Customer service and communication from Allyson were excellent from the get-go through installation and payment. Aaron measured and provided an estimate, was responsive to all my questions and offered reasonable pricing. The installation performed by Josh and his co-worker was done even sooner than anticipated and was thorough, professional and neat and tidy. Our job entailed leaf protection and rain gutter toppers. We were very satisfied as to every aspect.

Working in the Construction industry I am often critical of others and their lack of communication and professionalism. This was not the case with RGS. Allyson Burrows was amazing to work with. She communicated with us every step of the way and was very patient when my wife called to ask question I forgot to tell her I already asked. Aaron Clagh was very professional when he came to bid the job and answered all the questions we had. He also told us about challenges we may face with our unique gutter install and offered solutions to our job. The installers were amazing and I wish I got their names to give them the recognition they deserve. They did an outstanding job on the install of the gutters and were very friendly. I could not recommend them enough! The gutters look wonderful and I think they did an amazing job. If you need rain gutters or any other exterior improvements I would highly recommend calling RSG.

Jarom took the time to go over all the features and services of the rain gutter product, installation, and warranty. He provided copies of their license and certifications. He even went above and beyond what we asked him to estimate and gave us suggestions on noticeable areas needing attention that RGS also fixes and gave us estimates for future work. He was great to work with. Our installers, Cole and Jake, did a wonderful job and were cheerful from start to finish. Thanks guys! Well be calling RGS again when we are ready for new siding.

Just had RGS Exteriors install new gutters and leaf protection/gutter tops on my home and garage. It was a good experience all-around. Worked with Aaron White to obtain a bid. Great to work with - very professional and explained everything I needed to know. I was told it would be 3-5 weeks before install could happen, but it only took 2. Josh and Logan were the installers and did a great job. Everything looks neat and tidy and the gutters performed well during the massive rainstorms of the last couple of days. I was happy with the work provided and would use RGS for other services.

We had our foundation replastered and the process was a smooth one from the estimate until the final inspection. Brian Gurr was our go-to guy. He kept us posted concerning every detail of the job. Everything happened within the timeframe that he specified. We were very pleased with the quality and attention to details. The workers were friendly and energetic and did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. I am convinced that if their work had not met our expectations, corrections would’ve been made.

I have hired a lot of companies this year for home improvement and I hate it BUT this company have me hope that there are nice, honest, professional people out there. Aaron White was friendly, knowledgeable and showed me what to look out for when hire contractors. He gave great advice above and beyond what was expected. The customer service staff were very attentive informing me of their time frames etc and working with my reschedule. Trayvon did the install and was a perfect gentleman. I showed him where I was most worried and he looked at my problem and came up with a solution, explained it all and fixed everything. He was quick and thorough and tidy. Installed new rain gutters on my home with leaf guards. The sales person Brian was on time for the appointment and very knowledgeable about the process. Josh the installer was easy do to business with and made arrangements with me via text message for a day I was available to stay home during the installation to manage my pets. Great quality product and exceptional customer service.

We have a unique modern home in which traditional gutter installation would not work. Brian, our estimator, came out and met with us. He was willing to go above and beyond by suggesting ideas and then having his shop do a mock up to see if it would work. We had other gutter installers come meet with us, but many weren’t even willing to think outside the box to help us come up with a solution. So glad that RGS was willing to work with us and give us a great product for the price. Our installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I am extremely happy with RGS Exteriors, Joseph the sales persons quote was accurate and fair. The 10 Year warranty for gutters is above and beyond the competition. The install crew (I am terrible with names) were polite quick and kept my house clean. They removed the old gutters and cleaned up the work site. They even managed to avoid roof straps for my property with the 10 Year warranty I feel confident in the work.Everybody was professional and kind, and quick to respond. I appreciated the clarity by the office staff on the job and timeline. The work was started quicker than expected. My only comment was that like many contractors they like to call the day of for the job. Which requires some coordination with your schedule. This is standard practice but can be tricky if you are not already working from home.

