I used to use a cheap gas station car wash down the street but no more. This has been my favorite car wash for a little while now and after today it will be my only car wash. I got egg on my car and the staff here was very helpful and they did everything that they could to help me get it off. :)

Best car wash in town I brought a season pass shortly after they first open. Staff is friendly and this car wash really does a great job. Everything is always working and updated. There was only once when it was so busy that it took awhile to get thur. But its worth it.

Is it OK that my favorite car wash is hundreds of miles from where I live? They get the car squeaky clean, and they have powerful self-service vacuums for your cars interior. My favorite feature makes absolutely no difference in how clean your car gets, but it has that neat factor - after your windshield gets covered in suds, they project their logo onto your windshield for you to view from inside. Its marketing genius!

Fair price.. good equipment.. not a regular..however been there a few times in passing.. I will go again when the opportunity arises

-1 should have a less than option. Popped my tire. This place is not worth the risk. Spoke with “manager” Todd when I came out of car wash about hearing a pop while in car wash and showed him the huge gash in my now flat tire and he said “we didn’t do that. Could have a bad tire. I’m an honest guy and if I thought we did that I would admit it.” I had him look at the video of my car going through car wash and it showed my car going in with a good full tire and then coming out totally flat. He agreed it was flat but stated that his car wash didn’t cause the damage because nothing in the car wash could puncture the tire. Watching a vehicle go through the car wash i see the wheel washer bounce around as it hits the tires. I watch the wheel washer edges that could puncture the tire and I believe did mine. Todd says that he has no authority and the owner is out of town until Tuesday but he will talk to him and let me know. On Monday Todd TEXTS me and said he talked to the owner and the owner said “ my tire was flat going into the car wash and therefore not their problem”. I called Todd (really Todd you text?) (unprofessional on so many levels) and he now stated that my tire was already flat and the owner feels they are not responsible. I take my car to Big O tires and show my tire to them and he manager says, “The car wash 100% caused the puncture.” My tire had a 2 inch hole caused by this company’s machine. Our family of 4 cars use to go to this car wash weekly. Now we’ve switched to Wasatch Carwash on Redwood Rd. With better machines, free use of cleaning supplies and towels, and newer equip. We told the owner of Wasatch about our experience at Waterworks and they were very accommodating and gave me 5 free car washes to earn my business. Now that’s professional customer service.

The go to car wash! Staff is super friendly and saw that I had car marker on my windows from Ragnar. They said I could go through again if it didn’t all come off. Vacuums are well kept and are strong. They also have air guns to blow out debris in those hard to reach places. Highly recommend!

Ive had a unlimited pass for I think 2 yrs now. They get you through quickly and it gives a good wash. They keep things working instead of old half gone brushes and sprayers.

Very good car wash gets vehicle clean once through and free vacuums, air hose for cleaning nooks and crannies, and floor mat cleaner are a huge plus! You can spend as much time as you need to in this area your not timed or rushed like other places!

Drove 20 mins here to get car wash cause this is one of the few places that would fit my husband’s F250, it’s clearance is 7’4” and the track is wide enough for his big tires.Pretty decent wash and free vacuum. Fair pricing.

Newer equipment in good condition, Clean Facility!Cons: No Free Towels to help dry, No drip employee wipe down after tunnel wash, Tire Shine lacks shine, Pre Wash spray down attendant lacked enthusiasm(maybe she was just having a bad day) and only sprayed one side of the vehicle and windowsWent with the highest package for $22 and felt that was fair for 2020 Jeep JL Rubicon. Pruchased .50 Cent Blue Shop Towel to aid in wipe down. I would stop again, if the line is short(which you can see from the intersection so thats cool)

Ive been going here since about 2012 and I absolutely enjoy it. Always improving! If you get a chance try it. They have multiple wash options as well as a pass for each.

This location has free vacuums that clients can use after a car wash, which is why I go to this particular car wash. The price is average compared to other similar car wash locations. I usually get a basic wash which does what I I need it to do and cleans the exterior of my car adequately.

Fast and easy

I pay $20 a month to wash and vacuum my car anytime I want to. I love the vacuums, theyre super powerful and take care of my puppies dog hair, which is not easy. The staff is always friendly and professional.

This is the 2nd time I have paid for tire shine and my tires were not shiny. Other than that it does a decent job. Does require a few hand drying touch ups. Free vacuums that work really well.

This car was is the best in the area. It is gentle on your car. I dont dare take my truck to the others as their brushes are too harsh on the finish of a large vehicle.

With the MANY car washes in this area, I have found this to be my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wash is superior to any other Ive been through. I especially love the 2 yards of high powered dryers. But, my favorite part is the vacuums. Their hoses are able to fit between crevices and they always have lots of suction. By far the top car wash among its competition.

This place is seriously 10/10 and my car has never looked so clean. The results from other washes like supersonic and quick quack have no comparison to the quality work from waterworks express.

I needed something fast and wanted to use the vacuums mainly. I got an Express Wash that cost $8 and did better than more expensive washes without free vacuums.Did I say they have free vacuums? Well besides that they have a machine that you can put your car mats in and it helps clean them. They also have blowers that help get into cracks or blow off mats and other things.This is the best car wash Ive used for the price and Ill go there again.

Unlimited monthly passes are such a great deal. Employees are only prompt upon arrival with cloths for dash. Never over crowded I can get in and out quickly.

Car wash is great. I wouldnt use the tire shine though. I Love using the vacuums. Oh after I wash my car I always buy a cool ice freshener from the Vending machine but it rarely works. The employees are quick to help if there is a problem though.

