I had an inspection set for an 11-1 PM time frame. I had to take time off work to meet one of their guys at my recently-closed business to give me a quote to transport my wall mirrors for me. Someone had been texting me from their business, but when 1 PM came and went I texted the business back and asked where they were and when they might arrive. Nothing. Completely ghosted. I even called and tried to speak to someone, and ended up having to leave a message. Anytime?? Really?? Lol

Anytime Glass was amazing! Nina was so great with everything and so kind. Within a couple days of getting in contact with them our window was repaired! They were so quick and easy to work with. Such a nice change after the other glass places we were in contact with before them. And they did an awesome job!

There I was on a Saturday afternoon looking through a broken picture window at my home, knowing that the forecast temps for the weekend were in the low teens. Who could bail me out of this? All the glass shops in Utah County were closed with NO emergency services available. Luckily my Google search turned up Anytime Glass. After a detailed phone conversation about the situation and a text photo, they assured me that it really was not as bleak as I had feared. Two hours later the window was replaced and the mess removed. The whole event was handled in a very timely and professional way. Many thanks to Anytime Glass!

They were nice enough to come to Park City from SLC to remove our double window frame to save $ which was fantastic. Replaced both windows and several months after the repair the exterior window had cracked from top to bottom, interior window started cracking. This was a window in our spare master bedroom upstairs that wasnt opened all summer, or winter. When I called to find out what the problem might be he claimed I opened the window in the wind and he wouldnt warrantee his work. So much for saving $ on having the repair done on sight. Now we have to pay twice to fix the same problem. I wont be calling Anytime any more times, or anytime...

Very disappointed. Anytime Glass Service Inc., did not follow through on what they told us they would do. They left us with a temporary solution and then wanted to charge us again to complete the project to the terms to which we originally agreed. I would not recommend their service.

I had an appointment set for today between 10-11 am to get a quote on windows...no one ever showed up...in my opinion that shows poor customer service and i will be finding someone else to install my windows
