Best car wash in town! Been coming here since they opened a year ago. Wasatch Car Wash is great because they open early and close later than some of the others around. The best perk they have going is the spray bottles and cleaning towels for the windows and interior next to each vacuum. Never had issues with billing. The wash itself does a great job. I recommend giving this car was a try.

The car was itself is nice and wide so it didnt beat up my trucks side view mirrors. Staff was polite and very fun! Plus they had a haunted car wash today and gave my kids candy. It was SO FUN

This place is great. Ive always had good service. They have tons of free amenities for you to use detailing your car after the wash: free vacuums, clean towels, glass and general cleaner, pressurized air, and even a mat cleaner.

Received for a deal on monthly car washes last month & never made it back in to wash the car again. noticed a charge on my cc for the next month and called to cancel the transaction/membership. Kyle answered the phone and quickly helped me out to cancel the membership also to refund the transaction. He was very helpful & professional over the phone. I will return to this carwash again.

Youre taking your chances with this place this place! If your vehicle gets damaged while there They will come up with any excuse in the world not to cover anything I had just bought $2500 worth of rims and tires went through that place and ended up with a 10 scratch in my rim. And the manager tried to say it didnt happen there. It was not there before I went there. So good luck if youre planning on washing your car at that place.

We needed a car wash, and so... Why not a haunted one?Went to the one in west jordan south of 7000 s on redwood road.It was fun haha. Let me tell you, I was raised in haunted houses... They never catch me off guard and make me scream. These guys got me good though haha. It wasnt bad scary, I dont think jay even REALLY screamed... Just me... Haha. They were good at stalking my window when I wasnt looking lol

Great service, I had a membership with them, and it was easy to cancel whet I moved. Theres a spot just behind my sideview mirrors that it never quite got. Thats been the issue with any carwash Ive been to, so not perfect, but still great.

*Car Accident*The attendant at the beginning put us very very close to the person in front of us. Everything was going according to plan. Once the person in front reached the dryer, her car was in park so she stopped rolling. We were still In the track and could not stop. This smashed us into the person in front repeatedly. They were on it with a damage report. However they take no responsibility. Understandable. However the attendant started us very close in the beginning. Which allowed for no room for error. Another employee also told us that this happens all the time. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. You know what’s never gonna smash your car into someone else’s, a pressure washer.

This is my favorite car wash. Decent prices, usually not a long line, if any. Also, they have general cleaner for inside your car and glass cleaner, in addition to cloths to use. I like the ability to personal my detailing experience.

I LOVE THIS Place. I pay $20 bucks a month and was my car like every other day. They have free vacuums, free cleaning supplies, towels and even a mat Cleaner that will clean carpet ones or plastic ones. Really nice. And the kids love going to watch all the cool colors.

This car wash is extremely professional and friendly! Their Halloween haunted house theme is soo cool too! They also dont just have vacuums but they have dust blowers, towels, and window cleaner!

Loved this car wash! I will admit that even after paying $16 for the best wash, I did still have to wipe down a few dirty spots on the outside of my car, but they had free vacuums, an air sprayer, and clean rags to dry or wipe down the inside of your car. There were also window cleaner and generic cleaner spray bottles to use, which Ive never seen at any other car wash before. I was able to get my entire car sparkling clean without having to use any of my own store bought cleaning supplies. Very satisfied with the service I got!

Love this place! Been a monthly pass holder since they opened during the Spring. They also offer a wide variety of full service options but are self serve. Meaning they have mat clear, air hoses, free vacuum, towels, and cleaning for use free if charge. I personally feel this is the best car wash in the valley.... They are also very friendly and professional at the wash entry.

This car wash does a great job getting my truck clean even with the less expensive wash. I have upgraded to the top wash and my truck stays clean longer and it includes a salt protection. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. There are matt cleaning machines, clean cloths and spay bottles, as well as the vacuum and air spray all complimentary when you purchase a wash. Everything works great. The tire cleaner does a fantastic job and lasts for days.

I loved this car wash. We went tonight for the first time to their Haunted Car Wash. It was a lot of fun.The vacuums were nice - they had air blowers. It was also nice that they had towels to dry off your car. I will definitely be back.

Brought the family to the “haunted car wash” that they had tonight 10-17-20 between 6-9pm. It was really fun! All the employees were dressed up in great costumes and played their part well. Great job team, I’m glad I pay for my membership here.

