Similar to other locations, the quality is excellent. I started with the $20 plan, but later switched to the higher tier wash for $30 a month. Very nice, I think the vacuum cleaners are great and the only thing that I need is to have a soft cleaning cloth to dry the car, as some water spots might annoy you in the mirrors. Good job Mister Car Wash!

Good carwash for the cost of monthly subscription. They have free vacuums at this location. Other locations offer full service. They no longer offer the hand dry they used to. If my car was very dirty, theres sometimes a trail of water marks left on the doors and the back of my car (tahoe) is never cleaned by this wash.

Mister is the only full service car wash I will use in Utah anymore. Ive had my trim ripped off at Quick Quack and they wouldnt do anything for it took me 3 hours to get a 15 dollar refund since they broke part of my truck. Asked Mister about it a week later and they said theyd have replaced it no problem, even showed me the policy. Been going here ever since.

I love this car wash! The staff is aways friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the vacuums are not the best. Other car washes have multiple options for vacuums, and they usually suck and pick up really well. Our experience has been the vacuums arent real strong. Its great they at least have vacuums.

Horrible! They did the worst job on a $60 (the best they have) wash. They barely vacuumed, just wiped once over the dash, and didnt pay a bit of attention to detail. They cleaned my leather with an Armor All like substance which is terrible for it. My truck wasnt even THAT dirty, yet they cleaned no corners, just wiped it down quick. Even the outside is still dirty. Windows are foggy in the corners and dirt in the wheel wells. Worst $60 Ive ever spent. They did this last time also. The only reason I went back is because my wife bought me a gift card. Never Again!!! Now Ill go spend the next hour cleaning their product off of my leather and properly clean the rest of the truck.

Vacuums doesn’t work like quick quack car wash! For that reason I quick and I cancel my membership.... quick quack have better vacuums and it’s a little bit more cheap!

I think that the location close to the end of 3500 in Salt Lake City might do a slightly better job but I was happy with the results.

Fast, but didnt get my car clean (my car was not muddy or any thing crazy like that). For reference I paid for the top tier wash.

After leaving the car wash I had to go straight home to take care of some stuff and once I got home I walked around my car and there was water spots from where it was not completely dried and the trunk had dried soap near the license plate. So unsatisfied.. And if I did not have a lot of stuff to finish today I would have gone back and complained.

All of the car washes I have gone to have been great but the one on 78 So.and 1500 W. the brush does not clean the back of the car and you have to wipe it off by hand. As you go through you can actually watch the brush stuck at the top of the ceiling and it does not come down

Staff is always welcoming. Car wash is updated frequently and I always drive a shiny car. Great value.

Car Wash is good but the vacuums need a lot of work they dont suck up the dirt

This place is my go to car washing. I had a small issue with the brushes breaking one of my wiper arms and they handled it without question. They can also retract the brushes so that they dont come down on your car hard or scratch/break surfaces. Cant say enough good things about them. Theyre always friendly when I go there!

Love Mister Car Wash for washing my vehicle. I have unlimited washes which I pay for monthly, and it is well worth the price. The wash is very good and you always have free vacuums. I detail my car after getting it washed as there are enough spots to park and do some extra work as well as use the vacuums. It is a tight turn getting into the wash at this location, so take it slow.

Been an unlimited customer for about 4 months now just out the convenience of not having to wash my 2017 Ram 1500 during the winter, and on April 29th, 2017, the car wash ripped the antenna off my truck. I alternate between Sirius XM and FM radio, and on April 30th, 2017, I switched my tuner to FM radio and all the local radio stations come in with static noise. Hopped out of my truck to see why the antenna wasnt coming up and notice that I DO NOT have an antenna on my truck anymore, and the brushes cracked the panel as well.Update: GM took care of me and got the damages fixed.

Mister Car Wash is a great place to go. Simple, free vacuums, friendly staff, and most importantly the car comes out absolutely sparkling, even after the crud of driving through the mountains. We had an empty free car wash card when another location had told us there was one car wash on it, and the employee was super nice and let us have a free car wash that one time anyways.

They are okay. I paid $20 for their best wash and my car was still dirty. Didnt get the bugs off. Took it to a different place and got it done again. Couldnt find anyone to help me with my issue so I just left.

Im so happy that I can have the Tire Shine suit off at some locations. This IS the best wash in town hands down. Ive got the unlimited wash package and it pays for itself if you wash your car twice in a month. I wash mine almost every other day. My ride SHINES!

I love this place and the convenience.The only thing is the dryer as you exit needs to be adjusted so it actually blows off all the droplets of the front windshield.

