We love Apex! James Reed came by and finished out our home with the Insignia window. He made our experience wonderful and kept his promises.The pictures speak for themselves. We did half of the windows in our home last year, and liked them so much we had Apex and James complete our whole house! We upgraded our windows to have krypton gas in them for added efficiency. That’s why we finished out the house. If half the windows are good, all the windows are even better. Can’t wait to see the energy savings we will be getting, not to mention, they look GOOD!

Apex was so easy to work with and everyone we talked with was awesome. The windows themselves are amazing, we love our new windows! I just signed a contract with Apex and can’t wait for my windows to arrive and be installed.

I am ordering windows from Apex and so far so great! Great interaction with all 3 of there employees. Latest interaction was with Devan who measured my window space. He was quick and gave me some good pointers on what to clear out of the way for the window install when the time comes.

So far things have been really great. All of the gentleman I have encountered are professional, punctual, and courteous. Adam was a great salesperson and got brownie points for involving my daughter in his presentation. She loved being his helper.One thing that would have been helpful in my door knock experience is for the gentleman to let us know that Adam would want to measure ALL windows and not just the ones we were initially interested in replacing. We are excited to get our windows and patio doors!

We absolutely love our new windows! They look amazing, they have reduced noise from the outside significantly, and they make a big difference in temperature control on the inside. They are so much more functional than our old windows as well--able to be cleaned entirely from the inside and can be opened from the top or the bottom! Everyone was excellent to work with from our salesman Brad to the installation team. The windows were installed quickly and with minimal disruption to our day. The team cleaned up afterwards as well. We couldnt be happier! We highly recommend Apex!

Presentation was great. Our presenter was not pushy in any way. No gimmicks related to pricing; doesnt go up later or if we only do partial quantity. The augmented reality experience on the tablet showing what windows will look like in our house was awesome. I hope and suspect the installation and cleanup is as smooth as the sales. The weather efficiency of these Windows is amazing! Our garage is cooler, our dining room is seriously about 15 degrees cooler than the past. The cleaning is so much easier, and the whole process from ordering to installation was easy and professional.

We were well taken care of by everyone working for Apex. Since this was phase 2 of our window replacement project, everything seemed very low pressure and efficiently done from the sales appointment all the way to the finished project. They stuck right to the timeline of how long it would take to custom build the windows and were even nice enough to work with our down payment timing since we ordered the windows right during the holiday season. We did have a little back and forth with the actual installation date due to some scheduling issues but it didnt bother us very much. We appreciated all the friendly people we worked with and were amazed that our crew of just 2 guys got 9 windows done in one (long) day. They stayed until the job was done and cleaned up everything. The windows turned out really nice. Small warning though - if you have old windows like ours (over 30 years old) that you are replacing be warned that these Apex windows are way wider (and therefore better!) than the old ones. We didnt notice this issue during phase 1 because all of those windows had curtains in front of them but our phase 2 windows had blinds installed and some of them dont fit any longer because the window sills are much shorter now. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend Apex to everyone who is thinking of replacing their windows.

Had 26 windows replaced on main and upper floors in February 2021. We notice right off how it immediately decrease the noise from any out side source (garbage trucks and car sounds; even rain on back awning was hard to hear). Watched power and gas bills for four months and saw a 10% decrease in usage. Cleaning the windows is quick with the ability to tilt out the windows for easy access. Also have liked the ability to open the upper windows and lower windows when needed. Over all great purchase and very satisfy with the product. Service and installation crew were very friendly and worked quickly. Windows were delayed because of Covid back-up, but without Covid it should be much faster. Would highly recommend!

BUYERS BEWARE - Currently working with this company and unfortunately, are BEYOND disappointed. The initial customer experience was great. Cesar was friendly and said all the right things. However, we were supposed to have all our windows installed in February and it is now mid June and we only have a portion of our windows. They have rescheduled (literally at the last minute) to install our windows THREE times now. They call us a half hour before install (after we have arranged and accommodated our schedules) to cancel due to discovering last minute there was a problem with the windows.Not only this, but they have left the stucco on our house DESTROYED and unpainted since February.Its beyond frustrating. The customer service is just terrible. Spoke to Cesar on Thursday about concerns and he said he would call back the following day with a solution....it is Monday and still havent heard from him.We recently did a renovation on our home and worked with a number of contractors and sub-contractors....by far APEX Windows is one of the worst companies we have worked with.

