Joe at Magic Clean applied the ceramic coating to my 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor, and I have to say, it looks better than the day I bought it. The best way to describe the way my paint looks now, is liquid. He got all the scratches out from 4Wheeling. Now Im not sure if I want to take it out 4Wheeling anymore. Just kidding, I use the truck as it was meant to be used. And he just gave my truck so much more protection to be able to do that.

Paid $250 for a full detail. When we picked up the vehicle they complained about dog fur. We have a chihuahua so yes there was fur. They didn’t clean the trunk at all. A day later and whatever we used on the interior plastic and vinyl is still wet to the touch.

I had asked for my roof liner to be cleaned. It didn’t look like they’d even tried to clean it. Glove box was still dirty with an old sales label at the back that was quickly peeled off by my husband. Too many things to list. Would not recommend.

$30 and they don’t even wipe down good. Floors still needed to be vacuumed, dust was still all over dash, doors, floors, cup holders. Guy kept trying to tell me that was more of a detail. For a $30 wash, pieces of trash should at least get wiped out of cup holders! Terrible service here!

Absolutely terrible this is the second time that i have had problems getting what i asked dive and even Offered to pay extra. This again was not done abs when i asked about having done all the said was that i need a complete detail when all i asked was that they amoral am the door panelsi was not asking for more than that. And what kind of place lets their employees argue with a customer when ask i was asking was for what i asked to be done and was told that they will do it. I will never return to any of their locations and would warn others that this could possibly hassled to you as well. If i could put 0 stars i would terrible experience

Purchased the complete detail. There was still some dirt and debris in certain spots. Streaks left on my windshield. It wasnt terrible, but Im sure it couldve been better for the price.

This is the highest quality car wash and detail shop I know of in Utah. Many will was the outside but this one cleans the inside as well. The have all levels of cleaning including full detailing. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they treat you great. Very professional.

Great wash and hand dried dry. The best part is that I didnt have to vacuum the car myself like at other places close by. Going to schedule to have it detailed next time so i can have the leather seats cleaned too when I have a little more time to leave it with them.

For the Works, their premium inside outside wash, was very poor quality. Complaints too numerous to write here!

Made an appointment for an interior detail and got up early on a Saturday morning to drop it off at 8am. They kept it 7 hours and it wasnt even clean when I picked it up. Ive had a better quick detail at other places for $50 compared to this complete details for $139. Not worth it at all and wont be back.

My main reason for going here and continuing to go here, is because you get way more than you pay for. Some people may think 20-25 bucks for a wash is too much. Mind you, I have an older car, but they treat my car just like a luxury car. They vacuum, shine it up, even do the tires ..... And in a short amount of time. I actually live getting in my car when theyre done.

I went in to get my car detail done after a long road trip with my daughter.the first red flag was when they told me they couldnt clean my seats because there detail shop was backed up after I noticed only one other car there at the time. then I gave them the okay because they were supposed to clean everything else, but when I got my car back I realized my 2 year old couldve done a better job with her wet wipes! The outside looked nice but I highly recommend not wasting your money.

EDIT: Updated to 1 star. I considered this the best car wash in Utah. Recommended it to a friend and it damaged his 20 day old car. It was a freak, one-off incident and we understood thing like this happen. They accepted the fact that their wash caused the damage. The problem was the lady was rude and didn’t want to take responsibility for the damage despite admitting fault!!! They eventually fixed the damages but the lady was rude throughout the process.Original Review: Great wash. Includes a full towel dry for the same price as other nearby car washes.

I havent had any interior services done on my car but they seem reasonably priced. The exterior washes are good, they have someone scrub your car before it goes through the wash and someone towels it off at the end. Its also great if your kids are terrified of car washes because you get out of your car and wait inside while its getting washed. They have lots of big windows so those same kids can watch everything thats happening without the loud sounds!

I have been coming here for years! They always do a great job! They are a little on the pricey side, but if you want a nice quality detailed wash job you cannot pass them up.

I used to be a frequent customer here until I moved. I was always happy with the service. I was out in the area, so I stopped by to have my car cleaned. Unfortunately, the service has gone way downhill since I was last here. The people are friendly, but the wash I received was terrible!I arrived in the afternoon and there were only three cars there during the time I was there, so they should have had plenty of time to clean my car. The car was in the shade when I picked it up, so I didnt notice what a terrible job they had done until I had driven away.The inside of several windows were not washed. The windows that were washed, were dirty around the edges. The dash was only half way dusted. The vacuuming was done only in the middle of the floor and the seats werent vacuumed at all. There were bugs all over the front of my car and some kind of wax splashed all over one side of my car. Seriously, if I hadnt watched it go through the carwash, I wouldnt believe that it had.I was so frustrated because I had a busy day and needed my car clean for company. I didnt have time to spend an hour cleaning my car after I just paid $22 to have it done for me. I love to support small business, but sadly, I wont be returning!