Ive been coming here for years, ever since it opened. I will continue coming here because they seem to take care of this place continuously and they are always trying to improve something- such as the air dryers, the vacuums, the wash options, etc. I recommend purchasing a monthly pass here because there is a fast-pass lane that you can use without having to scan your card every single time you come.

I only go here for my car washes, they are convenient and have nice people. They have great options and clean my car really good. Missing one star because they only seem to have three really good vacuums. The rest are weak.

Great automatic car wash for the price you pay... tire shine, etc. something that I did not like is how they come straight to the keypad with you and push the buttons for you... It feels like theyre trying to upsell, but I know theyre just trying to have good customer service.

Typically I love this car wash, staff is friendly and it’s exceptional compared to most automatic washes.However I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I always use the vacuums that’s part of why I come here. Today, I came through the wash and proceeded to the vacuums only to find that none of them are working and there’s no garbage bags in the bays. Three gentlemen are working the front area but no one has bothered turning on the vacuums or putting garbage bags out. Frustrating to pay full price but not have access to their normal servicesEdit - I don’t know if I was trying before the vacuums turned on but when I went to leave I noticed other vacuums working. Changed from 2-3 stars. Still frustrated with the garbages and only some vacuums working.

I went here last Thursday afternoon 8/17/17 and the car wash took out my bottom headlight. There is a HUGE sign in the front of the car wash that states any car that is 5 years or newer will be covered for parts. When I drove out of the wash and around to the vacuums I noticed the light. I then asked to speak to a manager and he came out and acted as if I was lying that it was the car wash that did it. There is NO damage anywhere near the light so clearly it wasnt from an earlier collision and I would know if I had prior damage to my vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me that it wasnt a very inexpensive piece to fix and I should do it on my own. My vehicle is a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Mind you, this is as we are standing in front of THEIR sign that says vehicles 5 years or newer are covered. Its interesting if he says the piece is so inexpensive why couldnt they stand behind their own policy and replace it? I will never go back to this car wash and tell those I know not to go here even though its the closest to our home they dont care about their customers whatsoever.

Where to start.....Charged my credit card twice with amounts that were not authorized. A $7 charge and then a $19.95 charge that was for a fast pass that I never purchased. I was paying for a random guys car washes. Went in and worked with the owner who was rude, condescending and less than sorry for this hassle. Dont use this car wash. There are better car washes over on 10400 South. Beware.

They never answer the phone. I have been through the wash a bunch of times.so this was not my first rodeo. My truck happen to come off the track once. I asked Who i think was the owner or manager what happen and he blamed me very quickly telling me it was my fault. I NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY STEERING WHEEL!!!

The carwash itself is awesome! They give out free dashboard cleaning wipes but if you have there monthly carwash subscription they sometimes give them to you. If you ask for some they will give you some. I highly recommend this place to everyone that asks if I know a good place.

Fool me once... shame on you. Fool me twice? Do not use this car wash. Will damage and scratch your rims. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a fluke that my rim was gouged, maybe a rock was lodged in a brush or something. Even after checking all other possible sources before going to them. They told me their car wash had never damaged a rim, then I later found out that they have multiple claims each month for damaged vehicles and the owner just got sick of paying the claims.Nevertheless, I kept my monthly pass hoping it was a one time thing, and about 3 washes later, the EXACT same gouges in the exact same rim I just spent hundreds to repair. When I informed them again and requested to cancel my monthly pass, they simply said, Well, sorry youre not happy. Absolutely no responsibility taken for their equipment and the damage it causes, nor the expense I just incurred.Side note: I drive a stock passenger car with stock size tires and rims. They might have an argument if my vehicle was modified above manufacturer specifications.I went there because of the convenient location but spending hundreds for repairs? Not convenient... Nor is it convenient to have your car on blocks for a week to have a rim repaired...TWICE.Supersonic is the same price, better wash, and your monthly pass can be used at any of their locations.

Does a good job cleaning car. Goodbservice people. Best part is the unlimited use of vacuum and a airhose that can blow dust out of hard to get places. Floor matt cleaner available as well.

The carwash itself is amazing and leaves your vehicle clean. But the managament customer service is horrible. My car was damaged in the carwash. Showed management and he tried to make it out that the damage was previous damage until he looked at the cameras. He then agreed to pay for it, but then told me if I didnt go to where they wanted me to instead of where was closer to my home in Sandy he wasnt going to pay for it. (Which he cannot do). Yes I went to where he told me to go and they did an amazing job, but due to the customer service I received I or my family will never go back.

Its the BEST car wash in Salt Lake County because youre in and out and the dryer hookups NEVER lose suction. I just hate that theyre far away from my home otherwise Id get a membership.

Car wash machine doesnt wash cars good got to go in a second time sometimes three times just to get stains off the car but overall clean environment people will work with you. I will still go to Waterworks Express because they will work with you till your car is clean. Thats the positive part of it.

Just went through the wash twice, our windshield and front of truck was covered in bugs, and STILL IS!! The windshield, grill and bumper still have bugs. The kids working there were very lazy and hardly sprayed the windshield and front of truck. The heaters at the end of the tunnel were either not on or not working, but with the spot free rinse, we now have spotted & speckley covered truck. We paid for the $18 wash. And are very disappointed and most likely not be returning to this auto wash.

Brand new truck got scratched. Owner very unprofessional when showing him the damage. Very quick to denying damage. He actually tried to get in my face, but his belly would let him.

We love this Car Wash however there are WAY to many Bees by the vacuums and in the garbages. Possibly a Bee repellant might be a good idea but I spent most of my time running from them then I did cleaning my car. Every time I put something in the garbage 3 or 4 would come flying out!