We chose Apex for their high quality triple pane windows with additional krypton for insulation and, wow, have we felt a difference in our house! It’s no longer drafty to sit by a window in the winter, and in the summer it’s no longer noticeably warm. We’ve already seen the change in our energy bills and in how often the air/heat is running. Ive dealt with Cameron over the last 2 or 3 years. I wasnt ready for windows when he first approached. He waited a year and approached again and I still had reluctance. Finally we were ready and I tried to find Cameron on the internet but couldnt. Alas, one day working outside he showed up again out of the blue: called me by name and we proceeded to talk and set an apt. Cam is extremely professional and trustworthy, not to mention punctual. He is the main reason we chose Apex.

I gotta admit, I was skeptical at first. I’ve been burned before by promotional offers or something that sounds “too good to be true”. But these windows are legit. And the installers were amazing.My wife wanted the windows, I didn’t. I didn’t think windows could possibly make that big of a difference on my heating and cooling costs. But, I did the project to make the wife happy, and I’m so glad I did. Now, I get my Rocky Mountain Power bill and smile, every time. Pretty sure I love the windows more than she does. Just got 16 windows installed, I went through the house prior to installation on a cold day and took internal and external temps on my 2 year old double pane windows to see if they would make a difference. I went through again and found that in these freezing temperatures my old windows were about a 5 to 10 degree difference from the rest of my walls. These windows are only a 2 degree difference. Multiply that by the square footage of all the windows combined and Im sure its going to make a big difference. I cant wait to see what they do in the summer since they block out the suns radiant heat. The teams that helped with getting financing and installation scheduled and put in have an been professional and courteous and its been a great experience. An added bonus is the bronze trim is better looking than I expected and makes my whole house look newer.

We had windows replaced on the back of our house last year. It took a couple months to get the windows made. Then they went beyond the installation date by three weeks. I had to call and ask where our windows were to get things moving. The windows are great, and have improved our energy efficiency. I wasn’t actually going to say anything but today a rep from their company showed up on my front porch without a mask. He was rather pushy about when we would be replacing the windows on the front. I said I didn’t know and was really hoping he would just go since he wasn’t following pandemic safety measures. It’s truly a matter of lack of concern for others, on his part, that I won’t be using this company again.

I recently had Apex windows installed in my house and I am so glad I did! These windows are amazing! They are triple-paned and open at the bottom and top. They are high quality and elegant, but the biggest selling point to me was the fact that you can wash them from inside the house! They fold down so you can easily reach both sides. So now I have pretty windows that I can actually keep clean!Our boys’ bedrooms have west-facing windows. The afternoon/evening sun used to make their rooms so hot, sometimes more than 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house! They day our new Apex windows were installed, we could immediately tell a difference. We can stand right next to the window and barely feel the sun! It is almost like having a wall there, but we can see clearly through it!The only thing I regret is not replacing the rest of my windows!

I really didn’t understand the difference a quality window would make. I definitely didn’t want to spend the money on replacing windows either, let alone “premium” windows. But my apex representative walked me through the process and made it easy to understand.They explained and demonstrated the difference between a good window and a great window so clearly, the window practically sold itself. And they had the facts and transparency to back it up. Plus they actually stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process.I was a little leery and hesitant of being a “promotional home”, but they gave me three days to be fully comfortable with my decision, and it didn’t feel pushy. Covid19 manufacturing and shipping delays caused a later installation they couldnt prevent. But even though it was cold & snowing on install day their skill and quality materials resulted in a great install. Triple panes are quiet & efficient as described and double hung frames are super convenient.

Seems like a good quality company, my issue is they are a marketing scam as in how they approach you. We were a “promo house” as they put it. Which is supposed to mean we are an ideal location in a neighborhood to help promote them and advertise for them at a discounted rate. Except the “discounted rate “ is top dollar. 20,000 dollars to do our house, which means 1,000 dollars a window. How is that helping them advertise and giving us a discount?So no, we did not do business with them. Also, it’s a a long drawn out semi uncomfortable home quote experience.

