We had an overall great experience with RGS. They were professional and got our rain gutters done in a timely manner. Aaron White was friendly and professional when he came over to our house to do our bid. He went over all of the information (10 year warranty! Woohoo!) on what to expect before/during/after our installation. After Aaron left, Kari Fisher called us within a day to give us an ETA on when our gutters will be installed. She answered all of our questions in a friendly manner. Gabe and Romel installed our rain gutters. They left everything as is and did a thorough job on installing the rain gutters. I highly recommend RGS. I will recommend RGS to all of my friends and family.

I had gutters installed and it was an amazing efficient experience. Adam came over and gave us a quick estimate. Gave and Romel did a quick painless experience. I could barely tell they were here and they completed the entire house in only a couple hours. Shanna was awesome and had all of the billing and scheduling done in quick 5 minute phone calls or less. Lenny and Logan did a great job for us. It took them 3 days to do the work of new rain gutters, down spouts and gutter toppers on both levels of the house both front and back. They also installed heat cables with heat toppers on the back of the hose. They were through in answering our questions and making sure that they did what we wanted done and doing it right.

Great job completed by Romel and Logan. Well, I thought so until a few months later the paint started peeling off the mitered corners—refer to attached photos. Turns out the workers only had white corners, as they didn’t come prepared with the correct corners, and they painted the white ones without without priming them first! I have to reduce you from five stars to four. However, they did respond properly to fix the problem and they did a good job getting it done right.

Josh did a fantastic job installing gutters, gutter helmet, and heat cabling. Dennis was the sales guy and is fantastic to work with. He did an excellent job making recommendations and estimating the project. Brandon was thrown into the mix to do some work on the garage doors and did an excellent job as well. These guys have all been great to work with. Also, the siding crew was awesome. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I received a bid for installing a section of gutter on the back area of our home (its never had gutter before) and a replacement on a smaller gutter section on the East side. We were interested in having leaf protection added too, however, we decided to wait as the cost is more than we budgeted for this project. We may look at doing this in the future.Cristobal and a fellow worker called ahead and came out on time to do the work. They went right at it and finished sooner than I expected. The work looks great! They cleaned up and even took a moment to correct a minor issue I had with loose downspouts from older gutters. Very pleased and impressed with RGS doing this job! During the great earthquake of 2020 my back gutter separated from my home and was damaged.RGS came out quickly and gave a reasonable offer for the replacement and explained what would be done.Gabe and his team showed up right on time and had the repair done promptly. Lenny was just here to check on some winter leaks. Not the gutters problem, but more about the old house. He fixed it and so all is good. I had a really good experience with rain gutter specialties! We had a specialist come out and give us a bid on heat tape for our roof. They gave us a copy of the bid with a folder of their information, it was very professional! It had all of their contact numbers and it was very easy to get a hold of them! They followed up with us with several phone calls to make sure we understood the product, and to see if we had any questions. We felt very informed and at ease with the way they did business! They told us it would be about three weeks to installation. At the two week mark someone from the office called just to touch base with us to let us know our order was still pending, and that they would call us for an appointment soon.On week later the installer called us at 8 AM to see if he could do the installation at 9 AM. - The only reason they didnt get five stars was because of things s. What he said was Im on the way I should be there around 9 AM will that be OK? Luckily we were open and it worked out perfect.. we would have liked to actually be on the schedule,but usually when installers schedule things they give you a window between nine and noon, and you have to wait around all day and youre not sure if theyre going to be there more towards nine or more towards noon. so maybe i did like that I knew the exact time he was coming

This company and their installers are a great bunch of people. Lenny replaced my downspouts almost ten years ago, and recently tore down and replaced my gutters. Last year RGS removed my old rain gutters and installed gorgeous, custom gutters. Sam did an excellent job!! After removing an old awning we needed a small section of gutter to be tied into our downspout. Greg came out to measure and give me an estimate a couple weeks ago. Cristobal and his assistant with RGS were fabulous! They quickly, and correctly installed my gutters. The gutters look great and work even better. Cristobal had me check to make certain there were installed as need be. I mentioned that I would prefer a few different things and he quickly did what I had asked. As a woman, he was very respectful and treated me as what I knew I was talking about. I truly appreciated my concerns being treated as if it were my husband expressing the concern. I enjoyed my experience of working with Gabriel and Spenser when they installed new rain gutters at my home. They were true professionals and also went the extra mile for me to ensure the rain diverters they installed on my downspouts would work well. The arrived on time, and knew exactly what to do and did it in a very professional manner, I was very pleased with the entire job. I had to leave before the job was completely finished but I noticed a shed I recently had shingled (not part of their job) was allowing the runoff water from the roof to not run into the gutter, but drip in several places along the front of the shed. had I noticed this, they could probably fixed the problem while they were here. I repeat this had nothing to do with the gutter they worked on today, they both were very professional. I will probably have to get the roofing contractor back to take care of his problem

There was some confusion for installation, but as soon as I contacted the company they fixed it and the job was completed in the afternoon. The product is exceptional and looks great. The best thing is the site was completely cleaned up with no sign workers ever being there. They also fixed some wiring along the gutter better than it was before the job.

