Tim is absolutely amazing!! I have been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. My gel last over 2 months on my toes and the pedicure itself is phenomenal!

ALSO, AS I MENTIONED IN MY POST, MY MOTHER HAS DEMENTIA, THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SPECIAL, PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD NOT DO THIER NAILS.

I went twice. They were more interested in getting customers in and out then they were the quality of the work they did. I told them the second time that my nail were too thick, could they do them thinner, more natural looking and they did them thicker. I complained and I was just told that everyone does them different. I said I came in twice with two different people and they are worse. Not friendly. Only one speaks okay English. Wont go back.

I called to schedule appointment. They said just come before 5. I went there oh, and they said that they could make an appointment. The place was empty. I guess it was because I had a Groupon. Two women came in after me, and they were walk-ins and were taking care of immediately. The owner said if we didnt like it, to leave, and go someplace else. This was for my mother, who has dementia. I took off work early to take her. I will never go again.

DO NOT USE. This salon is awful! Ripping people off and shotty work to boot! Full set of acrylics is 30s per their pricing menu, they charged my 15 yr old $68!! Nails are not what was asked for. When we tried to correct this lady was obviously annoyed and didnt listen or make the corrections asked for. Called today and asked for price and was told $48. Explained they chrged my daughter $68 and he started babbling about the length of the nails. She had athletic short nails done. Terrible customer service and workmanship is sub par: bumps bubbles and chips on nails done YESTERDAY! Save your money, many more capable salons available in the area!

I love this salon! I’ve been too so many and some have been really nice too, but I just love how quick and easy this salon is. Kevin always knows how to put my vision into nail art ✨💅🏻 I never have to worry if it will be shaped right, long enough, or what I anticipate! 😻 he’s so nice and he reminds me to fully enjoy my time :)

Booked 3 appointments for pedicures at noon just to walk in a few min before our appointment with people waiting already and for us to be told to come back.. why would I do that when I made an appt hours ago? The man answered and couldn’t even speak up or say anything when questioned. I will never use this place and will let it be known how we were treated here. They couldn’t even say sorry. Never again.

Me and my sister asked for a full set of nails, the boy who did them did them half fast and they all were different lengths. When I asked him if he could please fix my sisters he told me he didn’t do anything wrong and that the nails looked fine, he was on his phone the entire time he was doing my nails and they just look horrible. Nothing like the picture I showed him of what I wanted. And even more worse was he knew he did a horrible job and still watched me and my sister like a hawk when he was charging us expecting a tip. Never coming here again and will be letting all my friends who have come here to stop,

They fit me in last minute and worked SUPER fast like I’m talking maybe 40 minutes and I was worried he was working too fast but he did an amazing job and I’ll definitely be going back

The guy was extremely late to do my nails. The acrylic was not laid down smooth it was all bumpy and did not go to my cuticles. Did not do a good job over all. I got black Matt nails with a glass outline the lines where not straight or even constant. If someone comes in for mail art they could take the time to do it good. The mail quality is poor and the guy doing it was not good customer service. Not pleased not a good job.

I do not think I can explain how AWESOME this place is. Especially the new hire, Lynn. She was fantastic; so friendly and caring. She actually listened and made conversation with me while she worked. I left in a WAY BETTER mood than when I arrived. Also, the work she did was precise and perfect. She made sure what she was doing was okay with me and she did her absolute best to create the look I was actually looking for. I am blown away by how straight she free-handed the design on my ring finger. I would recommend Spring Nails to anyone who is looking for a good priced and hard working crew. I am most definitely going to be back!!

My son bought me a gift card for a pedicure just before Covid started. The gift card expired during Covid. I called after I had gotten my vaccinations to see if the would honor the gift card. The said no and didnt try to accommodate me in any way. Very unimpressed with their attitude and customer service.

They were very rude. They made me feel as if I was bothering them. They were also very rough when doing my manicure and made me bleed but just kept going as if they didnt care. I would not recommend this place at all. I am 100% reviewing the right place.

I had a groupon for a manicure and pedicure it said on the groupon to make an appointment. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done. I hired a babysitter to watch my 2 month old daughter and after I waited for an hour I was told that they would not honor my reservation because I had a groupon. What was worse was I was embarrassed in front of a whole room of people. I was shocked at how poorly they treated me.