This one on 7800 south is brand new, in and out is a bit tough but the wash is fantastic.My normal wash location is 3rd West and About 15th.Being an unlimited member o expect the same wash at each location. Not at all true...Without question will go out of my way to hit this one up in the future...

Fair price, vacuums were free after wash but had little suction and massive ends so it was hard to maneuver into tighter spots in the car. I feel they can clean out the vacuums more often perhaps for better suction? But very friendly staff. Was going here when it was the gator wash as well and still good service

I have a monthly membership and this month been 3 times. It is one of the best car washes ever. Im always disappointed with other places and my husband usually washes it by hand because its clean when he does. But even he loves it. My car always looks brand new. Its a 2017 bought in Aug brand new and love to keep it looking new. The vacuum are the strongest Ive ever used. Love this place.

Love this place because i can vaccuum my own car for as long as it takes. The wash gets my undercarriage. And service is great here. I just take a rag with me and some armor-all with me and i get to clean my car the way i like it done!

Great car wash in West Jordan. With a membership, you have access to all of their locations. Great when out and about and need your car to get a quick wash. Superior soaps and waxes are used. Very gentle on vehicles, but strong enough to remove the worst debris and bug grime.

Not worth the money. When I compare this to other car washes in the area, Mr Car wash isnt even in the same category. While the staff were friendly, thats where my accolades stop. The carwash didnt even get my car clean. Then the vacuums are the worst. The suction was non-existent. It was faster to pick the small pebbles by hand. And the vacuum nozzles are massive and cant get into the nook and crannies of a car.Other car washes offer machines that can clean your car mats, better vacuums, and even rags to wipe a car down. For the same price. So yourself a favor and drive another 2 miles for a better experience.

Update 7/28 - one vacuum didnt work at all, and another one had the tip broken off. The wash itself was okay but considering the state of the vacuums Id say its a bit overpriced.The car wash itself was decent, but not perfect. The vacuums perhaps couldve been stronger but the shape of them was nice and functional. It wasnt busy at all like it usually is at some other locations.

The staff is really nice and they do a good job of guiding you onto the track. They even smile while they do it! We have an unlimited membership, but lately they havent been giving us the normal wash that they used to with the carnauba wax and tire polishing. We only go once a week and its supposed to be unlimited, so were pretty confused as to why they sometimes give us the top of the line wash but other times it feels like theyre just giving us the $5 wash. The parking lot is free of trash and the free vacuums are pretty convenient.

The guy didn’t tell me I was off on pulling in. So my rims got scratched...2k down the draintried to call them but the mailbox is full. waiting on a email back. hopefully the take care of this issue

My work makes me go here. One time they didnt have any soap in their machines so the wash was pretty bad. The rest of the time its mediocre.

Not liking the quality of wash. Ease of use is great but if the car comes out with your back shield just wet from pouring gallons of soap water and no brush, I dont think that is expected.

I go to the West Jordan location regularly and the staff is always friendly but not today. I pulled up to the kiosk and went to select my car wash there was an added choice on the screen that I noticed was different than the last time that I came and I accidentally selected the $15 wash without seeing the other choices. I waved the younger gentleman over to see if he could help me with the kiosk and I asked him if there was an issue with it today and he said no. I explained that I accidentally chose a $15 Car Wash and if I could change my wash to a different one. He then talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid for not reading everything correctly and choosing the wrong wash. I started to pull forward because he didnt offer to fix my situation. He walked over to the Cross arm as I was pulling forward and made it come down it almost smashed the hood of my car I had to slam on my brakes I backed up to the kiosk again and he walked back over and said Im going to give you a refund I said okay so he took my receipt and I asked if I could have the receipt back when he was done with the refund he asked why I said because it has my personal information on it with my card I just would be more comfortable having it back when he was done, so he ripped it in half gave me the bottom portion and said well here you go you only have like a few digits of your card on it anyway. I said sir youre being rude and youre lacking customer service, he said why what did I do I asked if I could speak with a manager he said I am the general manager I had never seen him there before and I go to that car wash every other week. He handed me two business cards with names on them he was very rude he almost damaged my car when he decided to close a Crossing arm as I was pulling through it, needless to say I will not be returning to this location. And if he had damaged my car with the cross arm that would have been a lawsuit for this location.

Its the same old same old as there other location. Except the entrance kinda has a sharp turn. So you gotta watch out for that so you dont get curb rash.

The Mr Carwash site is one of their smaller locations, so no option for having the interior done. Still one of the better carwashes, but I prefer their larger sites

Best place to wash your car! The price is right, youre car is garaunteed to shine like new and the free vacuums are just an added bonus. They offer membership plans for those who like to keep their car looking good more than just once a month.

