Came in looking for a new office chair, a gentleman named Francisco gave me some helpful insight, no pressure, very polite. Ended up price matching the chair I liked with the lowest price I could find. Another satisfied customer.
I am giving this store a 5* due to the store manager going outside of policy and giving me a full refund on a $400 sorta office chair I purchased here.I did have to jump through some hoops to finally get my refund but I did get it.I accepted my refund around 90 days after owning the chair. Well beyond their 14 day refund policy. I tried speaking with the manager of their furniture department, but he was very difficult to deal with and lacked any fprm of customer service (Scott was his name i believe). I ultimately got in touch with someone under him (Joe?) And he was able to get in touch with Tyler (store manager) and got an exception for a refund approved.Keep in mind a 1/8 thick piece of steel had snapped on the chair, eliminating lumbar and making the chair much less comfortable. Im 6 1 240 lbs. and wasnt very difficult to the chair.
Scott does an amazing time every time I need a print! He is very patient and understanding. His other coworkers are great as well. I was looking to purchase some photo paper and they referred me to label sheets. As I was talking to one of them, they were helping me decide what paper would work on my inkjet printer. After a couple of minutes, the manager instead decided to add some to their inventory so I didn’t have to buy it!! Amazing customer service. Store could be smaller to make it look fuller or be renovated to attract more people.All in all a great experience.

I went in and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, what I was looking for and taken to the product area I was looking for. Which was a major positive move from my best buy experience 5 minutes earlier.The rep got me another rep to help who was more knowledgeable about what I was looking for. They didnt have what I was looking for on the shelf, so he took me over to the computer so he could look at their online store. He tried hard to find the transfer cables I was looking for to no avail.I was thankful and happy for the help and assistance, it was a good experience
These guys are awesome! If you are shopping on Amazon you are missing out. These guys offer incredible service. I was so impressed with the team. They brought my printer out to the car for me too. Took their time to make sure everything was perfect too.

Absolutely unbelievable lack of time and consideration. Mid job as I was standing there, Steve who was the printing supervisor was reminded over his ear piece by his manager that he had to clock out at 4 pm. With 15 minutes before 4, Steve was able to complete half of what I needed and have been trying to get done over there since yesterday. Once the clock struck 4, Steve literally stopped mid job as I was standing there and clocked out. He did a fist pump and said Yes! This never happens I asked whos going to finish the job? He mentioned Trevor. Well Trevor never acknowledged the fact. And he was working on another customers cutting order which by watching was going to take all night. I walked over and expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager. The level of customer service is appalling. As a business owner, I find it absurd and unacceptable to just leave your customer in this manner. I dont have time for this. Rest assured I will take my money and business elsewhere.
I had some problems with my print order, but it all worked out. The staff here is so nice and accommodating, that I can’t complain! They did everything they could to get it right and get it to me quickly.

Bought a scanner from here once, it was out of stock and a member of staff spent a whole half hour searching for the one we needed. Finally found 3 at a warehouse in the Midwest and ordered it. 5 stars on effort of the staff to find what we needed rather than trying to find us a substitute.
My husband order business cards online around 11 AM and was told that they would be done by 7 PM. He was supposed to receive notification when the it was ready. He never received any notification so we stopped by to check and he was informed that they hadnt even started working on them because their machine that cuts the cards was broken. At no point during the 8 hours they had the order did they think to notify my husband so that he could pick a different location to pick up at.He finally got the cards but it took a manager to come help because the girl that was working in the print center didnt seem to know what she was doing. They also dont look super great because they are hand cut. We definitely wont be using their services again.On a side note I would not recommend using their restrooms. They definitely havent been cleaned in awhile
We arrived, saw only one employee and were kind of hesitant that this would be a good experience. But within a moment or two of entering the store an employee saw me looking around and approached me to ask if I needed assistance. That never happens, usually employees avoid customers intentionally. Qortni was so cheery (for it being 8pm) and was able to help us find a measuring tape so we could see which office chair would fit under the desk we have. We actually ended up finding a desk we really liked also. She was very helpful in finding out if the item was in stock - at first the computer/tablet/phone thing she was using couldnt tell her exactly if you had the item but she went back to check anyways; and they were both in stock. Then she recommended a good floor protector mat for my husband who hates plastic mats and explained the rewards program AND square trade protection policy to us on our purchase. She even helped us load our purchases into our car. I have not had such an amazing shopping experience in a long time. Qortni was helpful and personable the entire time. She even helped other customers between when we originally sought assistance and our final interaction.