Before giving detailed pro and cons of our recent experience with RGS Exteriors, I want to share that our final exterior remodel is beautiful. We are pleased with the result in updating the look of our home. Our remodel added valuable curb appeal, and we have received many compliments from neighbors, friends and even strangers driving and walking by our home.PROS: Brian, our sales rep, was very helpful and patient, the best sales rep we have ever worked with. We appreciated the time he spent in creating numerous renderings of what our “after” home would look like. The best sales rep we have ever worked with! The rest of the RGS staff including Greg and Bob were pleasant and polite at all times during our project.CONS: We frequently had to call RGS to keep the ball rolling, including nagging them to remove spare materials and debris from our driveway and RV pad. There also seemed to be a lack of attention to detail at times. Our project could have used someone dedicated to driving by weekly and making sure things remained neat and on track. This improved toward the very end of our project, and I have heard that RGS did implement some type of a project oversight function, but there were many frustrating weeks when it felt like maybe our project wasn’t a priority or had even been forgotten.SUMMARY: We’re very pleased with the final outcome, notwithstanding a few hiccups and frustrations along the way, and we have a beautifully remodeled exterior to show for it!

Randy and Marty went beyond. Items that were eye sores to me and when they agreed, they made everything look spectacular.The new siding is better than I could ever dream of.

Everything went amazingly. The only thing I would change is the time it took to get on the schedule, but the fact theyre busy really shows how great they are. I worked with Josh on this installation and he was very good at communicating and working with me to fit my timeframe needs. They are up and working, and look great!

Weve had RGS work on jobs at our house a couple of times. Each time theyve done excellent work. They use top quality products, and their people are great from the office staff to the installers.Both times theyve worked on our house Brian has come and bid the jobs. He is wonderful to work with. He was very thorough and professional. While he was on our roof inspecting the gutters for the bid he even removed something that we didnt realize had become lodged there. Both times Gabriel and Romel have come out and performed the installation. They are awesome! They are incredibly nice, and do great work. They also went above and beyond just the work they came out for. I asked for their opinion on a downspout that I messed up, they went ahead and fixed it.I have recommended RGS to several of our friends, and would use them again.

We are very happy with the high-quality material and especially the extra attention to detail and quality installation! We are also very happy with the suggestion they made for the copper rain chains on the front porch of our bungalow style house. Now it is even more fun to sit out on our front porch during a rain storm!

Romel and Gabe installed our gutters. They were on time, friendly, cleaned up their work area when they left, communicated about problem areas and even came back the next day when I changed my mind about one are of the project. I appreciated their attention to detail.Hillard installed our soffits and fascia. I would absolutely use him again! He is a perfectionist and has an eye for detail. Our house wasnt straight forward...our 40+ year old soffits were in terrible condition and he made them look brand new. He took his time to do the job right, however long it took. He even made the shabby areas look better. I would highly recommend Hillard!

Estimator for our gutters was on time. The installation took place about 6 weeks after. Installers were efficient and did good work.

Building a new home is stressful but these guys made the exterior planning process a breeze. Kurt was awesome and took all of my ideas and put them in a rendering to help me visualize the finished product. Bob met with me several times to provide samples of colors and answered even the most trivial of questions. Everyone I have encountered has been professional and went out of their way to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the end product. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone!

Well the wind came through and up went our shed and took everything in it’s way with it! We contacted RGS Exteriors and Construction because our down spouts were in pieces! They responded right away and had A guy out to fix it only 2 days later. Talmage was very fast and professional. Thank you for doing such great work. 5 stars service is so worth it! Now we just have to figure out what we are going to do about our shed!

