Super friendly employees and it goes quick way to make your car smell good and look good too... I also love the vacuum, perfect amount of suction and easy. I drive a sports car with only 2 doors and so easy to get the vacuums in the back. Only thing I wish is more wipes but cant be greedy when its just a benefit of coming

I have been going to this carwash since the day that it opened and I have ALWAYS had a great experience. The owner is very hands on and concerned about your experience, I also believe that this location has hit the employee jackpot when they hired Ryan and Ethan!! These young men are SUPER professional, very thorough and and just great at their jobs, they make your car washing experience better with their positive attitudes and you can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. I highly recommend THIS location and these 2 employees. ( I have an unlimited membership and am there about 3 times a week, never a negative experience.) *Ethan and Ryan work in the evenings, stop in and see what I am talking about.

I went to get my car washed today and an employee had me wait for far too long and seemed very distracted/not doing her job. i heard her get called alicia, plus she had a terrible attitude and customer service skills. i will just say that it ruined my experience:(

I have been to a LOT of car washes, but this one really rises above the rest. They give you a wipe each time you visit to wipe down your dashboard, etc, they car wash smells delicious (my kids call it the starburst carwash because it smells fruity), and the vacuum area has a regular vacuum but also more of an upholstery vacuum as well as a pressurized air gun to blow out particulates that the vacuum would otherwise not be able to get. My car has never been cleaner from other carwashes.

We have gone to Quick Quick several times for car washes and have never been disappointed. Our cars always come out looking great and the price is very reasonable! They also have fun lights in the car wash so its not a bore to go through and is actually pretty fun!

Rub a dub dub quack in the tub as my grandpappy always said. Maybe thats where they got their name from?

UPDATE:I was happy to hear that Quick Quack is willing to review incidents and complaints and take action to improve their service. I have dealt with companies (the worst being Murdock Hyundai) that will simply refuse to consider improving their training, practices, etc., or make amends and its refreshing to hear back from someone that actually cares about their customers. 5 stars just for reaching out to me might sound a bit too generous, but in the current climate of company and customer relations they are already head and shoulders above 90% of companies Ive dealt with and thats good enough for me!An employee driving a blue Rav4 nearly reversed into my car at 1:30 on 9/8/21. As far as I can tell it was simply to cut in line before me? I sounded my horn to avoid getting hit. At the end of the car wash they parked with their reverse lights on and forced me to keep my car stopped in the middle of the wash. Luckily there was no damage, but it was VERY unprofessional.

I will start by saying the employees are great, this isnt about them. This is about whomever is the big boss making employees have to give me a huge speech to get my car washed. I dont have a lot of time to spare, so when I stop to get my car washed I dont want a 15 min sermon about why i should purchase a membership or why havent i purchased a membership. Its my problem if I am over spending there, its my problem if I dont get a membership and save money! I am fully aware of the membership, why I havent gotten one is my business. But when I am in a hurry and i need to hurry and get my car wash, i guess quick quack is the last place I will go, because its not quick! Stop making your employees go through a huge monologue about memberships, were all aware of them, the signs are posted everywhere, please, just get me in and get me out! Thank you!

This is the newest and best Quick Quack in the Valley. The Car Wash is excellent and fast. Attendants are friendly and helpful. Vacuums and compressed air work great! I love my membership here.

Make sure nothing happens to your vehicle at this location because they have ZERO customer service and the store manager Sean will waste your time and when and if he responds he will respond generically and parrot the company bs of how safe they are and it’s your cars fault basically. I now have to take them to court over something they should have handled weeks ago .

Very helpful staff, and the car came out looking great.

It’s a great car wash. My kids adore the lights and we have fun things we have named each color (green is Mountain Dew, etc). The membership pays for itself when you live in Utah. If there’s a line here, it’s never long. The dryers could work a little better on my mirrors but they’re no worse than any other car wash. What we really enjoy and love here is how friendly the staff are and that they remember us because we come here so often! We really appreciate their hospitality and it really does make the difference between a good experience and a great one!

This was my first time with my membership and I really did not know how things worked. But I followed the on‐ site instructions, checked in, and waseasy to get my car on to the rail that took me through the wash cycle. It was a very pleasant experience and a great wash. Excellent service; excellent outcome.

Honestly the worst car wash Ive ever had. Got the “best” option and my windshield was still smudged all over and dirty from a road trip. Usually at a car wash they give your windshield a little scrub but no one even touched my car. Not to mention how pushy they are on trying to sell you a membership. I had to say no multiple times before I even got the chance to tell them what wash I wanted. Seriously not worth $20. Very dissatisfied.

Great wash for cars! But the employees leading you in have no clue to keep car distance. Almost been hit inside the wash 2 times. Need better training.

