because I bought a sliding glass door from them had them deliver it and they havent gave us our screen that we paid for. Getting really sick of them saying we will have our one employ call you back then them blowing us off dont waste your money with there poor customer service!

Very difficult to get people to respond to emails and existing work orders. Im going on almost 2 months without hearing anything despite trying to contact them.

I had a great experience with BMC. They had all of our trim and shelving materials delivered the very next day. Prompt delivery and knowledgeable staff.

Shame on your drivers!! I just experienced a bald gentleman with glasses going northbound on redwood, driving one of your trucks (1st three digit on license plate were 9xy) and a trailer. He was riding everyones tail. He intentionally swerved his truck several times into a driver, trying to intimidate them, causing the trailer to swing into their lane. He did this at least three times! He then sped up tailgated another car until they moved over then passed them and swerved into the other lane. This gentleman is dangerous, hes going to get someone killed and he is doing it representing YOUR company!