We hired RGS in June to do a front exterior face lift on our home. This included 2 new windows, exterior crown molding on 2 gables, a small section of siding, wraps of garage door, front door, new windows and extensive stone work. Simply put, they were not up to the task. The crown molding had to be redone 3 times and all wraps redone 2 times. Workmen would show up at our house without an understanding of the work to be done and we often had to bring our the contract to show them what had been contracted for. RGS provide no oversight to their installers for these items and we felt we were required to act as our own general contractor. Prior to work beginning in September, as we where aware that many companies were experiencing material delivery delays due to Covid, my husband and I made a special trip to their office to verify that all materials were in their possession . We were assured by Greg that all are materials where in the warehouse ready to go. This proved to not be the case. Our stone had not been ordered until almost 2 1/2 months after they were scheduled to begin work (originally in August). This caused a major delay; and left our home uncompleted throughout this winter. To their credit they did hire a subcontractor to skin coat our exterior, in November and though poorly done, it provided some protection through the winter. We canceled the contract for the balance of the stone work, at a great cost to ourselves and in February when the stone arrived we took possession ourselves and will be completing the job with another company. As I mentioned before they are simply not up to the task.MR. Browns response is pure fiction and I would be happy to share our photos and log with anyone interested in using them. Please feel free to contact me to arrange to see these items. Shame on you Mr Brown you are either ill informed or outright deceptive.

RGS installed new gutters on our home. The salesperson, Aaron, was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed during the consultation. They even came back to address some issues where the gutters seemed to leak and fixed the issues straightaway.

Installed siding around windows and over garage door. Had issues with initial install Paul came twice to fix problems.

RGS helped me update the exterior of my older home. Brandon and his fellow worker did the siding excellent, the stucco team was amazing, and the the new gutters were placed very professionally. I appreciate their hard work, and my home looks very nice.

I have kept from writing a poor review out of courtesy for the business, but after receiving a fake check in the mail today for referrals, Ive had it. We contracted with RGS to replace soffits and gutters on Aug. 28. They said they were 7 weeks out, so we planned on that delay. Long story short, they didnt finish until after Christmas. They always had an excuse for the delay, covid, too few workers, holidays, bad weather, etc. When they did get the gutter up, it leaked. They chipped the paint on our front rail, left attic insulation all over and left ropes on trees. I did have good response from them when I complained, and all the workers were very caring and courteous, but it was one thing after another. They are overbooked and very good at leading you on. I noticed in the reviews that the owner Tim Brown seemed very concerned about any problems, so I tried to contact in right off the bat. The office would not give me his contact info, so when you read this Tim, I tried to reach you.

Super satisfied with our two “professional workmen”. They were prompt and courteous to call us when they would arrive each day. Their workmanship was great. Kudos to the office staff too. We love the end result!

I Hired them to install gutters. They were over 6 weeks late when they required a deposit to even be placed on the schedule. The guys did not clean up the metal shavings they left all over my yard, or the screws they dropped in my driveway. Instead of installing the flashing per the quote I was given they opted to screw through the drip edge of the roofing. Now my drip edge is full of holes, and when I put a new roof the gutters have to come off. I contacted the customer service lady and she offered a whopping 100$ discount for the damage done to my drip edge. Its going to cost about 6 times that much to deal with the mess they left come roofing season. I will never hire them again. Dont waste your time on these clowns. They also go by tj gutters. Their salesman is professional so the installers dont have to be.

Aaron White from RGS came out to give me a free estimate on gutters. He was very professional and polite. He took his time to answer all my questions. Aaron is very knowledgeable at what he does and RGS is very fortunate to have him as a part of their team.

RGS just installed new white rain gutters on our home in SugarHouse and the installer team Crystal & Joey were fabulous, they did absolutely professionally-perfect work, were happy, careful of the flower beds, and did a final walk around inspection with me and cleaned up everything. RGS is currently under construction. It looks like they are installing the same JamesHardie siding that they install professionally. Also, their showroom is only open by appointment.

Only reviewing their quote compared to two other companies. I wanted a wrap job done on some windows and doors and RGS quoted $2500 while two other companies quoted around $800. Brian who gave us the estimate was very nice though and very detailed with his estimate. It does seem like they would have done a great job but I didnt want to pay 3x more the price for the same thing.