I should have just paid for the upholstery cleaning. I gave these people 250 dollars and it looked they spent maybe 30 seconds on cleaning the interior hard surfaces, mirrors and glass had spots, still had tape in the back window, lotion or something in the cup holder. They take no pride in their work. Don’t waste your money!!

Been going there for years they do a good job for a good price

Arrived 3 minutes before they opened at 8am, expecting the experience to be fast because I would be first in-line. Well, I had to wait for them to get the day ready, truck didn’t get into the wash for 20 minutes. A 15 minute expectation took over 30 minutes. Got the comment, “your early” as I walked in the door. I should have just turned around then.

I had my car detailed here a few weeks ago and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I honestly think I paid $190 to have my dashboard wiped down. They didn’t detail my car, I had to wipe down what they left on the doors today. Additionally, they left sunflower seeds, and a nasty beanie in my car. Today I found that they left a permanent stain on the upholstery in the backseat. I specifically asked that the ceiling be dry cleaned, they didn’t. When I voiced that I wanted them to, they pushed back. He finally came out with a spray bottle and a dirty towel and half-a**ed cleaned the ceiling. It also took five hours for them to do whatever it was they did to my car. Dashboard is shiny, everything else looks worse than when I dropped it off.

I called to get info the person on the phone did not convince me they had the services I wanted.

Ive been going here for years. Sometimes they do a good job sometimes not so much.

The wash was good and windows were cleaned well however the vacuuming inside left alot to be desired.

Took our truck here to get detailed. Cupholders and consoles still had dirt and grime all over them and the floor mats werent cleaned off. They were quick but they didnt do a very good job.

Shame on management!!!. They hire people knowing they have no experience and then let them go after 3 days without even giving them a chance to proof themselves. I will take my business someplace that actually believes in people and encourages them to succeed!!!

I was hoping this would be a good experience since it’s close to my house. I got the best wash they had and let me tell you, it was not the best. A quick vacuum job was done, a quick wipe down of my dash board, and a run through the wash. That’s about it. They didn’t wipe down anything else or throw away the few pieces of trash my son left in the back seat. The outside looked like it had been run threw a cheap wash and tire shine was supposed to be included, but that didn’t happen. Waste of money. This was more of a $10 wash, not $26! It’s worth the drive to go to Promt in Murray. Lesson learned.

Waited longer than expected after dropping my car off all day. However, I did get a really clean car. The full detail was well worth it. Stains on the seats were completely removed. Engine detail was done really well.

Peggy and crew are AWESOME! Will even hand wash your car if you want it done that way (costs extra). Great job in vacuuming and they change their brushes often so no scratches in your car. Then it comes out and they really go the extra mile making sure yours tires shine and all the water is dried off and windows and mirrors are clean.Normally they are not busy and this is a very quick and pleasant experience. Also full glass windows so you can watch you car go all the way through the tunnel.They have further detail services available. Their details are a 6-7 out of 10. But about as good as you can get for the price. Dont plan on sitting and waiting for a detail as this takes most of the day. But they will do boats, motorhomes and even things like dumptrucks.Really like these guys and they have an oil change shop and smaller mechanical repair as well.But Peggy is the best part of the experience. She remembers your name and is super great at caring (which seems to be a lost art).These guys are fantastic. Give them a try!

Prices on website are wrong and when I brought this up they said oh they haven’t been updated for a long time. Lady behind the counter was not very friendly at all. Waiting room was quite cold-It’s November turn in the heat. The was wasn’t very good, I still had hard water spots and the few big splatters from before the wash. The hand wax wasn’t good either I had to have the guy come out to get the areas that still had wax that hasn’t been wiped at all, about 1/4 of the car. After he did another wiped down, there were still areas that were missed and none of the edges were touched. This is my second vehicle I have taken there that has been about the same result so I will not be returning.

They used to be good!!My 2 month old vehicle looked worse when I left Macic-Clean than when I got there. The exterior was semi wiped down with what looked like greasy rags. The interior was spotted with whatever spray they use to clean and they left more dust from shedding rags than natural dust I came in with. When I called they wanted me to come back in to fix it. When I did, they were more interested in excuses than actually fixing it. When I asked for a refund they refused. Long time customer GONE!!

We take our trucks here to get them cleaned and are happy with their service.

I had my jeep detailed. This is the best it has looked in a very long time. Only miner complaint it took a little longer then expected, but I can tell they spent the time making it perfect.I would highly recommend.