Previously Ive got my nails done there a few times but this time was terrible! Really poor quality!***I went to your salon many times. I was pleased every time I left.Ive NEVER used a Groupon at your salon! I was looking for good nails and pedicure, not just cheap treatment.The only reason I ask for pricing is because all the times Ive been to your salon, they have charged different prices for getting a full set. The person who did my (pedicure) today quoted a lot more then Ive paid in the past.I went in today to get my nails and pedicure done, but as I saw the poor quality of my pedicure I end up not getting my nails done.The person who did my pedicure rubbed my ankles raw with the sugar scrub, due to so much applied pressure.Please, be more nice to the clients leaving reviews, especially if you are not aware of what happened in your salon when you are not there.

Great service here, didnt have to wait long at all. The employees there even made sure I had a drink while I waited. They assured me that they would be able to do my color choice. An employee who did my full set, advised me they can even do designs that you can find on Pinterest. Would recommend and return again.

I went in today to get my nails done. I absolutely in love with this shop. The shop is very clean and nice decor, the technician was so nice and did a very good job. I dont know the name of the guy, but a couple of no-nos. I had a hang nail, and instead of clipping it he Pulled it off 😳. That hurts! That may be dead skin, but its connected to living tissue. So of course all the chemicals burned extra. Then he was Very misleading. Asked me what color, didnt show me the selection. I said purple. He suggested ombre, and I said sure. I was thinking after the acrylic was on he would show me the purple ones to choose from. I wasnt paying attention at first because I was talking to my son. But then I noticed that he was using purple acrylic. Ok, cool. But I wish he would have communicated better and let me pick the shades. They turned out decent, but not what I would have picked out for myself. Then I get to the register to pay. 60 F*ing Bucks?! The place I normally go charges $45 and thats with gel polish! It would have been nice to know beforehand at least 😒

Literally such a good nail place!! No matter what day it is whether its busy or not, they ALWAYS fit me in and i never set up appointment days before.. the wait is NEVER long and they will do any nail design you ask for! Highly recommend!!

I needed a new place to get my nails done because i moved here recently, I found this place on google and decided to try it because it has received fairly good reviews. Got a gel mani done, had my hands soaking in cold water for all of 5 seconds and while he was doing my manicure he a cut me a few times and my fingers are red and tender. My nails were not done straight and are slanted, when I brought it up to him he tried fixing it but I feel like he wasn’t listening to me because they were still crooked, I finally just got frustrated and told him they were fine. Not coming back here again.

The lady didn’t wear gloves when she did my toes and I just find that very unsanitary. The building of the inside looks like it hasn’t been dusted or swept in WEEKS . She smeared the nail polish on my big toe, and when I pointed it out she said she couldn’t fix it.I came to treat my self because I haven’t done anything for my self in a long time and it was sad that it ended this way.

I thought it would be a good idea to bring my little sister here for a girls day out. I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 for 2 full sets. My sister was seen at 12:10, a full 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment! Although the lady doing her nails was friendly, she made it a point to leave my sister from time to time to assist other customers. My sisters nails looked good but she forgot the jewels we requested. I, on the other hand, was not even seen until 1:10, A FULL HOUR AND 40 MINUTES after my scheduled appointment!! This was infuriating as people who had later appointments were seen before me and almost immediately! The man who did my nails rushed through my appointment as he never had me wash my hands, nor cut and cleaned my actual nails/cuticles. He also kept constantly leaving to attend other people, answer the phone every time it went off and getting on his own phone during my appointment!! I specified my nails to be matte before the second coat of color and he still did them gloss. I also got a checkered pattern on my middle fingers and looking at them a little longer noticed some of the boxes werent even filled all the way and others were outside of the lines! I was willing to wait for a ridiculous amount of time if the quality of my nails were good but it was below average. I wouldnt waste you time!

What a great experience! Spring Nails Salon is fantastic. I went there with my daughter and we both got a full set of acrylics. The owners, Kevin and My, were delightful to chat with and made us feel comfortable immediately. Professional, friendly and above all, they do QUALITY work. Kevin is quite artistically talented and can do almost anything you ask. The salon itself is clean and bright and tastefully-decorated. Treat yourself to one of their services. You wont be disappointed.