We love our new windows and there is a definite difference with keeping temps more regulated. For example, Our bathroom window faces west and is really hot in the evening, It’s much cooler now with Apex. They look really nice and we have had many compliments on them. I’m looking forward to this winter, I know they will be great with keeping the cold out.

We love our Apex windows! They look beautiful and are so easy to use. I especially love the pop down feature that lets you clean the outside of the window from inside the house. They were put in very quickly and smoothly. They have helped insulate our house and keep the inside temperature controlled way better than before. Henceforth lowering our power bill. They look fantastic and are very easy to clean and just look damn good!! One of the best investments we have ever made into our home.

Superb Job by Apex. I had 38 windows replaced. Given the expense for a job this big, I did a lot of research in advance. I received several bids. I spoke with many experts, and did a lot of reading online. Apex offers a great window for a competitive price. The installers did a superb job, treated my wife and children with respect, answered all my questions and addressed all the typical installation issues promptly and professionally. I have read a number of complaints and criticisms online regarding the Sales and marketing methods Apex uses. Im not persuaded by their reasoning. Finding a successful marketing technique is a challenge for every business. You end up doing what works. Apexs sales people were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. My objective from the start was to get the best windows for a fair, competitive price and have them properly installed. Im thrilled with the end result. Dont decide until you have given Apex an opportunity to show you what they can do.

Cesar and Apex were great in providing professional guidance and partnering with us to ensure we were buying the right product for our home. It was a long sales cycle as we shopped around and checked out the competition as well. It took almost a year to pull the trigger and Cesar was great and also very patient. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and never once did I feel pressured. I knew Cesar was honest and reliable from our conversations and interactions. He also came over outside of business hours to accommodate my family’s schedule. We had pizza and my kids warmed right up to him. Once we agreed to move forward Cesar’s install team was equally professional and efficient. We love our new Windows! They are so easy to clean from the inside now! We no longer hear everything going on outside, because it blocks out the extra noise. We live at ground level, and sometimes when people pass, they look in our window. Now with Apex windows, they cant see inside! Even though its still hot right now, we havent even had to use our AC as much! The windows keep the house insulated so much better! There is also a safety feature of a pin in each window and door, so you can leave it open at night and it cant be pried open!

I love how you can open them and clean them easily! They also block the noise from outside better.Working with the company was excellent. What a HORRIBLE company. I paid THOUSANDS last November, and still no windows. They havent even scheduled anything with me. They told me in November that they would be installing around 6 weeks later, and now they dont even call. ITS NOW APRIL! Jen and Brett Dawson were my sales people, and they were amazing....until I paid them. BUYER BEWARE!!

They did a great job installing the windows and got it all done in one day. We are happy with the quality and noticed an improvement in energy savings and reduced outside noise. I also like the features on the windows and they are a big improvement from our old 2-pane aluminum windows.

Apex gave a really good presentation on Insignia windows. The sales representative Jenn was very knowledgeable and detailed the features of the windows well. Installation went well, with speed, quality, and professionalism. There was a defect in the install in the windows and they promptly corrected it at a later date. We can already feel the difference in temperature control the windows provide, and they look great!

We had several of our windows replaced by Apex, and we LOVE our new windows! Our energy costs are down, and the windows are absolutely beautiful and much easier to clean. The entire process was easy and transparent. They were professional and clean. I would recommend them to any one who is interested in getting new windows!

We had Apex replace all the windows on the top 2 floors of our home. Cesar was the name of the sales person that we worked with. He was so kind and not pushy at all. We love the look of the windows both inside and out. We have also noticed a significant reduction in our energy bill. I was worried about the install process. We have a steep shake shingle roof and I was worried that the install would take a long time and that we would loose some shingles in the process. The installers were fantastic. The entire house was completed in 2 days, in January, without any issues. Very happy with Apex from start to finish.

Apex Windows Insignia, I waited a year to do another review. These windows are absolutely worth every penny. I was leery at first, but did my research and went with the replacement of our windows. What a difference power and gas bill had about a 30-40 percent decrease in monthly price. They look amazing. From sales to install and year later no problems and we love the quality and comfort. Forget solar this is the energy savings you want and an upgraded look to your home at the same time.

