I love how fast my agent gets back to me. If I have any questions he responds right away and describes in detail so I understand. Steven also helped me figure out my home insurance for my new house very quickly so I could take just one more thing off of my plate. Thank you Allstate.!

I switched to Allstate about 6 months ago and have liked the responsiveness of Steven Blackwell. I spent many months researching companies and they were always willing to look up quote information and help me without pressuring me into signing up. I really appreciated that.

Moved from VA. Called this guy and gave him my info. He said he would call me back when it was done. Half an hour later I have UT insurance with the same coverage but lower prices. Very easy.

Steven Blackwell isnt a very friendly guy. Hes always condescending and rude everytime I need to call about anything. I actually HATE calling, and will usually avoid it whenever I can, or pray I get someone other than him when I call. Ive dealt with 3 different Allstate agents over the 20+ (accumulative) years Ive had Allstate insurance. Hes by far the worst. Im still with Allstate, because Allstate in general has been good to me, and my family over the years. I would highly recommend Allstate as a company, but Id avoid this office/agent if you can.

Love Steven . I used to work for him, and I decided to keep my business with him over 5 years now . You are guaranteed to have an honest and kind person taking care of all your policies . He knows his stuff . Did I mention he also speaks Spanish ? Definitely recommend him as your agent !!! He also loves baseball and golfing !

I had Steve Blackwell as my insurance agent for about 15 years. He used to be great but over time he became nearly impossible to get on the phone. My wife called him once and he was extremely rude and condescending. I wouldnt have bothered leaving a review except I saw others had the same experience. I am pleased to say that as of today I am dropping him and Allstate altogether.

Very horrible experience trying to get a refund. They gave me a quote online then the local agent called and said it was actually 5x the amount quoted. Very hard to get a refund and ended up going with progressive for more than half a decrease from Allstate’s quote. The funny thing is they charge you before letting you know how much you actually will be paying each month.

Steven Blackwell, this was such a horrible experience, we walk into his office get help from him in regards to a delayed payment withdrawal causing my account to get negative fee. His Answer was Thats Not My Problem with such attitude and blew us off. Steven stand up for who you work with.

The worst customer service I had ever received from any business is from Steven Blackwell and Allstate insurance. I would invite anyone to consider any other choice for insurance first.