My family came in here today for pedicure and full set. They were super busy but we don’t have to wait for long time ( only 10 minutes maybe). They did a very good job on us. The place was clean and nice. Our nails turn out awesome. We would recommend this place and will come back. Thanks

I went in for a mani- pedi. This was the worst pedicure Ive ever had!! Very rough when clipping the nails and painful when trimming the cuticles, and their sugar scrub seamed extra hard like it was dried out or something...not relaxing at all, I ended up going before they were finished with the pedi it was that bad. Dont waste your money or time here!!!

I went to Spring for the first time today to get ah acrylic fill with gel and I had no idea how bad my nails were from other places before I came here. I saw Kevin, the main nail person there, and he was amazing. He gave me a cute Burberry design on my nails. I really thought the pictures that have been posted were from google or something but Kevin is just really that talented. I can not recommend this place enough! I finally found someone in Utah who is genuinely talented at nails. Must go!

The guy that did my pedicure kept using a drill bit on my toes! 4 times! Just so he didn’t have to cut my cuticles. And my cuticles are still dirty. He filed my nails all slanted. Also, to top it off, I called ahead and ask if they do dip powder and they said yes. I made an appointment and scheduled my day around it. I get here and they say they don’t know how to do it but the boss told them just to try it anyway. I’m so frustrated. This has been such a bad experience.

So far they have not failed me. I’ve been coming consistently in the last few month for my acrylic nail and pedicure. My nails normally last for really long time. This place is amazing. They took their time and did a wonderful job. Will recommend all my friend here for their nails

Today I really want to get my nails done because I’m gonna out of town visiting my family. So I call around hopping there’s some place can take me in the last minute ( it’s Saturday so of course everywhere is busy). So I found this place, walk in, got my nails done and they did a fantastic job on my nails. I absolutely love love it. My acrylic turn out very well with nice shape. This will be my nail stop from now on. The technicians who work here are all very nice and professional and understanding. This place also very clean and nice looking. I went in today as a walk in and although I typically go to another place, I will go back to this place in the future. Lyn did my nails and she was very bubbly and friendly and very sweet natured and we had tons of things to talk about! I will definitely come back to see her. The pedicure was fine, prices and result are pretty comparable to what Ive had in the past. I wanted to get my nails done too but they didnt have time and I didnt have an appointment, but another lady did so I let them take her and Id come back another day.Fast forward two days later and I call at 4 oclock after work to see if they can gete Im for a white tip acrylic. They say come Im at 530, so I do for my appointment. When I walk in a say Im here for a 530 appointment, and they OK wait a few minutes. Waiting a few minutes is nothing out of the ordinary. There were 2 ladies also sitting on the couch waiting, I dont know if they had appointments or not, but they go ahead and get their service. Then, an hour after my appointment still waiting and another young woman walks in and says she also has an appointment calls one of the workers by name. She waits only 10 minutes or so before being called back. I wait until 10 to 7 before I get up and leave because I so beyond irritated at this point. I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment and still didnt get my nails done.If youre interested in an appointment based business, make sure people who have appointments are helped at the time theyre scheduled, or keep it strictly a FCFS basis.

Spring Nails is amazing! Kevin is my favorite. He’s always so attentive and gets to know his clients and is all around great company!The salon is a hidden gem that’s not only clean, up to date, but also conventionally opened later.If you are wanting the best pedicure! Come! The deluxe is to best! Sugar scrub, hot wax on your feet and topped with a hot rock/oil massage!

Paid $50 for nails that started falling off after 4 days. Never have had this happen before with acrylics. I’ve also unsubscribed from receiving automated texts MULTIPLE times but still continued to receive messages from this place, I actually had to block the number. I recommend not wasting your time or money here :)

This is the best and only nail salon in West Jordan I would ever go to. The shop is very nice, clean and sanitation very good. They have the check in machine that send me discount coupon which is awesome ( I mean who don’t love discount right :))) I will bring all my friends and family here for their nails next time. I called 5 other salons before coming here because everyone said they were booked and couldn’t fit me in. When I called Spring Nails they said they could take me then and there so I was already super happy! When I got there they sat me right away and I told them I needed to be somewhere in about an hour and they were able to get me done in about 45 mins for a full acrylic set 🙌🏼 I usually take about An hour and 30 mins because I am super picky and am constantly having to ask the nail techs to fix the length, wide or because they’re not all the same shape, but the guy that did my nails was AMAZING. The shape and length was perfect and the price was reasonable, and they were very GENTLE which I loved because my cuticles are very sensitive. I am definitely coming back!