Best car washes Ive been to in the Salt Lake Valley. They are a bit more expensive, but they have attendants and the vacuums come with a wash.They also offer monthly deals, so if you wash your car twice per month or more, its well worth it.

Since the most recent equipment change my SUV comes out with the back side still dirty and the glass and mirrors are still wet. Im sorry but Im going to shop around for something better.

I did the $5 wash. It was fast, did a great job on my car that hadnt been washed in months, and then there were excellent vacuums. Ill definitely go back. Best $5 car wash Ive ever had.

They upped the price on the basic wash again. Now $8 I think, it used to be $6. We already pay for a monthly pass for one car, dont love the price hike but understandable. Maybe give a discount for an add-on type pass for families with more than one car :)

I like this car wash just fine. I just do the $5 basic wash and it gets my car plenty clean. One thing I dislike is being approached by a staff at the service selection/payment machine each time I pull up. Its just a personal preference to not be babysat through the selection and payment process, but Im sure they do it because there are plenty of people out there who struggle with the simple touch screen interface. All in all a great car wash that changes less than the Mister wash over by the South Jordan Costco.

The management (Rob) and employees at this location were extremely unprofessional. My wifes vehicle was pulled off of the track and another vehicle was pulled into hers. The manager told her multiple times it was her fault and the other employee told the other customer it was my wifes fault and not the businesses. There was no grounds for them making this statement as they hadnt figured out how the incident happened yet. Machinery doesnt work occasionally, I understand but there is no excuse for the unprofessional behavior from a manager who should have great customer service skills.

Car looked good, still a little damp after the auto dry. Gentlemen at entrance of wash was very helpful and pleasant. Free vaccuums after your wash. They over $5 off if within 4 days you need to come back for another wash for any reason. Top level wash was only $13 (as of Nov 2015).

If you dont get the top of the line car wash its just ok. After going through the car wash I frequently still have dirt on the trunk of the car. I do like the free vacuums. They save me a lot of time if I were to vacuum it the car at home.

Wash is about average quality, prices are good. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Pricey and doesn’t wash that well for the $15 wash.Also they stack cars in there way too close and don’t care. I think it’s sketchy how they have us inches from each other. When I try to give more room between the person in front of me they’re always pushy and tell me to keep going forward

Paid for the $15 wash and it was just okay. I still had to wipe off dirt in areas l, it didnt get my windshield wiper area clean or the back of my car AT ALL. The vacuums here are AWFUL. The suction is not enough to get anything out of any carpet or rug. Shaking out your mats provides a better result. Also, even pulled in all the way, the vaccums dont reach the trunk and I only have a crossover. Not impressed, Ill never be back. Rocket is ten times better and they have washing machines for the car mats.

Friendly staff...BUT the GMC suv STILL wasnt clean the 2nd time through.!!! The whole back end looks like the brushes cant hit it. Especially around the rear window and lift are. This place doesnt have anyone at the start who takes a wash broom to the car like most Ive ever been in. Wont waste the money again here.

Great place to get in and out for a carwash. From the time you pull your vehicle in to the time you leave, depending on wether or not you vacuum your vehicle out (which are free), you can be out in as little as ten minutes usually.They offer monthly pay for use plans where you can wash your car unlimited times per month for a monthly fee of $23 and $27 dollars, basic and premium respectively.

Everytime I exit out of the tunnel, my car is covered in water spots, the tire shine does not get all 4 tires, my rims get scraped because the people do not guide my car on the track correctly and the vacuums hardly work.

I love the fact that my car gets clean inside and out and I don’t have to worry about feeding a back him a bunch of quarters.

Pricey for what it is. They do a good job though. I think the monthly pass is the best deal.

Paid $10 for the best option in the automated wash. What a waste of money. My car just has dirt moved around and the dryer left dirty water marks all over. Dont waste your money on their automated wash. Take the time and save the money to do it yourself. So disappointed!

We had a brand new car (less than a week old), took it in to the AF location, it got wrecked and dented the back bumper. We were told it would be taken care of and it has been a complete hassle and run around to try to get any kind of help from Mister Car Wash ever since. When we FINALLY were able to talk to anyone after 4 months of bs from customer service, we were told that Mister Car wash will NOT cover the damage done to our car.?!?! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Terrible customer service. We cancelled all 4 of our memberships there and my entire family, extended family and friends (17 total) have since cancelled their memberships. Unfortunate for Mister Car Wash to lose so much money over a $300 fix for our car. All Mister Car Wash had to do was treat us right, do as promised and take care of the damage done to our car while at your car wash. Will NEVER go here again.