I was in a huge dilemma after the South Jordan District location didn’t print my cards in time before my flight to Denver (I needed these cards for this work trip).In a desperate attempt I tried this location seeing if I could get them before 730 pm and still make my flight.I wish I would have remembered the man who helped me out in the printing department, but he had glasses and brown hair, and handled my print job in about an hours time; all while helping others in the store, fixing and cleaning the print machine, and helping the other employees as well.Little acts like this go a long way, and I wish he knew how much squeezing my business card print job saved my work week in a foreign city.

This place is highly over priced for the cheaply made products they sale. Very unsatisfied with my purchase and since it was out of the 14 day return they said they could not doing anything about it. My products just fell apart. Well for someone who spends hundreds of dollars on supplies I can definitely say they lost my business.
I ordered some avery labels online for store pick up. The store they had me pick up at was in CA, Im in UT. Not very convenient I called customer service they refunded my order and created a new order. The order arrived last week, it wasnt what I ordered and it was delivered to my home address not my business address as i had instructed them. I received the wrong item. It was some sort of frame. I took it into the west Jordan location hoping they would help me sort it out, they did and it was fairly quick. Thank you!
Dont attempt to have custom stamps made here, the website says within an hour but for some reason if you go into the store to make the order they take an entire week, sounds completely backwards to me, either that or the staff is too lazy to process the order within the advertised time frame, likely the latter....
They were helpful and they had a lot of nice stuff but they didnt have the little notebook I was looking for and that made me sad

Enjoyed the area it was located in. Great selection on office supplies was able to find everything that I needed.
Sending overnight FedEx envelope before noon on Saturday, staff failed to tell us that it would not be picked up until Monday at 4:00 pm. Staff was not trained on FedEx procedures. I had to assist them on who to bill, show them where envelopes were located. I should have listened to my gut and driven to FedEx main to send my important documents. Lesson learned.

Kira, the Customer service supervisor is a bit much. I went in to order a stamp and she was trying to help an employee. But she was very shirt, and a little to direct. I can say as an employee I would have walked out by the way she was speaking to young man. They was another employee at the register speaking to her through the ear piece and she was quite rude to her as well.Probably will not return to this store again. I felt very bad for the 2 working with her.

Theyre pretty dead most of the time, which is why its confusing that whenever I need assistance, theres never anyone around. They have a lot of things, but not things normal people want, however they did have the toner I needed when others didnt. But seriously, the sales people need to acknowledge the customers.

Went to their print center to get some name badges printed and laminated, and the guys who helped me were very friendly and spent about 15 minutes just making sure that the badges were cut just perfectly. Excellent customer serivce.
Wanted to laminate a music book cover so it would last longer. Easy job (in my opinion) but they messed it up. Job done wrong, I didnt have to pay, but now my book is ruined. Wont come back. Ps, bathrooms were dirty.

Ummmm can we say ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE?????!!!!!!! I had a situation the other night and needed a specific cable they carried. They not only helped me get the correct item needed, I got there about 2 minutes after closing & they STILL allowed me to come in & get the goods. For me personally, I think the best part is they both were fairly young. I was expecting no help at all or at least a few sighs of pure a annoyance. Nope!! Nothing but genuine help and THEY EVEN SMILED the entire time. That is a rarity in itself it seems like these days. Like... woah lol !! Kudos to Scott & Aina! They were dolls & because of them, I was able to retrieve over 2,300 photos that night!! Woot Woot! A million thank yous!! 🤘🤘💗💗

Dont leave anything for U P S pickup here they dont scan it or give you any U P S tracking # Not legitThey tel you just leave it on the counter there So I did,now I owe centurylink $100. for a missing modem.There is no way to track it because, at least in May when I left it there for pickup,They didnt scan it or anything so that it could be tracked Thanks officemax.If you have something for U P S pickup get a tracking number!!!!!