Kevin did a fantastic job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. He was so fun to chat with and made getting my nails done super fun. He rocks! I was able to get in quick and didn’t have to wait long. The salon was clean and well taken care of. Plus the calf and foot massage was amazing! Definitely going here again and definitely telling others to go there too!

This is a little privacy comment but after thinking about what I saw, I decided to write something on here so if anyone go through the reviews can understand this place better. I’ve been their regular customer for over 2 years and never got any problems with any of the nail technicians or the manager here. I saw some reviews today that said the manager don’t know how to manage the place and the technicians didn’t do a good job. I, myself, totally don’t agree with it. Well, everyone has their own opinions but I just want to tell you all mine. Through my 2 years experience with this place, they do a fantastic job, especially the manager, I’ve been doing my acrylics with him and never got any problems. On top of it, every time I’m here, if anything happened, they would apologize the client nicely and fix it right away. They’re very nice shop.

I originally had 5 stars on my review but changed to three. I started going here almost a year ago but slowly they started to lack quality. My last two fills were done sloppy and chipped within a day and the nails began to pry off. Taking 25 minutes for a fill is super fast but I prefer quality work over a quicker time. I’m just disappointed that the salon prefers to rush rather than take the time to make my nails look better and last longer.

Where to begin..on 6/22 Kelvin did my nails in dip powder. On 6/23 the corners of 4 nails had chipped off. I called 6/24 and made an appointment to have them fixed 6/28. Kelvin text me asking for photos of my nails. I sent them. I couldnt make my appointment on 6/28 and called to schedule 6/29. Scheduled at 2pm. I sat waiting until 3:10pm. At that point Kelvin calls me back and tries to pop off the remaining nails. He then returns to a pedicure he was working on. I told him Id do the dip again after calling friends I was supposed to meet for dinner letting them know if be late. I pick the colors I want. He then comes and sits back down and tells me I can only do the same dip powder color I originally had! What? My nails didnt even last 2 days and youre giving me an ultimatum? What awful CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I declined and told him I wanted 50% of my $ back. He then tried to tell me he had given me 10% off my last set which he did not! He ended up giving me $17.50 back. Please do not go here. What AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND I WILL NOT RETURN UNDER THE NEW OWNERSHIP. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Id give it zero stars if I could. I had a 10am appointment scheduled for a Saturday. 10am came, and no one was there...the salon hadnt even been opened. 10 minutes later, one employee who couldnt get into the store had finally arrived. I began searching my phone for another salon. The employee stuck outside tried to tell me someone was coming, but I left. If I was a walk-in, I wouldve stayed. But I had a scheduled appointment. This isnt how you run a business.

I have previously gone to them and loved the service. Today I went in for a gel manicure. It was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. The polish was all uneven, it had hair and cotton dried in it. He had gotten the polish all over my fingers and on the skin surrounding my nails. It honestly looked like a 2 year old painted them. I sadly will not be going back.

We found these guys online and the salon got amazing reviews, but they exceeded expectations. I came in with my mom the day before being induced and they were so kind and made sure that my nails were not going to scratch the baby and he even fixed a toenail injury so that I wouldnt get an infection on top of having a new baby. Very clean, very professional! Will definitely be coming back!

I was looking for a great salon and I googled a salon near by and this one popped up and they have really good reviews so I give it a try. I come in to get a fullset and a pedicure today. Mimi was my technician and she did a great job, very knowledgeable and informative. I will make sure to come back to this salon from now on. Highly recommend

Kevin is the BEST! He’s so nice and will actually teach you a lot while you get your nails done. He’s fast and super talented. I only go back for him.Unfortunately ever girl nail technician that I’ve had do my nails ALWAYS cut me multiple times. Last time I went in the girl that they are training cut me which the file really bad twice on the same spot. They did give me a discount which made up for it but only after I asked. They should of given me a discount without me asking because I had a very obvious cut. It’s really unfortunate this keeps happening because like I said, I LOVE Kevin and I think he’s incredible. If you go, ask for Kevin!