Went and got a basic wash for my car. And I was completely satisfied. They even gave me a wipe for my dashboard. The only thing I would have done differently is showed up at a different time because it was packed. However great service all around

First time here. I had a coupon for $9 and I was given a coupon for $1 at the door. (1 week after opening). My bank blocked my atm card because billing address is in California. 🤷‍♂️

Loved the car wash. Their automatic wash was able to get off all the oil and grit off my car that the other self serve locations couldnt! You have to come here to get a good clean!

Quick Quack is great, run the car through the auto wash. Used the most powerful vacuum ever and compressed air to blow the water out of mirrors, handles and moldings. Plus they give you a moist towelette to wipe the dash. 👍

I do believe that quick crack at all their locations have got the best vacuums there is sometimes they’re too hard in so I can stuff out of the carpet do you have to hold your carpet down! I use them all the time and there’s never a wait!

I have a membership and it’s not supposed to close until 7:00 pm... I work late but made sure to be there by 6:50 to get my car washed and they had already closed the tunnel down even though the “open” sign was still on. Not professional, and not what I expect when I pay monthly to get my car washed in those hours.

A young man named syrus helped me out the day I came in and he is by far the best attendant I have ever gotten will be coming back just because of him.

Only my second visit so well see how it goes. Didnt dry it very well.. savining the 5th star for future visits.

I understand the reason for the long wait, besides that, the car behind me hit my car and after taking my car through 2 times, it was still dirty. Also, I asked to fill out the request for the video and was told to come back another day for it.

I have a monthly membership to quick quack on 2 of my vehicles, unfortunately one of the locations the guide is too high for one of my cars and I slightly rub at the others but they are great car washes and most of the people are friendly and make you feel appropriated. The prices are great if you plan on going more than once a month its automatically cheaper to have a membership.

Love how quick and simple it is! Tires still looked dirty after the wash, but overall good wash. Like that they have a monthly option.

Ive never been to a car wash were I had to ask what the catch was. Make sure you watch your account after you go here for reoccurring charges. I went to get my car washed and was offered a $10, 1 month unlimited pass, which I purchased. I had no idea they were going to charge my account 29.99 monthly after that. Im being offered my $10 back but Im out $120. Suggestion, give your costumers a copy of the contract and make it clear that there will be additional monthly charges so they understand what youre going to do. Not professional to sneak it in like that.

Quick Quack puts out a pretty good wash for what it is. I have to sometimes wipe off water on certain areas of my car, but the convenience of not hand washing is worth it.

I like Quick Quack and have multiple cars on their monthly unlimited wash plan. This specific location has a design flaw in which there is cross traffic when youre exiting thr tunnel. It seems like a potential accident just waiting to happen. The car ahead of me had to stop and wait for 2 cars to pass. Luckily there was no one behind me so I could brake as well. Nerve wracking!

This location is great like all of them but less convenient since there isnt a pull through after you use the drying area.

I got the best single wash but it still left some bug guys behind, probs should just spring for the more expensive wash. But my car did go from covered in dirt to shiny.

I made the mistake of letting the attendant sign me up for their highest monthly plan before I even entered the wash. The wash didn’t rinse all the soap off my car, and it bent my license plate. When I tried calling customer service to cancel the membership, after waiting 40 minutes on hold they told me I had to go to the actual car wash to do it. When I went back to the wash (and had to wait in line and go through the wash in order to speak to an attendant, and still not rinsing off the soap and again bending my license plate), they told me I had to call customer service to cancel. I called customer service again and they told me they would cancel my membership. But two weeks later I was billed $29.99 for another month! When I called customer service AGAIN, they asked for my license plate number, name on account, and credit card number and expiration. I have since received a new credit card in the mail with the same number but new expiration date. They told me that since I didn’t have the old card with the old expiration anymore, they couldn’t look me up and cancel (even with my full card number, name and license plate!), and I would have to go to the bank to have them sever ties. I don’t even know how the bank could issue a refund for the extra month I was charged, but this has been an awful month-long experience that has not been resolved. Beware of this company.

Best place to wash any vehicle they always treat me like family and would recommend 10/10

They stool my money they charged me 29.99 $ twice in the same month on Jul 20 and again on jul 24. When I called them they said the amount they charged me on Jul 20 is refunded for some reason but I told them I did not get the money They said it would take 3 to 5 days. Today is Aug 7th and I did not get my money back. I did many communication but no help they just asked me to wait. Don’t ever think in enrolling in the monthly membership they will keep charging you and steal your money.

Their best wash left soap on the doors and bumper. Rear of the car didn’t get much cleaning either. Not much rinsing I guess. Compressed air didn’t help much. Towels would have gotten it all off.