Apex was amazing! The windows are great quality, beautiful and so energy efficient! Rachel and Tate were great to work with. Wow! We can’t say enough about our new Apex windows! We love them! They have not only transformed the way our house looks, they have reduced the outside noise and reduced our power bill! Their installation team communicated with us, showed up on time, and cleaned up everything. A very positive experience all the way through.

This is our second batch of windows and sliding door. I think weve now done 11 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. That says a lot. If we didn’t love the whole product; ordering, quality, installation, we would not have bought this again. Thanks Apex. You made our home beautiful and efficient. I’ve read some of the lesser reviews online and don’t really agree. I waited too for my windows and when one came in with a defect, i had to wait a bit more. But these are all made to order. And the same waiting occurs if you have kitchen cabinets or window blinds. Its not about the flaws but how the are addressed And Apex dealt with us well.Maybe they got tired of hearing from me, but every inquiry got answered.Not in 5 minutes, but within a reasonable timeframe. We are more than pleased at the whole experience and would not hesitate to do it a 3rd time.

Besides the fantastic look of the windows and the more even temps in the house, I was truly impressed with the people who installed the windows. It was like they were hired away from Disneyland customer service or something. It was not just the head tech, though he was amazing, but all the crew were happy to explain what they were doing and answered any questions.

Cesar was great, but no longer works for the company. We have emailed him and the company and have called and left messages, but have received no response. We spent a lot of money on replacing all of the windows in our home and... the locks dont work on a couple of them, several of them have shoddy install and the caulking job was terrible, there are drafts coming from some of them ( the whole point of these expensive windows is to eliminate that and cut utility costs!} AND, I have the bronze color windows, which are beautiful but, the largest window in the very front of my house has white trim on it instead of bronze! I told Cesar about that months ago and no one has called or come to fix any of these problems. The kicker in all of these is, my contractor replaced all the molding around my huge front window and when he pulled it off inside, we could totally see outside with the big gaps around the window that the installers neglected to fill in with the expanding foam!!!! How many more windows did they forget to do that with that I dont know about?! DO NOT USE APEX - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOULL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!

I am totally grateful that I had the opportunity to meet and work with Apex. Knowing that I needed new windows on my home, my goal was to find the best quality for the best price. After doing quite a bit of research I had come to the conclusion that the best windows out there were going to cost me quite a bit of money. Far more than I had imagined. Then came the knock on the door. The timing couldnt have been better. We were just about to move forward with another company and Im so glad we did not. Not only is the quality of the Apex windows far higher than what we were going to get, but they came at a much lower cost. To top it off, the installation was exceptional. Clearly they care about the quality of their work as much as they do the actual product. Our home looks like a completely different residence. Our neighbors have all commented on how different and much better our home looks. I absolutely recommend that anyone considering new windows on their home whether one window or several speak to Apex before they make a final decision.

Windows are fantastic, installation crew was awesome BUT 4 months later and they have yet to replace the broken window they installed (not their fault it came that way). We have called and called. Great windows though!

We just had these new windows installed on our rental home and they are amazing!! Apex was GREAT to work with. They installed when the said they would, there was no mess or clean up (on our end) from the job and the windows look perfect. We are excited to offer tenants the savings with utilities as well as we upped the value of our home. So worth it!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Apex Energy Solutions. Sales rep was very professional, thorough and available to answer our questions, yet we felt no pressure to purchase. Installers were also very professional and polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up well after they were done. And we couldn’t be happier with our new windows! We immediately noticed the noise reduction: we can no longer hear the busy road behind our house. And it’s definitely warmer inside. Our old windows, even though designed for the mountains, would emanate cold. Our new windows don’t do that: we can now sit next to the windows without needing a blanket. Also, we love the safety feature on the windows that, if we choose to use it, allows us to open the windows, but not wide enough to allow an intruder to enter. And the fact that we can angle them in for easy cleaning will save us from having to hire window washers to get to hard to clean panes. Plus, the windows are just beautiful! We highly recommend Apex Energy Solitions!