Place is a joke, run by careless teenagers, I bought a full service the most expensive one and they didn’t even vacuum or clean the back of my car, what’s the point on having 4 guys detailing one car so they can only do tires and clean the front ! Don’t waste your money or time, I asked one of them about the back and he said it was the vacuum person’s responsibility! What a joke

My wifes car had these crazy hard water stains. I tried everything I knew to do, and it wasnt enough. I could not get the stains out. I gave magiccleancarwash a try. They were awesome. They ended up doing an acid wash and then clay bar to the whole car. The total was $125. Then even waxed the car and cleaned the interior. They also removed the stains in the carpet. 125 bucks was a deal compared to the time it would have taken me. Our 9 year old car looks brand new! Thank you Magic Clean! Oh, the staff is very friendly!

I have my cars wash there three times now. My wife car and mine twice, the owner was very nice and friendly. They clean outside of the cars good but not on the inside, theres always dirts left behind.I dont like to have to point out the dirty spot for the cleaning crew. I always tips them even they dont do a good job inside the car. But each time I point out the left behind spot they dont like it and seem to give me a dirty look as they speak to each other.I may look for other place next time.

Fast and did a great job

Spent $60 for what I was told was a full inside outside detail just to get my car back not whipped down at all on the inside and my rims still dirty when confronted about it they wanted another 60 to do it right so much for supporting local business when you end up finishing the job yourself.

Paid for the highest price wash and expected a clean car! The outside of the car was clean but the detailing in the inside was awful. They wiped down the dashboard but nothing else, and not to mention it didnt even look like they vacuumed it out. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

First and last time! $25 plus an extra $1.50 per mat! Worst vacuum job, my 5 year old does a better job! Didnt even take the time to dry off my mats before putting them back. Didnt wipe down interior as advertised. Overall a horrible experience!

I love having my car detailed at Magic Clean. They always take the extra time to make sure that things are just right and that I am happy with the outcome.

If your paying $150 for a full detail of the inside of your vehicle your better going somewhere else. There was dog hair left in ours, they claim 4hrs is spent on the vehicle when it looks like 1 or 2. They dont know how to properly remove all unwanted stains in carpet. I literally went on YouTube and found a video and removed stain in less then 15 minutes. I would totally steer clear of them, the lack of customer service con artists. They deserve negative stars. Also have found several spots were the paint was stripped off the vehicle. Your better off taking your vehicle to platinum car wash or mister.

My go to place to get my car cleaned and detailed. Pretty choosey about where, since I have a classic muscle car. Great crew, and friendly staff, Ive even got to chat with the owner a few times. Allways happen happy with the results and recommed Magic Clean!

I cant believe I paid 45 bucks for these people to not vacuum, not wipe down the inside of my truck and not clean the engine...What did I pay you for. I got in my truck after them telling me it was ready and it was not vacuumed and the door panels were still dirty and had some spillage from my daughter. I went inside and asked Peggy, What did I pay for? she said. Full service car wash and the engine to be cleaned and degressed. EXACTLY!! So why didnt they do that. Peggy went and told them to vacuum again. The guys had such a big attitude with me I walked away and told Peggy.... I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO NOT GO HERE. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! 45 bucks for a job I could have done in my driveway. WOW!

Awesome service and staff thats been there since they opened ten years ago. You can trust them to do a good job on a detail and they cleaned my beautiful cream colored carpets so well, they looked brand new.

Like the majority of the previous reviews, I can attest that this place is worthless. Again, their detail service is nothing more than a glorified $150 wash and wax. Steer clear of this place and pay the extra $50 to have a mobile detailing service come to your house or place of business.

They ALWAYS do a perfect job with my Jaguar and the guys clean inside and out very well. It looks brand new when its done.

Worst carpet cleaning ever performed. I had to go in the shop and scrub my own carpets. Not worth 49$. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Have been going to magic clean since they opened and I wont ever go anywhere else. They have done everything for me from a basic wash to a detail and I have never been dissapointed.

They did a thorough job vacuuming, shampooing and washing my minivan ask for a lower price than the nearest competitor!

Works very fast and cleans up great, there of course were a few things that if I personally cleaned it I would have made sure were cleaned a bit deeper but it was still a good service and those spots are mostly overlooked

Like the hand dry but you need to check the thoroughness of your window cleaning g on the inside

Paid alot too have to tell them to clean my windows inside and out as well as they didnt even put my matts back just left on the seat. To top it off as the sun hit rite I saw they didnt even clean the inside of the window.

Horrible! $245 dollars and it looked like a child did it. i spent much time taking the wax powder out of all the cracks. Windows looked terrible. Armorall was even worse!Then they stripped the paint off the driver side molding and the owner tried telling me it was sun damage. Really? They will not take fault for any damage they cause.

Hardly cleaned interior,paid extra to wipe door panels,had to go to coin op to clean weather tech,floor mats and door jams,vacumn between seats,i paid 32$ to clean myself, if there is a lower rating than zero it applys,good luck in your next business.

Go somewhere else, there is NO DETAIL to their detailing. You can do better job at the coin operated place with some rags and Armor All.