We had Rain Gutter Specialists put James Hardie Board Siding on our home and our window trim. They also did repair and replacement work on our rain gutters. We are happy with how our new siding looks and pleased that the gutters will function properly.

RGS rain gutters did an excellent job installing new rain gutters with leaf protection and some heat trace. There were two places on my house that were hard to fit and install, but ERIC worked on them until they were perfect. I didnt think one man could do this hard job by himself, but ERIC did it all by himself!! Very pleased with the finished job. The only problem was the six weeks wait because they have so many jobs scheduled this time of year.

RGS was great -- very professional treatment and customer service oriented from Greg who gave me the bid to Eric who did the installation. What I liked most was that the office communicated with me on almost a weekly basis until we could schedule the installation. The installation actually occurred a couple of weeks earlier than I expected which was great. Eric called me when he was going to be a little late and then he came in the evening so that I could show him where the problem areas were even though it made him very late getting home that night.

I had my gutters installed in January & they did a great job. This summer I notice that there was a lift on the roof & I called for someone to come out to check. The reason I cant give 5 stars is that over a 4 week period I called 3 times & each time I was told that they would call me back & they did not. Last time I called I was told someone would be out to check. Lenny & Logan came out & immediately knew what the problem was & fixed it. They were wonderful.

Eric, the installer was great. Professional, personable. Did a fine job.However, the company itself had me shaking my head. It took weeks to come bid the job, it took weeks for them to come start the job, They didnt call to set up install date, just sent the installer out one day. They sent Eric to install gutters all by himself in this heat. The job could have been done 1/4 of the time. He had to fix a roofers fascia problem to get them to fit right. This man need a bonus!

Lenny the installer did an awesome job and was very professional! Also their staff was super friendly and worked with me to try to get scheduled. I will be using RGS in the future. My only complaint is the time it takes to get on the schedule. It might be because they are so popular but if you have a time constraint then it might be an issue.

Great communication from the beginning, I was contacted almost weekly with updates on the status of my project. It was made clear up front that due to the current spike in construction that there would be delays in getting to the project, and initially I was frustrated, but ultimately the completed the project within the time frame that they had provided me. The work looks great and appears to be done at a high quality.

The solution selected was perfect for my needs and it is no longer necessary for me to risk my life by climbing onto my roof to clean the gutters periodically. The installation was very quickly accomplished and I was surprised at the care that was taken to clean up all around the house. Any debris removed from the gutter was bagged and taken away, and even the grass was hosed down to ensure it looked just as good as when they arrived. Wonderful customer service. I dont know why I waited so long to have this done but Im very glad I did.

Joey cristolog and his helper just left our home. We are extremely pleased with the new gutters they installed. It was a two day job because of rain and high winds. They worked almost all day in that rain and wind. We finally told them to go home, because it wasnt safe and come back when the weather was better. They finished up today and did a really great job.

Workmanship was very good. Maintaining clear path to front door was lacking, silicone chalking on the sidewalk got tracked in the house. The scheduling was frustrating as it took over two months from contract to start work while we were experiencing the mildess winter in decades. Again, the workmanship was very good.

The new rain gutters look great, my yard was free of debris, and it looks like I wont have to worry about water pooling near the foundation of my house anymore. Eric and his assistant did a good job.

Their job was completed very quickly and professionally. It really added to the appearance of our home. The only thing I should note was that workers left a few long nails they took out from our old gutters on the ground which were hidden by flower growth. While mowing I actually hit an approximately 3 or 4 inch piece of aluminum which was hidden by grass. It resulted in a loud bang when I hit it . There was no damage done to me, however, when it kicked out. The next rain proved that the gutters worked superbly.

Pricing was fair. Design was solid. Products are solid. Installation was super fast. I was pretty impressed. The only thing I was a bit worried about was how long I waited between the quote and the install. I knew they were a little backed up, they did tell me. But they had minimal communication to tell me when they were actually going to do the install. I just suddenly got a call one day that the guy was planning on being at my house that afternoon at 2:30pm. Overall, it was fine, but we had to go home during lunch to get the dogs in and unlock the gates to let the guy in. Would have been nice to know the day before so we could have avoided the lunch trip home.

From bid to install RGS was great. They showed up at the time we were scheduled for everything. The work looks great. I had a section over my deck that I knew would be very challenging to put a downspout. Eric was a tireless worker on the longest and hottest day of the year. This is the second time weve used RGS (first to install heated cables, this time to replace worn gutters and install leaf protectors). The work is excellent and the finished product is just what we hoped for.