I highly recommend working with RGS. We (Apres Build) reached out to them for a quote and Tim Brown was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.He patiently worked with us to refine our bid. This is my updated Google Review as of 3/1/2018:UPDATE: RGS has tried twice over the winter months to correct the dripping that has occurred on one of the gutters they have installed. Although we’re not yet all fixed, we decided to put these repairs on hold until the winter ends and we can try to finish this repair in the Spring. RGS has sent their manager out to personally try to adjust the angle of this one gutter, and although it still is dripping I am confident that they will make one last repair visit when I ask in the Spring. They’re great to work with, and I would hire them again. I will increase their number of stars now half way, and look forward to giving them even more stars once we get this all fixed this Spring.Here is part of my originally posted review:I was pleased with RGS pre-sales / quote process, their price was in line with other 2 quotes I got, and the product is good quality. The problem I had is it took closer to 7 or 8 weeks for initial install rather than the 5 weeks I was told. Not a big problem but would have been good to install closer to the promised date.

We had windows, doors, siding and gutters done on our home and we are very pleased with all of it; it was no small task. Even in the worst of weather, Randy & Marty were out there getting the siding done, they did an excellent job. They were very thoughtful to clean things up each night and when they completed the job - greatly appreciated. We have had many compliments on how beautiful and different it looks now. Big improvement.

Dennis, their rep who came to my home, was very professional and I was confident that he knew their product well. He brought samples and thoroughly went over my job noting problems and solutions. He took measurement and made drawings. I was very impressed by his professional and timely presentation. The quote was reasonable and there was no pressure to accept their product.Gabriel and Josh, the installers, were also very professional. Friendly and pleasant. They new exactly what they had to do that showed good communication within the company. When they finished there was no mess and everything looked perfect. Great job. Paid $2000 for new gutters. they left 2 straps unattached. about 15-20 of gutter not attached to the house. called and asked them to swing by and fix but they did not.

Anytime there was a question or issue, Greg and his team worked the me and offered great solutions. RGS went above and beyond to make sure my home turned out the way wed hoped! I always ask for Lenny to do the installation of my home exterior projects. He’s my go to installer and does incredible and quality work. He’s done all of my gutters, siding, facia, heat cable and leaf guard. This company is outstanding. If I could give it ten stars, I would.

Aaron was my sales person and he was very helpful. I told him what my problems were and he explained the best way to take care or them. He even climbed up the ladder and pushed something up in the eave so that the gutter wouldnt overflow until the new gutters were installed. He explained the companys ideals and reputation and I was very confident in signing up for the gutters to be replaced by them.Josh was my installer and he explained everything that he felt should be done. He showed me what he was going to do and called me outside when he wanted to make a change in the down-spout and get my permission to do it. I felt he had my interest at heart. He cleaned up everything when he as finished. He was very friendly and personable and I felt he was my friend.

I dont review often and when I do, a five-star is rare! I was so impressed with RGS that I had to take the time to review even in a world of COVID and homeschooling three kids. We had new half-round gutters installed two weeks ago with RGS after a failed attempt by another company that dragged out for months and months! The install crew was very friendly, timely, and professional. We had to call an installer back (Lenny) the following week just to make a few adjustments here and there and he was SO nice, did everything we requested without hesitation, and overall was just a great guy. Truth be told, we are SO sick of contractors with attitude who act like they are doing us a favor even though WE are the client - RGS is the exact opposite. Culture is contagious within a company and it is clear that RGS really focuses on customer service which seems to be a lost art these days. Super impressed and we will use them again. And FYI, the gutters look beautiful!

Good reliable communication in regards to work scheduling, follow-ups and scope of work required. The on-site construction team was supervised by Alberto Garcia and we were completely satisfied with their work. The gutters and toppers were installed by Gabriel and Spenser. They did a great job and were great to work with. They answered many of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. The lead time was a little long ( 10 wks) but they did show up to do the work as promised and did a great job. The product seems to be of high quality, well made.

