Worst experience ever. Expensive. Rate hikes. Horrible service! Avoid at all costs.

Kyle has been our agent for several years and has always been super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Not only that, we have never found another company that could beat Farmers rates for homeowners and car insurance.

I had a cancelled policy with my other insurance that I had used for years. Kyle was quick and responsive to my needs as well as getting me great coverage. He was able to get me a couple discounts and help me see where I was able to save. Definitely happy about my switch and looking forward to a long relationship.

Worst experience EVER with insurance. Our policy went up every month with NO explanation, after several months I cancelled our policy. It had been paid in full, 30 days later I received a bill for $14.00 I sent Kyle an email asking for a explanation only to receive NONE! 30 days later, I received a bill from a collection agency for $20.00 what a JOKE, I will NEVER use Farmers Insurance again.
