I love take getting my pedi here. I even take my son with his really gross, thick calused feet.. They have a calus shaver, not a cheese grader like most places, so we are guaranteed to walk away with smooth, soft feet.

They took really good care of me. The environment is great and the people working there are wonderful. They did a great job on me. I will come here again.

My grandma and I went in for pedicures and the ladies were very kind and professional, the only think that was rough was I had an allergic reaction to the purple lotion and it burned my skin. I also had a good laugh because the lady doing my nails said in Vietnamese that my toes were very long and fun to play with. I would highly recommend coming here!

This place was awesome. They were really quick to do my pedicure with no design. Amy did an amazing massage on my legs that I needed so much more then I realized. The salon was clean and they were so friendly! I will definately come back here and bring my boyfriend.

I came into this nail salon because I needed my nails cut down & it was close to home. The lady was a total beast! She was drilling down my nails & burned me (multiple times), finally burning me so bad, my reflex was to pull away....her response? “You said you wanted short.” From that point on, it went downhill. She barely shaped my nails & when I went to pay the person I was with offered to pay for me but I said, “oh no, I’ve got it.” The worker turns to me & says “you have no money??” At this point, I was livid. Who asks that?!?!! She hadn’t even run my card before asking me this absurd & rude question. Then she gives me attitude when she sees she only got a $1 tip. She’s lucky she even got a tip by the time I left!! I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else for your nail needs. This place is awful & not very clean!

The lady that was doing my nails she was good at first but then I asked her to do a flower and she couldn’t do because they didn’t have the right tool and so I said that we could do a different flower but that I wanted it like the one I showed her and it looks nothing like it, also when I asked her to fix it she would like aggressively like threw the brushes and tool . And when I asked her to do the flow like the other flower she like made a sigh and like rolled her eyes. Also when she was putting the gel on she took her shoes off and put her foot on the chair I was sitting on and her foot was touching my leg and when she moved her foot I put my bag there so she wouldn’t put her foot there and she picked my bag up and moved it. Also my cousin was with me and she got Matte acrylic nails and the lady was so rough that she made her finger bleed my cousins nail was also all bent. The lady’s wouldn’t even hardly talk to us and were just talking either Chinese or Vietnamese. At the very end when we were ringing up she gave us the receipts and she was like hovering over us and told us ok this is where you write us a tip. I just think that we shouldn’t have to feel like we have to give a tip to women who don’t deserve it.

Went in with a friend for pedicures and had a great experience. We were greeted and seated in the soaking chairs immediately, the service was very thorough and our feet look and feel amazing.

They were very detailed, knowledgeable and fast. I stopped by on short notice & was very leary, but have been back several times because theyre really good!

Horrible, they use power filers, their nail polish was all clumpy and old. They did not seem clean at all! My sister and I went there because they were the only place open on a holiday and they started my sister first, I immediately backed out when I saw how they worked with my sister. Yep never again .

OK where do I start?I am new to West Jordan and have been looking for a nail salon in this area so far I have been to two nail salons this was my second one. The first one I feel I got simple service. So I looked for a Nother salon. I came to Mimis nail salon today, and needed a toe polish change, and a shellac change.First off the experience at Mimis, old old out dated nail polish selection. If the bottle was not dry and cracked inside, it was filled with acetone or polish thinner which affects the pigment in the color.there shellac was the same.When I was called the lady who did my nails was coughing a lung up, and did not have the courtesy to wear a facemask! She painted my toes on the scale from 0 to 1 I would give her a 5, and that is being nice.Once she started to file my shellac polish, she was using metal filing tips! Hello? You are using metal on my real nails. Something you dont to do! Once the shellac was off, she started using the course side of the filer to aggressively file in shape my nails the way she wanted them not me so they are shorter than I wanted. After her coughing over and over in my face, she was upset that she dropped the towel on the floor and took it out on my hands! I get it youre sick and dont want to be at work… then dont go to work!Needless to say, I explained to her that I was only going to pay her for my toes and shellac removal, then all hell broke loose! She told me 1,2,3,4 times to go was ya han! And I told her no thanks, I will just pay for what you have done she starts talking in their language and said you no like thee polish? I said no, I dont like your job, you are not nice. And my real nails are all crooked and thinned out and she was pissed.I paid $11.... And did not leave a tip.HERES YOUR TIP! WEAR A FACE MASK WHEN YOUR SICK! DONT BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, BY THE LOOKS OF YOUR SALON YOU NEED ALL THE CUSTOMERS YOU CAN GET!I HAVE BEEN TO BRIANS NAILS IN WEST VALLEY FOR YEARS AND THE WAY BRIANS NAILS IS, I AM SPOILED TO GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.Run dont go here, if you do, you just have a lower standard than I do........✌🏽️