Aaron from RGS Exteriors came out to give me a bid today because I had seen rain overflowing from a gutter on the corner of my house during a rainstorm. Another company told me I needed to unclog that downspout and also put on $5000 of leaf protection. Aaron came out and gave his honest opinion after getting up on the roof and looking at the gutters. He said I actually just needed to have my gutters cleaned because silt had settled into them but that I didnt have many leaves. And a leaf protection system wont keep out dirt--it would have been a complete waste of money. Aaron recommended a good person to clean my gutters, and he left me smiling, glad that there are still honest people in the world, and determined that if I ever need a major gutter project done, I will call RGS!

The bidding process was quick and simple. Dennis of RGS came out and provided me with a fair bid. Dennis showed up exactly when he was supposed to for the bid and when he came back to have contract signed/accept deposit. He provided me a copy of their business license, insurance and reviews, top notch. I give my business to the best value rather than the cheapest bid. RGS started it off right by showing up on time and having an excellent reputation. More to come after the work is completed!

We originally called RGS for estimate to install rain gutters on whole house and to wrap carport posts and beams. Aaron came out and as we were looking the site over he suggested putting porch lid on our carport ceiling also. I was just planning on repainting carport ceiling and hadnt even thought of covering the ceiling with aluminum but I am glad he suggested it because it looks great and I will not have to paint!Randy was great to work with and did a very professional job installing our porch lid, post and beam wraps. They look great! I would give Randy 5 stars also for his workmanship and for doing a fantastic job!Lenny was also great to work with and did a very professional job installing rain gutters on our whole house. They also look great! We could not be happier with Lennys workmanship and would give him a 5 star rating also.The only problem we had was in communication in regards to scheduling when work would begin but I figured it was due to the abnormal amount of rain we had this spring delaying other jobs and hard to predict for.All in all I would highly recommend RGS Exteriors!

Called RGS out to give an estimate on siding and windows, showed up and seemed nice, said they would get back to me the following week with an estimate (which they advertise will be done at inspection) and it’s now been 2.5 weeks and nothing. Wasted my time. UPDATE: still no estimate, I’m sorry you. Aren’t familiar with this name but Dennis is familiar with my house. Over a month now. Don’t bother anymore, I hired a different contractor.

Gabriel was very helpfull and knowledgeable he definitely when beyond and helping us with everything from start to finish. The language wasnt a problem one bit. Thanks again.

We interviewed and received quotes from multiple siding contractors, my husband deals with different construction and service contractors and contracts in a commercial setting as part of his job and he was most impressed with the level of service provided by Aaron with RGS. Aaron took the time to review and discuss our needs, answer all our questions and offer suggestions. Did a quality, professional job with a great final product.

RSG installed new gutters and leaf protection on our house a few years ago. I year or two later we had them install heat cables around our front porch area. We have been extremely pleased with their work and the quality of their products. This fall our house was reroofed and the roofers moved our heat cables which they did not reposition correctly. We called RGS to ask that they reposition our cables. They scheduled an appointment with us as soon as they could. Brandon S. was assigned to us. He was respectful of our time and kept us informed of the time he would be able to arrive at our home. After looking at the heat cable, he agreed that it should be repositioned which he did. We also pointed out a small problem with the leaf protection system. Upon seeing the problem he took measures to correct that problem. We fully expected to pay a service fee but there was no charge for the service. We highly recommend RGS and thank Brandon S. for his professional and considerate service to us.

I was very pleased with my whole experience. We added on to our home so our project was small yet we were treated very well. Les and Charles were great with the siding install. They took time to talk to me about the project and make sure I was getting what I expected. They informed me each day of the time line as well. Tony did a great job matching our existing siding and coordinating all the steps. Thanks!

I have had RGS do my raingutter guards two times in the last year and a half. We had just gotten them on and 3 months later we were hit by the huge hail storm that severely damaged our gutter guards. Thanks to Brian and the RGS team. Lenny was the installer both times and he did a great job. He just finished yesterday and I wanted to let everyone know that he was amazing. He went way beyond what he had too, including blowing out the leaves in my gutters because we have some huge trees in our yard. Brandon S arrived on time. He looked at our problem and immediately knew what had to be done to fix it. He left and returned in a very fast time. Fixed the issue in minutes. And then he was gone. Very fast, very knowledgeable, and very effective.