Car wash is great, lots of options and works well. Not touchless. Vacuums and air compressor at the end are my favorite. They also have window cleaner and microfiber cloths for use which is included, not an extra cost.

I am so impressed with this car wash facility. The price and quality of the basic wash were the same as its competitors; but what really sets Wasatch Express far apart is the experience at the vacuuming stations. Along with the vacuums (two types of vacuum attachments), there are clean microfiber towels, a window spray and a general cleaner spray, as well as compressed air gun to get in nooks and crannies. Youll also find a floor mat cleaning machine. Staff was friendly and frequently restocked clean towels and removed dirty ones. I definitely recommend this car wash!

First time at this carwash. The young lady was very nice, in explaining everything to me. It did a great job on my truck. I was very impressed. They furnish drying towels, window cleaner, and other cleaning agents available.

We love getting our car washed at Wasatch Express Car Wash. The kids love cleaning inside the car after we go through the wash. The air spray is really effective and the vacuums are strong. Very happy with our experience!

Don’t come when it’s cloudy. They’ll turn off the car wash while you’re in it, the bathroom is locked, the floor mat machine is covered, the vacuums are off. They say they’re open, but they’re 95% closed.

I love this place! The machine that washes car mats does a good job. The staff has always been friendly and kind and professional to me. And I especially love the cleaner, window cleaner, and rags they provide by their vacuums!

I love how they provide cleaning/drying microfiber towels, glass cleaner and general cleaning spray. I dont have to bring anything with me! The monthly membership is pretty nice too. They put a sticker in the front window, you pull up to the gate and it opens. Genius!

I love to take my kids to this car wash because theres really fun lights that change colors and the foam is colorful too! My favorite part is that they have an air gun that shoots high powered air for hard to reach places in the car! As well as vacuums, may cleaning machine, towels, and spray for free!

The best car wash around!

I used their monthly subscription for a month or so before i wanted to cancel it. I went into the office and they asked me to fillout a cancellation form and the guy told me that its already taken care of. A week later i get charged on the card and when i call them i get to know that it was never cancelled and the person behind the phone was making excuses about why it was never cancelled. Never going back to this car wash again. Very Unprofessional.

Just got my company truck washed. It was free today but I plan on getting the 10 dollar a month plan.Their system cleaned my truck even more thoroughly than Mister Car Wash where I used to go. I love the free vacuum but also the micro fiber clothes to do interior windows and dash.

Definitely my favorite car was! These guys will stop me as Im pulling in and take the time to spray inside my muddy wheel wells and rims. And make sure it actually comes out clean. Also one time as I was leaving about to pull onto redwood a worker came running after me just to give my dogs a couple of bones! Love it! Pass is definitely worth the money!

I really like this car wash! I would recommend having the sending employees, to have a stop and slow sign to assist those that just fly through and disregard the person sending the cars through.

There carwash broke my mirror off and the manager said that they would not cover the expense to have it fixed. Very frustrating!

They have a really good price, for everything you can do, there is a floor mat washing machine and there is different sprays you can use on your car, the price for a regular car wash is 8$ which I find good, hopefully it stays that way

I have been going to mister car wash, my wife has been going to supersonic. we tried Wasatch today, and we have canceled our other accounts. Wasatch is so much better

Good place to go for a fast wash, vaccums are powerful and they have compressed air guns and towels for windows and insode your vehicle.Be careful signing up for the unlimited washes though as the one manager with glasses and a beard will tell you he thinks youve been through too many timesLol then dont advertise unlimited washes sheesh what a joke. Only been going through once a day. Gotta get my moneys worth and keep my ride clean right? Anyways if you want to change tour monthly plan do so 7 days in advance but be aware that they will also change it then 7 days before your plan is supposed to change. So in other words if you had the most expensive plan and wanted to down grade. They will downgrade you 7 days before its supposed to change. Laaame. Also the tire shine application in the wash is very uneven and youd have to go through twice or more to get a even coat on your wheels. Probably depends on vehicle wheel size too as its just a roller that applies it.

So I have had memberships with all the big car wash companies and I have NEVER had the great customer service they have for me and my vehicle I didn’t know the hours so the employee let me in when they were closed to do a quick wash and that will not be a regular for me to do but it’s the little things that go a long way.

I drive a hatchback and the back windows dont get dried (or even washed) effectively, but to be fair most car washes are the same. Bought a membership and I think its a good value.