I have to say that I love working with Mimi.she is incredibly pleasant and I enjoy speaking with her. The quality of my manicure and pedicure is also so great. I definitely enjoy the time I spent here and will be back to see Mimi for sure.

My first experience here was awesome and I absolutely loved how my nails looked. I would recommend for pretty acrylic nails. But a week after I got them, my nail broke (my fault completely) and I went in to get it fixed two weeks later after it had healed. The problem is that he completely rushed through it the entire time and didn’t really try to shape the nail at all. It is totally different than my other nails and he didn’t file down the acrylic all the way so the tip*** is totally misshapen and I had to file down the edge where extra acrylic was left. I know that I am in need of a fill but I just needed to fix the one nail for now because i couldn’t buy a full set today and I hated missing one nail. I loved my experience here the first time but I am thinking I won’t come here again. Its a bummer because I loved it here the first time and would have totally started coming here regularly but I don’t want to get rushed through like that again. I could tell the whole time that even though I was the only person there, he just wanted to get me out of the store as quick as possible. Don’t get me wrong, the nails were beautiful but this interaction was just not what I’m looking for as it was rushed and rude.

I made the mistake of telling them I had a Groupon before hand. He had another girl he was doing her nails before me and then she decided to get a pedicure. My manicure was rushed because he had someone else he needed to tend to, probably thinking I wasn’t going to tip cause I had a Groupon, which wasn’t the case. He actually didn’t deserve the tip I gave him. He also charged me a dollar for who knows what, even tho the groupon was paid for and I didn’t Upgrade or get anything additional. Again, he was assuming I wasn’t going to tip, so he was going to get something out of me. I will not be coming back. Apparently they charged a dollar for the mask, but I had my own mask, it was in my bag.. I was never told I would be charged a dollar for the mask

I would of give them 10 stars if I could. I don’t know how some people so rude and give bad reviews to this place. I’ve been to this salon for a long time and my nail always look great and I always love it. I normally don’t give review but after reading all this I decided to say something. They do a REALLY GOOD job that I can’t complain about any of their work and absolutely come back to get my nail done here

This was extremely bad service, he admitted to being tired and messed up on my nails even pulling out a 24 oz can of Red Bull and spilling Acetone on himself from being too tired to check if the lid was closed. Also stating he was tired when he didnt have complete control over the electric file.. I will NEVER come here again and make sure everyone knows of my experience. My nails were not even in the slightest and I put my trust in him to make them even and pretty like all of his pictures, when I asked for them fixed or a refund he blamed me for them not all being the same length. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE Service. Not the way to run a buisness.

Amazing! My daughter and I went in for mani-pedis! Everything was clean. The deluxe pedicure was awesome! My acrylic nails are perfect! Everything I wanted! I was very specific ... I even brought a picture.. and my nails are identical! Showed up at my appointment time and was seen to almost immediately. Super nice friendly people! My daughter is equally happy with the experience. She’s 11 and it was her 1st pedicure and manicure .. they did a French tip with shellac .. her nails aren’t very long. So it was pretty difficult. But they re-did it till they got it right and I didn’t even have to ask or bring it up! I’m referring everyone I know here!

Walked in early in the morning to be taken right away for a fill. Kayla completely reshaped and fixed my nails and made them absolutely beautiful again. Will absolutely be returning for her kind and beautiful service!-Ashley

I came in with a specific design in mind for my wedding nails. My nails ended up being too small to do the exact design, but they worked with me to get a design I loved. If at any point I didn’t like something I could just say something and they would change it for me! They did a fantastic job, I am very happy!

First time going here, the owner/manager Kevin did amazing!. He made sure my long coffin nails were straight and even, this is my new place to go. I definitely recommend them. My nails are absolutely gorgeous.

I usually see Kevin. They do a great job on my ombré nails or cutting powder nails. This is a very relaxing environment. They’re very reasonable price, variety of nail color to choose from ( I actually got a new rose gold color today, it’s so beautiful), very polite and accommodating

I read awesome reviews of this place online so decided to try it out. It meant all of my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, service was quick and they did an incredible job. :-) I will be back in a week for a fill and Im taking my sister to get her nails done as well :-)
